I really liked Georgetown Place. I liked the amenities and the way it was set up to pay for assisted living. Kris was very helpful in explaining things to me. I am interested in looking in to renting an apartment there, but I need to be sure that it is the best place for mom.

It is fantastic! They cover all of the needs of the person who lives there entirely. My loved one is very happy with the food. I’m just really happy with the care they give her. I can’t say enough about it. We had no idea that it would be this good – really everything, social and her physical being is cared for.

This visit to The Woodlands was the best one that my sister and I have visited. We have also visit 3 other communities that were not on your list of recommendation. I think this is the best of all.

Had to find my dad a place to stay at the last minute as he was being discharged from Rehab. They were extremely helpful in getting him moved in quickly and took the stress off all us daughters. Very nice place and well maintained. I have nothing to compare to but it has been the perfect place for my dad. They have lots of activities but after a month we still can't get my dad to join in. He does seem to like the other residents and says everyone is friendly. He is still adjusting to his new life and recently losing his companion.

We had an absolutely awesome meeting with Kris on our first trip to Georgetowne Place. Our mom was unsure if she would be comfortable outside her own home. After talking with Kris and meeting the staff, the decision was easy for her to make. The current residents gave us positive recommendations from day one. Our questions have been answered within a timely manner. The move in day went smoothly. Al, the Executive Director has personally checked in with us and continually offers his assistance with any of our needs. It is a huge load off our minds to know our mom is being taken care of by such wonderful people.

I recommend this place! I have recommended it to a lot of people. It’s expensive. If you don’t have insurance –it might out of many people’s means. It’s extremely nice. We only used it for respite care. It’s a wonderful place. The staff is just phenomenal

They’re wonderful! They’re very good. I’ve had the food there and everything is great. They have a beautiful dining room. There are servers for the table just like a restaurant. My grandmother is very happy here.

My parents moved to Summit Point a little over a week ago after enjoying their beautiful home for many years. The staff there couldn't be friendlier and more helpful...my parents are enjoying their new "home" and are very glad they made the decision to move.

Absolutely beautiful, but I wish it were in Georgetown. The one-bedroom floor plan is exactly what we're looking for. Now all we need to do is get Lucille on board. Thank you for suggesting this facility.

It's a beautiful place! The staff was very nice. They don't provide care there, it's an independent place. They really do a good job of getting people involved in the activities. They have tons of things to do. It's fairly reasonable pricing as well.

They are all just so friendly and everyone is helpful. The food is great. The activities are wonderful. They made it such an easy transition. The laundry service is working great. This is a decision we should have made much sooner. I’ve always been able t find parking.

So very happy with Residence of Chardon. Everyone is caring and loving.

We haven’t used the care services yet, but there two services there. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and theygo out of their way to help you tremendously. I’ve eaten there several times and the food is excellent. There is enough parking – we’ve never had any trouble.

It’s great! My loved one plays bingo, exercise, and goes on egg hunts! It’s a lot better environment than when he was in an independent living – part of the reason we choose this living community was the woman who runs it - she was a big part of why we choose it… She was just so friendly and helpful. There are twenty units in this community so it’s smaller and more comfortable for my loved one. It also has excellent food.

I dropped by today and Susan was there and not busy, so she showed us around. I am very impressed and think that I have found my new home. I don't plan to move until next Fall, but will keep in touch with you and with Susan. Thank you for your help.

The Woodlands of Hamilton is a very nice assisted living location. It is very clean and well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and work at getting the residents to participate in activities. The fact that it has both memory care and assisted living will allow my parents to get the assistance they require yet remain at the same location. The fact that it takes Medicaid after a period of private pay is a bonus and one of the selling points.

We are very happy with Wellington and would recommend it to anyone.

They have been great. They always get back to me right away. Mom seems a little bored, maybe some activities that offer a little more stimulation would be nice. The food seems to be o.k., we haven't had any problems with the laundry. It's clean, and I knew people who had been there and worked there before. They also offered assisted living and memory unit.
