I couldn't find a better senior home for my parents. The staff if so nice and really go out of their way to make everyone feel at home.

I'm quite pleased with it. It was very clean, and she seems real happy. It's a beautiful place. She loves the people they have been very nice to her. She liked that they sang songs that she knew at the church service, and she really enjoyed that.

It has just been an absolutely wonderful experience working with the West Shores facility. The place allows pets, which has been a huge life-saver for us because my loved one refused to leave hers behind.

The Whispering Pines staff is so nice and attentive to our needs. I truly appreciate them more then they could ever know. It's been a long time since I've seen my dad so happy. Thanks!

Wonderful Place I put my mother. Such KIND staff, Clean community and wonderful food!

Mom has been at the Wellington for about 2 1/2 months now. She has really enjoyed the food, the friends, and the entertainment. The staff there has been friendly and helpful. She loves her cleaning lady. We are glad we chose this facility.

I'm really liking it. I have been really impressed. The people, and the management and the maintenance people have gone out of their way to be helpful. The neighbors are pretty friendly. They are able to take pets, and were right in the average price for the other places I looked at.

We were met with very friendly people who were anxious to show us around and very patient with us while we were deciding. I took my loved one to visit and they were very kind and I can not say enough good things about them.

Compared to some of the other facilities we had looked at, the Vista Springs place is refreshing and everyone there is friendly and kind. The transition for my loved one was very smooth and it has just been a positive experience.

This is a great independent living community. The rooms are spacious with full sized kitchens and lots of amenities. The facility itself is very nice and we love the library and the elegant feel of the place. It is always immaculate here. There could be more variety as far as the menu is concerned, but overall, this is a great place.

I had a very pleasant experience with the Rosemont Assisted Living. The director of the facility was very nice and very informative and it was really just an overall good feeling about the place for me.

The food is good, the staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the grounds are well kept. My mom's biggest concern was that they let her pets come visit here and there were very pet friendly. Overall, we are happy with the place.

We really liked The Waterford. It was really nice. It's just a retirement community though, really independent living, and we needed something that offered care. Really nice place though.

Our experience with Whitley Place has been a very good one, overall. It's a nice looking facility, the people are friendly, and they've done a great job taking care of my loved one. We're very satisfied with our choice!

My in-laws are delighted with their new living arrangement at The Waterford. As a former Texas Long Term Care Social Worker and Ombudsman whom assisted with nursing home inspections for several years believe me....I have seen ALL kinds of elder-care facilities, good, bad and really bad! The Waterford is a breath of fresh air! It is elegantly appointed, but not stuffy. The food is good....most of the time an 8-9 on a 10 scale! This is so important! But not only that...there are alternating choices and options during the mealtimes. Not everyone HAS to have the same meal. There are sandwich and salad offerings, as well as dessert selections for residents with diabetes, served at the noon and evening meals. Each resident can view their menu choices in advance and dining staff members come to the table to ask individual residents their food "order". Each dining table is covered by crisp, white linen cloths. With such attention to detail, my in-laws say it feels like they are at a hotel, or on vacation, as they sit at their table. The activities are fun, varied, well-planned and don't insult the intellect of the resident. Pick up a copy of the monthly calendar....there are SO many activities that there is almost no space left for another activity to be added. The staff members are caring and sincere...but not fake sincerity, (just to keep rooms rented),....but the genuine article! Here is an example...before my in-laws were to move in, additional furniture stored in their new apartment would need to be move. When schedules changed, and they needed to move in a day early, for the facility staff it was "all hands on deck". Even Scott Walker, the Executive Director, rolled up his sleeves and worked alongside the maintenance staff to move all the other furniture out the night before we needed access. I am most impressed with the way each resident is treated-respectfully and with encouragement to continue to make decisions and choices about how they wish to conduct their own life. The staff members are responsive and polite. The dining staff especially go out of their way to be upbeat, efficient and kind. But, I save the best for last! The "age in place" concept. My in-laws, (unless they begin to "wander off" or become a danger to themselves or others), don't have to go to another elder-care facility. Because of on-site home-health care, we do not face the risk of a rushed move if their care needs change dramatically. Mostly, it means that if one of them needed heavier care...they, after 61 years together, wouldn't have to be separated. No one asked or paid me to say any of this, there is no benefit given to my in-laws...but I wanted other adult children to know that The Waterford is "the exception to the rule." [name removed]

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I like everything about The Waterford on Cooper. They leave us alone. They don't interfere with the way they we want to live. They keep the place clean and maintained. I am really impressed by their operation. Overall it has been a good experience. I have been several places in my lifetime, I'm an old man and have been around and this is the best place yet.
