Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far we're very pleased with how things have turned out at The Waterford! The staff is friendly and caring, and the community itself is well kept and clean. It particular the sales agent we worked with was a real sweetheart, and really did a great job listening to us and making sure all of our needs were met.

This is like a big hotel. the staff were caring. I would recommend it if wanting a bigger community. They did offer activities for participation. The community is very clean and I would recommend other families see this community for the options available for a loved one.

My favorite thing about this community so far is the fact that the staff really seem to care about what's going on with residents and they try to work to engage them in everything that's going on. The residents are happy. The only thing I wish they could improve on is the times of their meals. What I mean by that is being more flexible. My mother sometimes sleeps in and doesn't make it to the breakfast. They are done by 9am. I wish they would at least have snacks available so she can still eat something when she wakes up. The apartment she is in is not too big not too small. She has housekeeping help her with cleaning, and they offer to do laundry very minimal charge. I highly recommend this place.

I would give this community the highest rankings. Everything is working very well for my mother since her move to this community. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. She is safe, and in good hands here. I have already recommended this community to my friends, it is a nice place.

We're very pleased with our experience so far! The staff is accommodating, the facility is beautiful and well kept, and they've got a great variety of activities. I would highly recommend The Amberleigh.

I have not moved into my new community yet, but I am very excited to do so. [Removed] has been wonderful at helping me set up everything that I need to with the move and the rest of the staff have been very helpful as well. I had a chance to try a few meals and they where very tasty with lots of flavor.

This is a great community. We were happy with the staff members that were helpful . The community we found to be very clean and well maintained. The food was appealing. The activities would of been a good fit for some of my mom's needs to stay active. We were happy with the layout and brightness here compared to other communities. This community was a little farther for us. We would recommend the care and the value here to other families for the needs of a loved one.

in the 2 weeks since my father moved into the memory care residence, there has been such an improvement in him! He is participating in activities - BINGO - that I thought he would never do. the caregivers genuinely seem to care about him and his history. They treat him with respect and that means to world to me. The facility and his room are clean and bright - staff is always friendly and asking if we need anything. Vista Springs is a great place for my dad.

They do not offer an abundance of activities. The food is great and the staff are attentive and responsive to my inquiries. It has been a good experience. I would recommend this community. My brother has settled in nicely and seems to be at peace with his situation. He has made several new friends and is interacting with people better than I have seen him in a long time.

The Staff and residents at this community are always so happy. The place is beautiful, new and always very clean. The food is delicious. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful, they tend to all of my mother's needs. The apartment she is in is gorgeous, has everything she needs. We would definitely recommend the Summit Point to anyone!

I have to say that I am very thankful to all of the residents at this community they have really welcomed my mother with open arms and have made her feel right at home. They all eat there meals together and then enjoy a few games of cards after as well as other activities throughout the week. I do have to say the only complaint she has had is the quality of the food they have. My mom says it does not seem like they have a chef working and the food is poorly prepared.

I am very pleased with the care that my mother has been receiving at this community. The meals are very healthy and well balanced with great proportions. The staff have also done a wonderful job at making sure she is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. I overall have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Mom really likes it there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The apartment is roomy and well maintained.

We moved our mother from her home in FL to her apt in the Waterford last week. We couldn't be happier with the transition and assistance/care provided by the Waterford staff! They were kind enough to hold a first floor 2-bedroom unit for us until we could get mom's FL furniture and items moved in. [Removed] and [Removed] were fabulous help and took care of arranging the health assessment, paperwork, keys so we could move in over the weekend, orientation, etc. For our mom, a couple of the items she really wanted in her new place were a full kitchen and a fireplace. She has both of those so it quite pleased!! We plan to have a family gathering at her new Waterford apt in a few weeks, and we'll be able to do that because she has a large enough place with an open floor plan and a full kitchen. We looked at 12 different senior living facilities in the Madison WI area (that offered assisted care). This place was the clear winner for us!

This community is top-notch in my book. All the units have a full bath with a very large shower that has a pull-down seat as well as an adjustable shower head. The dining area is very inviting and the grounds are exceptionally well kept with outside areas to sit. The one bedroom unit had a separate living area and a small kitchenette with sink and cabinets. If I were looking for myself it is one I would definitely consider.

I loved the light, brightness, and openness of the Waterford. It was a very pretty, happy looking place and the employees were all a pleasure to meet. The apartments had good storage and good layouts. Very inviting. Nice location.

This community is wonderful and the staff is beyond awesome. They have great food and it is open and well lit. The residents have plenty to keep them busy. The people really feel like they love my family. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

We toured this community and saw a dinky little room. It was not set up for a couple to move in. We needed a 2 bedroom apartment, it was not available. It was a great tour. They were very friendly and welcoming.

We were very impressed with the property and management. We have made the decision to move mom here.

Literally a 5 in every way.
