I cannot say enough good things on how helpful you were in finding a place for my wife. You were understanding, thorough, and allowed us to find this independent living facility that is perfect for her. Thank you.

We picked Woodlands because of the caring, generous staff, smaller size of residents in the memory care unit than most places, and the consistent care she received while there. I consider The Woodlands to be one of the best residences of its type if not the best. I would highly recommend them to any family looking for a place for their loved one.

It is wonderful. They are very personable. Very in tune to what is going on with my mom, whether there is or isn't anything going on with my mom. They do have a locked memory unit but my mom is in assisted living. She has a kitchenette. The go everywhere. I am wanting to be a chaperon the outings are so cool. The food is very good. Chicken Marsala! They even have a happy hour with wine. It is a brand new place, less than two years old. Aesthetically it is gorgeous. It was a very good move.

They've been very nice to my mother. Everyone is pretty friendly. The staff seems to know her pretty well and the food is pretty good, I have to admit. She hasn't complained about it that much and that's big for her. I like the fact that someone is always there. It's independent living, not assisted living, so it's nice that there is still always someone there. I wish they would decorate a little more for the holidays. They have a beautiful lobby and I think they could enhance it. I know they have all different faiths there but even decorating the lobby for winter time or fall would be nice. There's some stuff outside but not inside. I just think it would make it a little more cheerful.

Love it. Temporary hold on a 2 bedroom. And this place has a kitchen, very nice facility, happy people all around.

My dad Is there and he is very happy with it. His only complaint is that the food could use a little more spices. He said that it is a really good value, and that's why he likes it so much. He is in independent living but they still provide him with three meals a day. He also has a small kitchenette in his one bedroom apartment. They do all kinds of activities. They have bridge groups and on Fridays they do happy hour and have live entertainment.

Chose Wyoming Springs over Aria primarily because they offered respite care and they currently had more residents which we hoped would offer my mom more companionship.

I was just using them for respite which is $99 a night and that is extremely reasonable! I couldn't ask for better care. I am extremely pleased with everything! They keep them busy all day with whatever they want to do. They have bingo, exercises, coffee, things in the afternoon - I don't even know all the activities but they were constant. I have been absolutely thrilled. I would recommend them to anyone.

It's clean, tidy, the entryway, the dining room, the sitting areas are all just very clean. Everybody's very friendly, the people in the dining room taking your order are all very nice, the food is excellent, you have a lot of choices. They've got bingo, bridge, they have tons and tons of activities but my mother in law is very antisocial so she doesn't really care about them. They do have a nice library and a beauty salon so she likes getting books. They also have home care on site that they contract in if you need more care.

Really liked this home. Small community. Looked very good.

They're fabulous, the care I don't have much to compare it to, there have been some minor problems but any problem we have had they've addressed immedeatly, they were apologetic and fixed them as soon as possible. There's daily activities and they go and get her for those activities. I liked the feel of it, I liked the cleanliness, I liked that it's a personally based on her needs; they weren't going to provide anything that she can do herself until she starts needing the help. She get's one on one check ins, but she has dementia and she gets lonely so she wants someone with her all the time and we had to hire someone else to come in and do that. This place is wonderful, it's like a resort and after we saw it we didn't want to look anywhere else.

I got my mother & sister into the Waterford with the help of a place for mom advisor. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The Waterford provides 3 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, transportation to medical appt 3 days a week, shopping & errands. They also have laundry facilities on each floor (you do your own). The staff is amazing they helped my mom & sister make a smooth transition after their home caught fire

Very nice. I especially liked the deluxe studio and free cable and phone. Price was very competitive. Waterford is on the top of my list.

Almost everyday my Mom tells me how happy she is in her cozy little apartment. She loves it there and everybody (everybody!) there loves her. She is happy with the services, the surroundings and especially the food. One of the reasons we chose Georgetowne Place is because of the restaurant style dining, there are no set dining hours, she can go to the restaurant whenever she chooses. That suits her personality perfectly. We could not be happier with Georgetowne Place!

My mom liked the summit, but when we took my grandmother she had an absolute breakdown, she started crying and her nose started running and saying "y'all promised you weren't going to do this to me," it was bad. My mother and my aunt who has power of attorney both liked it and came to a mutual agreement on it too. They liekd the activities, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, just the overall experience was great. They had little games and stuff too, they would play bingo, checkers, little board games like that.

My father recently moved in to an apartment at independence village in East Lansing. The staff there is wonderful and have really helped with the adjustment (he was really reluctant to move). The people there are really nice and they have lots of social activities for their residents. He always tells me about his great meals and fun socials and movie nights. Definitely a good choice!

After my mother wandered and was found hours later several miles from her home of 46 years, we needed a space quickly. I toured several nearby facilities and we decided on Wyoming Springs due to the staff, facility, and location. The facility offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff worked closely with me and my sister on the challenging transition from home to care facility, and they have been extremely understanding, helpful, and attentive. I feel like it is a partnership, and I've been warmly welcomed and provided updates each time I visit (6-7 times per week) and by phone when needed. This has been a challenging time for our family, but we are pleased with our decision, the level of care, and the engaging environment designed to meet the needs of the residents. Since the facility is new, there is space available and I've been told activities will become more customized as the numbers increase, which will be great for the residents.

They have lots of activities, everything could be improved upon but they're doing their best, sometimes the food is not always what you want but I guess they do the best they can. The only thing is every once in a while the foods not too good and with 100 people you can't satisfy them all but the staff is good, the people are good, the place is good and it'll be 5 months since we moved this week. If you mention my name as a reference I get 500 dollars, so I highly recommend it and mention my name as a reference when you come in!

It's been a great experience from move it date in August of this year. They are giving quality care to my Father In Law. He's always up and around when we visit and enjoys the activities and meals. Very Clean and comfortable.

They were remodeling when we were there, putting in new carpeting in the hallways so that's something they were doing. My mother's apartment was clean and neat. I thought it was very nice and they were very helpful. I haven't ever done this before, putting someone in a place like this so it's hard to judge the value. It's expensive but the other ones that I looked at all seemed to be around the same. She's paying almost $5000 a month. From what I have experienced - I live a long ways away from my mother - when I have a question they've gotten right back to me so I have no complaints there. It looks like they have a variety of things to do but my mother doesn't see and can't hear very well so she doesn't participate.
