My father has been at Waterford on Cooper for a year. He is 93 and has had very good Care. He doesn't always get shaved but the food is great and staff is loving and helpful to our family. The facility is nice, bright, colorful and his room is spacious, more than adequate and maid service is sufficient. We have been pleased with medical attention from the doctors, home health workers and therapists that work with staff. I have many friends who have had their love ones here and we're happy with facility.

Beautiful and well maintained facility with outstanding program for those needing or seeking assisted living. Friendly, caring, well trained, professional staff that are resident focused. They truly want Elmcroft to become "home" for their residents. Elmcroft deserves your most serious consideration.

When you are suddenly faced with making assisted living decisions for loved ones, it helps to have a facility like Vista Springs where experts are available and accessible to help you understand all the ins and out. Everyone's situation is unique, and in ours...we have relied very heavily on the helpful input from many of the staff at Vista...and they are very helpful- We highly recommend this facility-clean, well staffed, well managed-

We have been very satisfied with the experience at North Pointe in Anderson, SC. The staff has been very welcoming to our family. The community is very neat and homey. Our family members have commented on how good the food is at each meal. They have encouraged our family members to get involved with several activities that the community has to offer.

We are happy with the community for my mom. The staff is very nice and friendly, but they seem to respond slowly. The meals are appealing. I like that she is involved with the activities that are offered. I do suggest that families ask a lot of questions on the insurance billing.

Everything is good so far and all is in good shape for my mom. She likes the meals and tells me it is very good. She is doing well with the activities and gets to stay engaged with the stimulation. There are no concerns with the staff. Housekeeping is doing a good job and we have good communication about anything. I would recommend the community to my family and friends.

I'm doing quite well being a resident of this community. The people are more than kind with so many good people. I have made many friends, they are overly helpful and I like it a lot. I am happy being here. The staff are outstanding. They have a beauty parlor and all is very interesting.

My loved one loves this community. She has a great apartment with a balcony. She is enjoying being able to be by herself and independent. She is not one to join activities but they are available. It has been a good experience for her.

We seem to like it very well so far. The food is good, it's kept clean. We don't have any major complaints so far. I would give them a five.

I like this community and I am glad to see that my mom and dad are happy here. The staff are so friendly and it feels like a home enviroment. The meals are outstanding. They do offer alot of activities. They do enjoy the music. I am very happy to see that this is a great fit for them both. I highly recommend this community for the great care and value to other families seeking care for a loved one.

I am very happy with the care that this community has given my mom. We find that the community is always clean and maintained. They have a menu that she is enjoying due to special request. The meals are very appealing. They have alot of activities that are offered to her to stay active. We would be happy to recommend this community to other families for the good care and value.

Everything has been going great here. My sister is getting involved with the different activities that they have. My sister really enjoys the dining experience and being able to be around people. Everything has been clean and nice.

My dad is doing good at this community. This is right by my house and it was perfect when we took a look at it in the beginning. He loves the community and what it offers to him. The activities and the people that work there are the best. The community is well cleaned. He also loves the meals and thinks that it tastes good. I would recommend them to family or friends.

Everything is going great so far. My dad really likes the community because when they were building the facility he was the one who did the building code. Dad said that he knows the community is safe. He loves the food and the people.

It is a really nice community. The place is always clean which is very reassuring. Mom likes the food and the dining hall. Mom has even got started getting involved with the community. Mom likes it because she feels that she is not just a number that she is family. That is the benefit of being in a smaller community.

Looks great for anyone, great for couples who are at different stages in life to stay together under the same roof. Remodeling in progress and looking good. Beautiful rooms. Memory care is secure but not isolated from community. Activities encouraged. Every resident I met seemed happy. Easy to navigate the building, 3 story open center room encourages being involved. Good community going on, large bright dining room. Staff friendly.

Everyone here is so Great!! Friendly and very helpful in all aspects of moving in!!!

Everyone one is supper friendly and very helpful. The only issue I've had is when we bring my grandma back after 8 pm. It seems like it's very difficult to get in the building and that there is very limited staff around to help with changing of clothes and getting ready for bed.

I'am one hundred percent satisfied with my mothers move to this community. It took her a while to adjust at first, but she is doing well now, and even made a nice new friend. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this facility. They have a great staff, they have been great at communicating any information about my mother to me. They have been quick at responding with help. The community looks great, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. Everything has worked out very well, and this is a community I would recommend. It is a great facility.

Fabulous place for seniors. Lots of activities , great food, and lots if opportunities to socialize.
