Waterford is great. Caring staff. Nicely maintained facility. Easy visitation/parking/participation for guests.

The facility was adequate and appropriate based on the cost. It provided us a short term option for my father. Communication was difficult, and being out of state made it more difficult to reach staff. When I did communicate with them, they were very nice. The evening staff did not seem to be as good as the day staff.

Our executive director, [name removed], is a breath of fresh air. She speaks to the residents by name, follows up with the residents if there is an issue and is very good at following up with me in a timely manner. For one example....my mother is 98 years old and she was concerned about the flag that was wearing out and is front of the building. She lived through the depression and WW ll so the flag means a lot to her. [name removed] got on it, got a new beautiful flag and had the flagpole repaired. We're all so pleased. Kudos to the some of the best staff members (I'm sure there may be some I'm missing but here goes). Front desk....[names removed] before she left, Housekeeping...[names removed]". Dining room...[names removed] and others that I don't know their names...Driver [name removed]... Maintenance, [name removed], Nursing [name removed] and [name removed]. [names removed]..activities. These people are the best. Many thanks to all of them.

I feel safe at Harrison. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The surroundings are pretty. My studio apartment is comfortable and I can easily get around. I would highly recommend the Harrison to everyone.

My mom lived independently with care for a number of years. Harrison gives her that sense of independence and also security without isolation. As a family, we are included in her care and currently the staff Is responsive and respectful. She loves bingo and her social schedule is full. The therapy team was exactly what she needed! Advocate with love and faith.

1. 4 felt safe the whole time. Staff is pretty incredible and dept. heads are approachable 2. the facility is clean and fairly odor free. 3. what attracted us to this facility was the staff and their friendliness 4. I've had challenges with my immunity and have made requests to the hskp department. to have staff wear footies while in our apartment so that they minimize bacterial & viral spread from other residents. I'm not sure if they were in-serviced of my needs as I had made repeated requests. So, we take care of our own housekeeping, which is unfair as we pay the same amount. 5. the administrator is very approachable 6. the food is like school lunches, no real turkey for Thanksgiving, but there are off menu items that are available 7. activities staff are incredible and observe any and all holidays, special events, birthday for all residents, daily activities, including religious events require a full calendar. It's just amazing the amount of work they put in to provide activities. There is also a token program for incentive to participate, and the tokens can be redeemed in the "energy bucks" store for candy, cards, clothes, jewelry, et. al. 8. good value

Waterford at Ironbridge is the BEST facility that my mother has stayed at. The cost is very reasonable and affordable. The facility is very neat and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Staff is very friendly. Facilities are clean and well organized. Food is good, but can be too spicy or too bland for me. The cost for living here keeps growing, so I have had to downsize from a one bedroom to a studio apartment. Being physically handicapped, I am having a difficult time. But overall, I am happy here at the apartment Waterford at Ironbridge.

The Waterford At Ironbridge has beautiful grounds, apartments and dining hall! It's like stepping I to an extavagent hotel. The staff is so friendly and love on my mom and other residents! The food is fresh and tastes like it came from a restaurant! Cleaning staff keeps the bathrooms and apartments and interior and exterior of the building clean and tidy. There are always activities and someone available at the front desk! They decorate for holidays. The game room is stocked with all kinds of games and the library is full. I'm happy my mom resides here!

They do not have any medical staff on board. I felt they took mom and should not have. They were not able to give her the care she needed. She was not able to take care of herself, toileting, showering, and such. The gal that was in charge at the time somehow broke her back, moving her. I do not blame them because in every other way, they were great. They just couldn't handle her level of care.

Everyone is welcoming and friendly here. The food is good and the staff are always available to help. Happy hour Fridays are my favorite!

Its a great place to live. I enjoy eating meals in the dining room with my friends. My apartment is a good size. The community is not too large. making it easy to get to and from. They always have fresh hot coffee and various snacks avaliable all day.

There was a 10% raise in rent in March. The food could be better. And the choices could be something more. The activities are more for the women than men. But they have probably 10 % men residents.

Quality of food has decreased. Dad locked out of his room during the day. Not seeing any activities for Memory care.

The activities and wellness directors are responsive and personable. Some of the staff can be negative but the care is good.

The Amberleigh experience has been going quite well. The dining room staff and the meals have improved. there were issues in the past. the events and the transportation services are good.

Overall a nice assisted living. Our concern is with food. When the menu says “farm fresh” vegetables, it’s something out of a can. “Fresh fruit” is canned fruit. Very disappointing. We wish you would deliver what your menu states. The staff are all very friendly & our parent is treated with respect. Thank you for all that you do.

When I relocated from Orlando FL after the death of my wife of 50 years. I checked out (3) separate apartments. I choose to live here as it is the nicest apartment for the money. Nice than other that others that move $[fee removed] /mo more than the $ amount I am paying here.

Nice community. Meets my needs at this time of my life. Meets social experience with other people keeps me active.
