It's a nice clean and friendly place to live. Their food is okay. And you can always find something to do. And if you need help for something you can ask.

We found our chosen and family! The staff are friendly and thoughtfully engaging with focus on safety. The apartments have a wide variety of floor plans. They offer gourmet healthy food options that support diabetic and high blood pressure dietary needs. My mom loves the shuttle to her doctor appointments, weekly events, and activities.

We have lived here at the Waterford for over 10 years. This is our home, we love it here. The staff are so friendly, like family. And always available. We enjoy the amenities offered such as housekeeping, maintenance, dining, food, library, and activities. It's very clean. During Covid, they were very responsive and made us aware of changes and new policies. We feel safe during the pandemic.

This place is very clean and decorated nicely. The outside is very pretty and well-maintained. They're very responsive to apartment maintenance requests or questions in general. My mom loves the food and orders off the menu to orders there frequently. Normally the activities are throughout the week which she very much enjoys.

Absolutely love it here! Have no regrets, I have been here about six months and it has been my home, my friendships and where I plan to stay forever. Before pandemic, lots of activities and fun, but their handling of things kept us safe and we are looking forward to many new things.

Waterford is a very friendly place and great place to live. I had three meals a day, housekeeping, I was taking to doctor's appointment, shopping. Played a lot of games and had fun happy hours. We also had entertainment on Thursday, usually really good.

Love the Waterford staff [names removed] just to name a few. They made my mom feel welcome. From day one. The facility is clean, spacious and convenient for us to visit. The kitchen staff, cleaning crew and maintenance man are always willing to go the extra mile to help Mom when needed, and gives me comfort to know she is booked out for when aides or family are not around. Love with the extras – piano music, happy hours, entertainment.

I have been here almost 7 years. The care and cleanliness is very important to the management and staff. The needs of the residents are very important to them. The cleanliness of this place is above and beyond. I really enjoy being here.

Nothing but a positive experience. even though my loved one was only there for a few months they did everything they could to make our experience positive. Even as Covid was starting up they found a way for us to see my loved one before he passed. The room sizes were bigger than I expected and very comfortable, it was laid out very well I told my kids when my time come I want to go to Aspen Grove

We chose Palmilla Senior Living because of the location and the staff we met here were wonderful and helped up to move him up here from El Paso. They were also able to get him in here sooner than we were expecting. The one downfall is the food service, the food is good but since it is being delivered the meals are cold. The best part about the community so far would be the staff, they all know him by his first name and are very accommodating to him and our family. I would absolutely recommend

I would recommend people getting their loved one in immediately to this wonderful community. This community was able to go above and beyond in involving the family. Superior learns the family member's names and goes to get your loved one to speak to, or visit with anytime requested. The staff was overly kind and understanding. In addition, during the difficult time of my loved one's passing the community was there for the family and checking in on us. I've already told my family, that when needed to put me at this wonderful community.

They go to no end to keep us happy and help us stay focused to reality which is too easily strayed from!!! I would be in a world of trouble if I had to live somewhere else!!!!

I love this place and all the friends and especially the workers who work so hard to make everything so nice and pleasant here. God's blessings to everyone. I love you!

Before coming to Rosemont, my daughter reviewed several homes. She recommended it as the best place for me. When I first came here, I had a stroke which was very severe. After a hospital stay and two other places, to help cure it, I was ready for Rosemont for a more natural setting. Still being unsure of myself and unable to talk, walk, or write properly, I have accomplished this in a year. With excellent care, and staff who cares about your needs, I am now able to use my Walker and get about. She chose the best for me, thank you God.

I have been highly satisfied and pleased with the care and specialized attention that the staff has provided for my 96 year-old father at the Wellington Assisted Living in Conroe Texas. He is very healthy happy, and pleased with all the kindness and care from the staff. The executive director [named remove] has been outstanding in her management and communication. She and her staff responded quickly with any concerns. The medical oversight [name removed], creative activities [name removed], delicious meals, and caring maintenance [name removed] have all been five star.

Great place to live.

Facilities attractive inside and out, clean and neat. The activities director is excellent and the activities are great considering the pandemic. Nursing staff is very kind and attentive. Kitchen is very friendly, helpful, and the food is above average. Housekeeping is very good and the halls and apartments are clean. No smells. Maintenance is good. Administrative staff is pleasant and helpful. Dorothy apartments in other areas are decorative according to see you then. Transportation wonderful, friendly, attentive.

The caregivers are very helpful and courteous. Med techs are knowledgeable and punctual. Administration staff and directors are very friendly and offer no service. The kitchen service is more than acceptable. If good salon service is available, I would give 5 Stars Plus.
