My mother lives at Magnolia Trails, the Memory Care part, ot the Ashton. The people who take care of her are doing it because it is a passion! It comes through on how they show respect and care for each resident. Before this, she was in Assisted Living. It has been a wonderful experience for all of us. It is a very well ran place and they are always available to handle any issues that may come up. Love the Ashton and cannot recommend it enough.

The Ashton is a beautiful place where both of my parents lived for a short period of time and received exceptional care. My brother resides here now and seems to like it . Staff is exceptional and caring.

Close to home and decent price is why we chose them. Would recommend

Friendly, well fed and I feel safe. Food is healthy, staff and residents are fun to be around. Happy hour, entrainment, stationary bikes, library has many choices to choose from, interesting subjects

My brother, who is disabled, is well taken care of at The Ashton. The nurses take care of all of his needs, especially since he is diabetic and uses a Dexcom. And [name removed], the Executive Director, is top notch!!! She is compassionate and understanding!!!

Mom moved into Whitley Place Memory Care 11 months ago after neglect at another facility that landed her in the hospital. The executive director worked through New Year’s helping me make the move work and an easy transition for mom. The staff immediately was on top of her care and recovery. More importantly, [name removed], the Memory Care Director came into our lives that day and has been the best thing to happen to us since Mom has been on this journey from Assisted Living to Memory Care. I didn’t think it was possible to find such a loving, compassionate, professional, caring person in this industry, but [name removed] is an angel sent to care for her residents. She has high expectations creating an atmosphere of love, nurturing, respect and accountability while ensuring cleanliness, activities and engagement, loving the residents and their families as her own. This place is amazing thanks to [name removed]and her leadership; our family is so thankful for her and her team. Mom is happy and we can relax.

A good reason to be here is not just the staff but also the other residents. They are truly a community that supports and looks out for each other. The main thing that sold me was how the staff is readily available, helpful and supportive to all of the community and office doors are open to whomever comes in. [name removed], the Sales Manager, has an energy that is hard to find and unforgettable.

This place is great and very reasonable price wise. It is a very nice facility, the staff could not be more helpful and nice, there is something for everyone; library, hair salon, shuttle to stores nearby, activities every week for residents. It is clean and offers many services at no extra cost. They offer many meal selections daily. They provide a resident mentor for new folks to show them how everything works and introduces them to new people everyday for the first 2 weeks. My mother loves it there. She has a patio and a beautiful view onto a nature area with walking paths.

The Waterford is ran by amazing staff. Recently I came in from out of town to visit my aunt, and was awed by how the staff seemed to genuinely care for their residents. The receptionist was warm and friendly and very helpful, and care staff were attentive and kind. Lots of activities for my aunt to do. [name removed], the business director, was very friendly and had helped my mom with questions she had. All in all, was very impressed!!

Mom wanted to stay in the home where she and Dad raised their 3 girls. But, when that was no longer possible, the 3 of us started touring to find a place we thought she’d be comfortable. Thankfully, we found the Ashton on Dorsey. The nurses and staff all know her by name and they take such good care of her. It’s obvious that they all love what they do and they treat the residents like family. The Ashton is an amazing place that truly feels like home.

Staying at the Wellington has greatly improved my father's life. The staff is caring and diligent with all of the residents. The facility is well kept and pleasantly appointed. Living there are residents from all walks of life, from clergy to party animals and everywhere in between. I sincerely recommend the Wellington for anyone who is looking for safe harbor for there loved ones.

I have been looking for an assisted living facility for my mother in law and I came across the chateau on Facebook. I recognized a family friend in the photos and decided go for a tour. It was very pretty and such a good location. Super near the city but not in the bustle of traffic. The residents all had nice things to say and I can’t wait to come back in to bring my mother in law to see the facility herself!

I love the activities! I appreciate the great care that my mom receives. The community feels home like and the staff is friendly to everyone. I enjoy the educational programs and fun activities for the family members.

I love that my mom is happy and safe! I appreciate the quick and open communication regarding my moms care. I told my daughters that if I ever need memory care, I want to move here. It is truly a comfort to be in the dedicated community that cares for my mom in memory care.

The staff is professional and love to my mother. As soon as I walk in the community, I feel at ease because my mother is in good hands. The community is clean and has a home like feel. I would highly recommend the community.

When we first toured the facility, we were met with a warm and friendly greeting by the Sales Director. He showed us a few of the community spaces and a couple apartments. After agreeing to one of them he helped us through the entire onboarding process. It went really smooth. Now my grandma has been there for a few months and she really enjoys the different volunteer groups that come in to sing or play instruments. She said one day they even had mini horses! Thank you Waterford!

I recently joined the team at The Wellington at North Richland Hills, and even in my first couple of weeks, I’ve been so impressed by the warmth and kindness here. The residents have been incredibly welcoming, and our Executive Director works tirelessly to make sure everyone is cared for and supported. The food is great, and the environment is positive and friendly. As an employee, I’m genuinely proud to work here and excited to be part of such a caring community.

Top to bottom. All the staff are involved in our safety and well being. Always a solution for anybody who asks. Simple residence to maneuver to dining room, activities and access for family or VNA. Access for outside experience around the property around a beautiful neighborhood as well as Villas sponsored outings. Once again food staff is very versatile and menu is always delicious. Activities for everyone books, games, bingo care staff is wonderful and led by top caring mngt. Top honors to executive director.
