The nursing care is great! Love all the people here.

The staff is very attentive to my mothers needs. She loves all the activities on the 2nd floor. It really helps her mentally and physically.

My mother moved here this year and she loves it! She's made friends of other residents. The staff are all very nice and helpful. They genuinely care for each resident. The buildings are clean, well maintained and secure. Mom has said she feels this is home and she has new family here.

It is a pleasure to interact with the staff of Summit Point.From top to bottom,the entire staff work tirelessly to make Summit Point a great facility to retire to.House keeping does a great job to help maintain the cleanliness the facility.

My pops is always telling me about the great food and fun things he does with the staff and other people that live there. Very friendly and caring staff and building is clean. He is happy and that makes me happy.

They were having a birthday party for someone that lives here. Family was all there with some of the residents at the community. Everyone seemed happy. The bathrooms were clean , you walked in and it smelled good too.

I visit my Great Aunt who resides at Southern Meadows. She was so well taken care of. The people who work there were always ready to help her, and me as her guest, if we needed anything. When we talk about the place, she is so happy with everything about where she lives. There is a nurse named [name removed] who helped us the last visit and she is such a joyous person. She genuinely cares about my Aunt and the others she takes care of. I am so happy she lives here and is so well taken care of.

Beautiful place, food looked amazing. Tons of activities, all around beautiful place. The staff was super friendly and seemed to be very attentive to the residents living there. When I came they had a live band playing music in the front common area, lots of residents were up there enjoying that!

I visited this community recently in hopes to find a great place for my mom. I had visited all other options and was disappointed in them so I was afraid that southern meadows would be the same. I was wrong! This community is welcoming, clean, friendly, and everyone seems happy. As much as my mom doesn’t want to make a move I feel that this is the right place for her to be. Well done southern meadows!

What we like the most about the community is that way their staff cares for the residents. We love the community that our Uncle is in. It's one of the memory care units. The staff is always so caring and friendly. Yes, we would recommend The Waterford at Creekside to other families based on the experience so far.

All the people that work there are so nice and have helped us so much. My mom has fallen several times (not there) in group homes and trying to move her to the Waterford has been delayed several months. They have always checked on her and been so great to work with! Moving from out of state is not easy for an older adult with health issues but they are making the transition so much easier.

This place is a home any family would gladly place a loved one when the time arises. It is filled with living and caring people and provides the environment needed when you can no longer handle the devastating deterioration impacting your loved one alone.

From the start we were welcomed with kindness. They provided us with lots of information & showed us lots of options. The staff was very friendly. I liked the setup in the rooms. The garden was taken care of despite it being winter. The dining room has choices & food looked delicious.

My Mom is here and everyone has been so nice to her. She is newer resident and the staff have been helpful getting her adjusted. The staff have helped me as well getting her moved in and everything figured out. All my requests have been addressed.

Our family found the Summit Point as the best option of a community for my mom. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean, bright, and inviting for all. She’s safe and well taken care of all the time.

I highly recommend The Waterford at Hartford. My mom has been a resident at The Waterford for several years and I consider her and our entire family very lucky. They are so attentive to her needs as they change over time, they have a wide variety of activities for her to participate in so she can be as social as she would like. The facility is always clean, the staff is wonderful and professional and my mom always raves about the food.

It was the best decision we made to move my Dad into Summit Point! He is thriving into his golden years with social activities and the home atmosphere. We love the staff and community at Summit Point and could not ask for a better option for our Dad.

We needed a place for mom and dad as they needed extra support and care as they got older. Of all the places we toured, Summit Corners was the only place we felt was a true home feeling! A good feeling from the heart right from the moment we walked in! Every single person we encountered was friendly and kind from the current residents, and staff to the administration team! We knew immediately this was going to be mom and dad’s new home without a doubt!

I am very happy with our choice of the Wellington. The memory care area is a great space and the manager seems very approachable and interested in improving the use of the space to keep the residence happy. As most sites they could use more staff.
