My parents have been at Summit Point for a few months now. My father requires additional help in his assisted-living facility, and he’s getting phenomenal help. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and respectful of my parents needs. Both the night and day nursing staff are extremely professional, compassionate, and really know their job. The aids are on top of everything, and are super friendly. The food is great, the amenities are outstanding, and as I said, it’s like the Cadillac of assisted-living facilities. They couldn’t be in a better place. It makes me feel great to know that they’re being well taken care of.

I always feel welcomed and right at home whenever I come to the Waterford. The staff are great. I would recommend them for placement for you loved one.

Staff is very loving and caring to the residents who like there. I can always be easily assited by any staff member there!

Though the price is expensive the care from the care givers on the first floor assisted living [names removed] along with front desk, staff and AL dining room staff all made my mom‘s living experience. They’re very pleasant and I think you guys from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my mother.

The facility is being updated and is good condition. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The activities are stimulating and beneficial for the residents.. the dinning room is nice but there are times that it needs to cleaned.

My mother was in the Wellington for over two years. During that time I had the privilege of meeting and interacting with the management and staff. Our family could not have found a better home for on mom. The management and staff were exceptional in every way, went above and beyond in every aspect. They became family to us and my mother loved them all so much. Thanks for making easy for us!!!

My 92-year-old mother-in-law was a resident at this facility. We could not have asked for a better place to have her live The staff and the management are absolutely wonderful. They treated her like family. She absolutely loved living there and would constantly tell us how much they loved her and took care of her. She went to be with the Lord on [date removed] It was wonderful to see how much the staff and management cared for her and thought highly of her throughout the whole ordeal of time there They became our family too, and we cried when we had to get her things and leave We will have to go back from time to time and say hello because we feel like they are family now I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who has to be placed on assisted living. We knew we didn't have to worry about her and felt she was safe at all times.

Magnolia trails has been a blessing for my mom. Staff are loving and attentive to mom’s needs. We are grateful for the support and care. Everyone from the concierge, the kitchen staff, housekeeping and caregivers have been above standard. Thank you.

My mom is a current resident of Summit Corners since the beginning of [date removed]. She has quickly become comfortable with Summit Corners after transitioning from independent living elsewhere. Overall, the staff have displayed excellent care for her evolving needs and have quickly become friends to her. Staff actively engage with residents beyond the routine of task of caring for residents. In some cases, the staff have gone out out of their way to visit her while recuperating at other health facilities. Others have even become “adopted “family. The facility allows my mom to interact in activities and with residents at her choosing, which adds to her comfort. The residence are very friendly and genuinely concerned about one another as well with fun activities throughout the year that incorporate family members to join residents. Summit Corners has quickly become home for her.

I like the fact I can be my own person living independently. Mentally and Socially healthy. I feel people listen to me. They may not understand but they listen. Much improvement with Staff and Directors since I moved in.

5 for all! The Waterford at Creekside is a lovely place and the staff were caring and communicated well. I would absolutely recommend The Waterford at Carpenters Creek and the Waterford at Creekside

The assisted caregivers great professional. Office staff always helpful kitchen great delicious meals!! Dining room staff excellent and quick the dining room staff. Excellent and quick the dining room. Bright well decorated activity room. Many choices for the residents. We have schedule movies. Visit to stores for shopping. Lunch at local restaurants.

I visited this community and immediately felt like I was at home. The people that work there are kind and seem to enjoy working there. The community is clean, smells good, and decorated nicely. I highly recommend

Magnolia Trails has made incredible changes in recent months. My mother is calm, happy and content. Activities are engaging. They are getting out on trips, walking more, exercising more and better cared for.

Amazing community! The staff truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond every day. The building is clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. My family has so much peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such good hands.

I have visited at least ten senior living facilities in recent years. Staff, procedures, resident experience, physical facilities make Waterford seem amongst the very best. I have recommended to others looking for a facility.

I've had a loved one there for almost 2 years now, and I could not be happier. It's is undoubtedly event that the activities they have for their residents is just what my loved one needs to activate the mind. Especially for one who is fully aware they can't remember things. The planed outings they have, outside and away from the facility, are absolutely wonderful. I especially love that many pictures are taken of residents during these outings & then posted on their Facebook page so that I can see the interaction they are having with them. That engagement means everything to me. Because my loved one can not remember what they did most days, it's is a blessing when I can see the images of them participating, many times with a huge smile on their face. And knowing that they are being watched over, medications handled, & specialized care, when needed is so comforting. Oh, & I'm told the food is amazing. So grateful for all the staff there. LOVE

The staff is very friendly and will help any way they can. The apartment size is good, she has enough room for her full size couch, rocking chair, television and computer desk. She gets 31 meals a month and continental breakfast. Good for my mom because she eats a good lunch and something lite for dinner. After a small adjustment period, she loves it and has made many new friends.
