Summit Point has gone above and beyond what was necessary in order to make this transition go smoothly. From the medical and psychological evaluations (done in the hospital) to the ease of moving to the professionalism shown by everyone involved, this move for a family member has been superbly handled. It is an immaculate facility with an excellent staff. We are very, very happy with our choice.

The staff is very responsive with any request. They are very helpful and answer all of my questions. The quality of the food is very good and my mom enjoys it. The community is clean and is kept up very well. They have many scheduled activities during the week like a pianist, church service, exercise, and scenic drives. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

I'am very pleased with this community, they are taking good care of my mother. She is doing great here, she has adjusted very well to this community. They have an excellent staff here, they have been great to work with. She loves the food, I know she is eating well. They do a very good job of the cleanliness, her room is cleaned once a week. Overall I know she safe and getting great care. They also have great rates. Everything has worked out well and I would recommend it.

My uncle is doing very well here at this community. It is a very nice and clean facility, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is excellent. There are wonderful activities offered for him when he is ready to participate. He really loves the food, they serve nice meals. I know he is safe and receiving excellent care. I enjoy living at The Waterford. The staff are nice and helpful if I have any questions or need any assistance. The food is good and I also participate in some of the activities offered. I would recommend this clean well taken care of community.

The staff work well with my mom at Marquis Place. They come in to visit and answer her calls right away. They check with her to see if she would like to go down to meals and are getting her involved in some of the activities offered. She feels the food portions are not enough for everyone. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

This is a community I would recommend, because they are taking good care of my mother and her needs. She is doing very well here, and I'am pleased. It is a nice and clean community, everything is very well maintained. She is very involved in the community. They offer many activities for the residents, The food is great, she is pleased with the meals. I know she is safe and happy.

We are still moving in, and my sister is in the hospital. However, my disabled neice is already there and everyone from staff to pleasant residents ar very helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful! I have visited with many of the residents and families and have had nothing but glowing compliments of Waterord. I have had to move both my parents and my husbands to homes in the past and have never experienced such "glowing" reviews before....not one negative report! In my view that speaks volumes! I am looking forward to my sister living there and the peace I will feed in knowing she is taken care of, feeling she is safe! ??

Our experiences in the community were very nice. My mother lived here for five years, and everything went very well. A place for mom was great with all the help. They offer nice activities and good food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very good at following up and making sure we were all settled.

I'am really enjoying my time at this community. Everything is working out very well. The community looks great, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is outstanding, they are truly wonderful people. I'am trying out many of the activities they offer. I sing in the choir, I also enjoy the movie nights. The food is excellent, I really enjoy the meals. This is a community I would highly recommend.

My mother loves this place after her first week. She had been living in her own home for over 50 years and the transition was hard. The staff and other residents have made her more than welcome. Maggie was great through the entire process in moving her into her apartment.

My Mom and Dad moved to the Waterford a year and a half ago and it has been exactly what they were needing. The staff is so loving, attentive and caring -- from the maintenance and housekeeping crews, to the dining room staff, to the health care workers, all the way up to the executive administrative staff. Unfortunately, my dad passed away just a couple of months ago. The staff went above and beyond to help me as well as my mom as we journeyed through this sad time. My Mom is doing very well thanks to the "family" atmosphere that the staff works so diligently to create. I am a very protective daughter but I can truthfully say that I highly recommend the Waterford to seniors that are looking for a warm community of peers as well as a happy, supportive place to live and enjoy! This is truly a wonderful community, they are doing a good job caring for my parents. We couldn't be happier with everything they have done for us. It is a beautiful community, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. The staff is wonderful, they have been really good to my parents and very patient. There are activities offered. They are pleased. I'am pleased with the care and I would recommend it.

We picked this community because our tour went good. We got to see a clean and maintained facility. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We did not get a chance to try the food but we understand it is good. There are activities available and when Mom moves in, I'm sure she will participate. Everything went perfect and I would recommend this community.

I would give this community the highest rating, everything is working very well for my father here. The community is very well-kept. They do a fine job with the cleanliness of everything. My father is really enjoying his time here. The staff is amazing. There is wonderful activities offered. Overall they are caring for him well and I would recommend it.

It has been a hard adjustment for my mother to this community, but we are pleased with everything they have done for us. They are really trying their best to help her adjust and feel more comfortable. We really love this community. They keep the facility and my mother's room very nice and clean. There are many activities offered for her when she is ready to participate. Only problem has been with the food. They more of a selection for the residents to choose from. Overall I'am confident about the care she is receiving.

I was anxious when I left my brother in the assisted living facility at Cottonwood Village. mara was my first Contact and helped us through a very difficult time she very helpful and very well informed. The experience my brother and I have had with each caregiver has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Village for caring clean friendly and homelike atmosphere

Had to move my dad due to a change in ownership at his previous facility that made it almost dangerous for him to continue living there - new staff failed at returning calls, rent almost doubled overnight, plus the general lack of security. In less than a month, the level of care and communication from the staff at The Woodlands is a welcomed relief. Since it is a locked facility 24/7, I no longer have to worry that my dad (who has dementia) will be able to leave by himself without the staff knowing about it and calling me.

While visiting Keystone Woods we were greeted right away and with a smile. The staff genuinely care about what they do and how they present this to prospects. The grounds are well manicured and neat, there are plenty of places for residents to sit outside and walk around. The rooms are spacious and offer balconies if wanted. It is a warming environment.

My Mom is a new resident. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to be on site. The staff and I talk through e-mail and on the phone. They have been great to help me feel comfortable and know that mom is in good hands. We are going through the learning process, which in all processes takes time. It is awesome to have people and villages helping with our parents. And, I thank them for helping my mom. And, I understand that my mom is becoming quite a domino
