I was happy to see the staff and residents in activities. The rooms and restrooms are clean. The staff is all around friendly. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed. I see that everyone there works as a team. When I walk in its nice to see the residents participating in projects and smiling.

Great place to tour and see what they have in their facilities. Great activities and events are held here and they showed us examples as well. The interaction between the staff and residents is great here. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area to check out

The Waterford at West Bend definitely checks all the boxes for me! The facility has a comfortable, homey feel and also very personalized for the residents. The administration and the staff are wonderful people who really care. I feel very lucky to have found The Waterford and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one.

My husband is a resident, and he couldn’t be happier with his new home! The care he receives is outstanding; the nurses, the therapists, and all of the staff who care for him daily. The facility is always clean, and the meals are very good. Numerous activities are available; crafts, bingo, chair yoga, and many more! Trips to various stores are also offered. His apartment is very nice, windows bring in the sunshine, the carpet is clean, and the rooms are large. I/we, are so proud to call The Waterford his new home! Thanks to the outstanding staff, you’re so much appreciated!

We were very fortunate to make contact w [name removed] at Summit Corners. We were looking at a cloudy crystal ball, as we did not know when mom (95 year old) would be released from a rehab facility after an extended stay in the hospital. [name removed] was an exceptional host esp since this was a new adventure for my siblings and I. She took as much time with us on multiple occasions and made sure we understood everything even if we asked the dumbest questions. [name removed] was responsive to our ever changing dates/times for visits to ask more questions or seek more information as well as responding to phone calls or texts sent. [name removed] followed up with every request/question and always had someone contact me if I had a request/question outside her jurisdiction. Thank you, [name removed], for being there for us as we were dealing with very difficult decisions and an ever changing environment with my mom over the last few weeks.

Staff is very helpful. Room is too larger but comfortable. Working on getting a smaller room. Residents are all welcoming and friendly. Cafeteria food is good. Grounds are kept up well. I take a lot of walk. Would like some more level side walks.

! Staff is amazing, activities are great, assigned seating for meals promotes friendships and inclusion. [name removed] the executive director is phenomenal. No complaints at all. Apartment studio is perfect size. My mom just told me Monday how much she loves living there!

I visit my sister weekly and the staff at North Pointe is friendly and very compassionate. When you come inside the door the love starts, So happy we were able to get my sister here.

North Pointe is an amazing place. Filled with love. A home like place. The staff was the best to her. She was spoiled by them. [name removed] is an amazing Executive director. The management team goes above and beyond for the residents. I would recommended North Pointe to all my family and fiends

First impression outstanding.

Great staff and place was clean and smelled good. Rooms were laid out well and bathrooms were clean with lots of handle bars to hold on to. Cafe was nice and the kitchen staff appeared competent in food preparation.

Great facility and people. Quality medical care- Dr, dermatologist,RNs, PT on site. Salon as well.
