This facility is well-run with staff members who are knowledgeable and care about their residents. The facility is clean, and residents have opportunities to engage in activities for mental and physical stimulation. Therapy services are available, and the meals are well-prepared for residents to savor. The overall atmosphere is that of community and care, creating a positive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

I have been apart of this community for over 20 years. Throughout my experience here, I have seen staff work closely with residents and making their experience very special. It is a great place to work. But overall, a great place for seniors to call home!

I Have worked at Willow Grove maumelle for over 5 years.The community has an amazing leadership team and has made the experience the best it can be! We make sure we connect with each and every family and that they feel loved.

Through my job, I gained practical work experience while also contributing positively to the community. I worked responsibly with colleagues and community members to support daily operations and provide helpful services. My role allowed me to interact with people from different backgrounds, understand their needs, and offer assistance with professionalism and respect. This experience strengthened my communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility toward the community.

My overall experience at this place has been amazing. The staff is nice and kind and they are always good with communication. I would recommend moving your loved one to this community. They have a great staff.

Very clean community everybody is very nice hard working staff. Good music on Monday's staff is very involved with the residents I would highly recommend rooming your love one to Willow grove in maumelle a very good place

Nice place, real nice apartments. I worry about extra costs for care, as that is not in the pricing. People seemed happy there and had activities for residents. Seems very accessible, and welcoming.

My parent is a current resident this has been a blessing…! The staff made the transition easy by showing patience, kindness and always have a smile. The staff makes Willow grove feel like a home.

It’s been a pleasant experience. The People and staff are comforting. The place is clean and inviting. I love sitting in front of the fire place in between meals and activities. I have no complaints it’s a great place.

WG maumelle is a great place that provides excellent care for our loved one. They have a Friendly staff that really cares. The community is Clean. My Mom is happy and has made friends. Their Communication is great!

Had a tour of the Waterford on Cooper the place was very clean the employees was very nice and helpful I would refer this place to my family and friends. I really would suggest to other friends that this is a well-kept community fully staffed.

Was here to visit a friend that lives in the community. First time here and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the community. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Residents I saw looked so happy especially the ones doing activities. It was very nice to see residents interact with each other and staff , lots of laughter.

Felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. Staff greeted me with a smile and helped me find the person I was coming to visit! I loved seeing all the smiling faces as I walked through the building. I will be back, especially for the fresh baked cookies!

[names removed] gave my mom and I a complete summary of Independence Village's many offerings, answer our questions, gave us a tour, introduced us to many kind people, and followed up with the offer to answer further questions.

Had a great visit with my grandma. Food was great and staff was so nice. My grandma was excited to go to bingo later that afternoon. The community keeps her active all throughout the day. Highly recommend The Jasper.

This community is beautiful. It is just the perfect size to navigate through. The residents seem genuinely happy, and the staff are TREMENDOUS!! My loved one hasn't been this happy in a long time. Thank you, Summit Corners, for giving my loved one purpose again.

What we like the most about Rosemont is that it is a smaller community with very friendly people.

New Chef, new: creative, wonderful soups. My favorite comfort food. There is so much flavor and easy on the sodium. She is mindful of our health as well as our palate, I really appreciate that. I frequently request a second bowl instead of dessert. Just like at home, I can ask for what I need. Lots of veggies. The daily menu is balanced & nutritious. The whole staff has made my move so much comforting than I expected. Kitchen, Activities and Business. All Staff!

First the carpets are showing their age, other than that she building and grounds are excellent. The ac well as that work well. Maintenance is very good to excellent. People are very friendly. We watch out for each other. We are very much like a big families. Our rent is right on average not to high but average not to high but average. This facilities. The food is good.. and I can my diet and the food is very good. Not fancy but good home cooking. No bananas foster.

The Wellington is a good value for its money. The rugs are worn but the place is nice and clean. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help you. There are plenty of activities to keep one very busy But the one thing that makes The Wellington so special is the people. They genuinely love and care for one another and take care of each other. The atmosphere is very friendly.
