The one complaint we have is the food. Breakfast is fantastic but the other two meals have issues. The overall quality of the food is not very good. Everything else is adequate.

I like the care her for my mom. The staff is kind and very helpful for my mom's needs. My father is happy here. The community is clean and good positive environment. The menu is really good meals. They offer nice activities and therapy. This is a community that we highly recommend to other families for great care and a good value for loved ones.

My dad's experience with Cottonwood Village is going great! The facility is very clean and the staff is quite friendly. My father is receiving the care that he needs, and he seems quite happy with his stay!

Beautiful facility, bright and inviting. [Removed] presented life at Summit Place in a positive, upbeat manner and convinced me that I can return to being my mother's daughter not merely her caretaker/overseer. I know my father would have approved Summit Place as a place to entrust my mother's care.

The staff at Whitley Park was very friendly. My mother received the care that she needed. No complaints about the facility!

Absolutely wonderful. Unlike some of them, the first thing [Removed] wanted to know about was my mom. Where she was in her dementia and what her needs were. The facility is beautiful. The staff was so friendly. I will feel at peace bringing my mom here.

My Aunts love it here! I sat down with [Removed] the sales director today and she is so sweet! Before my aunts moved in I spoke with residents about their experience living here. They said they loved it and everyone is so nice.I like that both of my aunts are able to share a room. They are close to the dining room, activities room and the piano. One of my aunts loves the piano and it's great she can be close to something she enjoys so much!

My mom had a little bit of a tough transition into this community,but that was to be expected. The staff had done a wonderful job at trying to make her feel welcomed and safe in her new living environment. They are providing her with excellent quality of care and I could have not have not picked a better group to watch over her. She has been enjoying the meals they serve and has gone off campus a couple times with the other residents to enjoy some fresh air. Overall we are very happy and would defiantly recommend this place.

Everyone is superb.....caring, kind, informative...They are taking wonderful care of my father. If I ever need to go to an assisted living community, this is my choice. Excellent!!!

I am so happy I had choose this community for my dad to go to. We are very happy with how things are going for him so far and I am thankful the staff have been so welcoming to him. He has only been there a short time but we have already seen improvement. They provide him with excellent quality of care and make sure he is comfortable in his new living environment. I would defiantly recommend this facility to anyone looking for there loved one.

Vista Springs is an absolutely beautiful facility. From what I was told, the staff to patient ratio is excellent, 1:8 for assisted living and 1:6 for memory care. There is an in house RN on duty 24 hours a day. Many places do not have an in house RN all the time. I was also told there are many aides to assist with helping residents to the dining room or to activities. I was told that Vista Springs prides themselves on patient care. When I toured, many of the residents were away from the facility, possibly shopping. I was told my mom wouldn't have to worry about carrying any groceries she bought. Her energy level wouldn't allow her to do that. She would get staff help for that. They also said that receiving help getting to the dining room or carrying groceries does not raise the level of care, like it does for some other facilities. The living rooms and bedrooms in the apartments are very spacious, although not a lot of closet space. There is a nice kitchen area with a sink and a college dorm size refrigerator/freezer. I think there was a microwave in the kitchen also. There is room for a small kitchen table. The bathrooms were very nice, bright and spacious. I was told to be a chef there the chef has to have worked at a ***** hotel restaurant for two years before they would be considered for a chef position at Vista Springs. The residents' medications are kept in a locked medicine cabinet in the residents' apartments, which reduces the chance of medication errors. They also have radiant heated floors for the residents' comfort. I received a voice message stating the facility was going to have 10 apartments available for Medicaid waiver residents. When I toured the facility I was told that they were not yet accepting Medicaid residents. But when the resident's money ran out, they would assist the family in finding a place for the resident that does take Medicaid. I did not receive a price sheet in my folder. But from what I was told,the cost was more than the other facilities I have toured. Although, they do not add on extra charges to increase the resident's level of care. I was also told that the price quoted when the resident moves into an Assisted Living apartment doesn't increase if their level of care changes as long as they stay in Assisted Living, except for cost of living increases. Although, if they do have to move to Memory Care, the cost will increase. Vista Springs is where I would want to live if I needed Assisted Living, and I could afford it. If they do start accepting Medicaid waivers, I would not hesitate to move my mom here.

My mother is doing very well at The Waterford. I would rate them very highly...

My father has been at Waterford on Cooper for a year. He is 93 and has had very good Care. He doesn't always get shaved but the food is great and staff is loving and helpful to our family. The facility is nice, bright, colorful and his room is spacious, more than adequate and maid service is sufficient. We have been pleased with medical attention from the doctors, home health workers and therapists that work with staff. I have many friends who have had their love ones here and we're happy with facility.

Beautiful and well maintained facility with outstanding program for those needing or seeking assisted living. Friendly, caring, well trained, professional staff that are resident focused. They truly want Elmcroft to become "home" for their residents. Elmcroft deserves your most serious consideration.

When you are suddenly faced with making assisted living decisions for loved ones, it helps to have a facility like Vista Springs where experts are available and accessible to help you understand all the ins and out. Everyone's situation is unique, and in ours...we have relied very heavily on the helpful input from many of the staff at Vista...and they are very helpful- We highly recommend this facility-clean, well staffed, well managed-

We have been very satisfied with the experience at North Pointe in Anderson, SC. The staff has been very welcoming to our family. The community is very neat and homey. Our family members have commented on how good the food is at each meal. They have encouraged our family members to get involved with several activities that the community has to offer.

We are happy with the community for my mom. The staff is very nice and friendly, but they seem to respond slowly. The meals are appealing. I like that she is involved with the activities that are offered. I do suggest that families ask a lot of questions on the insurance billing.

Everything is good so far and all is in good shape for my mom. She likes the meals and tells me it is very good. She is doing well with the activities and gets to stay engaged with the stimulation. There are no concerns with the staff. Housekeeping is doing a good job and we have good communication about anything. I would recommend the community to my family and friends.

I'm doing quite well being a resident of this community. The people are more than kind with so many good people. I have made many friends, they are overly helpful and I like it a lot. I am happy being here. The staff are outstanding. They have a beauty parlor and all is very interesting.

My loved one loves this community. She has a great apartment with a balcony. She is enjoying being able to be by herself and independent. She is not one to join activities but they are available. It has been a good experience for her.
