I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved ones. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My dad lives up there. The facility is always clean. They take really good care of the residents.

I like they took an active interest in our situation. We had many questions and they took the time to address them all. The facilities are clean and well kept. All the staff are friendly and caring. Mom enjoys the meals and activities. The Director of the Memory Care unit is a god send. Absolutely awesome. We are very new in this part of our journey with mom, we are happy with our decision to partner with Crown Pointe.

What has made Holiday The Lodge at White Bear such a great experience has been the people. The residents and staff alike are just great and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to others

The food is well seasoned and tasty, and is consistently good. You couldn't ask for a nicer, cleaner, or more friendly place. Mother is very happy here.

My mom was previously a resident at Holiday Middleton and the experience was great for her. The staff was helpful. The facility was clean. The move in process was good. The meals were delicious with good portions. I would recommend Holiday Middleton to others.

The space has a lot to do for residents and they get out for events and activities often. The caregivers seem caring and to know what they are doing. Residents appear well monitored and lots of snacks and good food.

I would recommend Rose Arbor and Wildflower Lodge to others. I can't speak too much on the staff or care as my father is in Independent Living right now. I will say that the Independent Living plus the add on package for meals and housekeeping is the most cost effective that I've seen. His apartment appears to be consistently cleaned each week. He likes living there. It's also in a great location.

From the first time entering Cown Pointe I knew this was the facility for my mother-in-law. Its homey, comfortable and the staff are all welcoming and fantastic at their jobs! Everyone has made sure my mother-in-law is comfortable and adjusting nicely. Staff are always available for questions. Highly recommend!

My folks are 92 and 95 and love Crown Point!! They said they would have the apartment ready by May and they did!! It is a great place with lots of people with great smiles!! [names removed] did a fabulous job working with my folks and also with myself.. I love the place!!

We toured the new beautiful Villas. Lovely community. When our mom is ready for this level of living, we will be back. The residents seemed very happy. Staff very friendly. The admission director was very thorough & so nice. Thank you for a lovely tour.

Such a lovely facility with staff that has compassion. Very clean. We only wish that we had a better variety of activities to choose from. The residents need more of a variety. Overall, a lovely assisted living facility.

Moving my Mom to The Waterford on Cooper was the best decision I could have made for her. The caregivers are the kindest most gentle loving people I've ever met. The move-in was a breeze. In Memory-care, they have their meals at one large table together and they sign songs before the meal. Mom loves that. She may not know who I am anymore, but she remembers the words to songs and loves singing. Her happiness is everything to me and while nothing can prepare you for what it's like to care for a parent, I know she is in the best place possible and getting cared for and loved by wonderful staff

The nursing staff is very concientious and kind but are diligent with safety, and following rules. The head nurse really puts residents first, and spends extra time visiting and getting to know new residents better. The facility is clean and maintained well. The social director is interactive with residents and keeps a full calendar of activities should residents choose to participate. We have chosen to use the Baylor House Calls program which provides a Nurse Practitioner and assistant to visit the facility every week to do sick calls or well checks. They can even perform X-rays, blood draws and physicals in the residents’ room! That works so well!!

My loved one was previously a resident at Cottonwood Village and the experience was great. Everything was just great. The staff was amazing. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Village to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Benton House of West Ashley and the overall experience has been great. The staff is great and so is the value for cost. I would recommend Benton House of West Ashley to others.

I would definitely recommend Palmilla to others. However, I have no experience with other facilities. This was the only one we toured and chose it principally because it is located very close to our son & family and we were impressed by the decor and cleanliness we observed. Also, they had available an apartment of the size and amenities we wanted.

I came here last week with my husband and we attended the event they were having. It was an amazing experience and the residents really loved it. I want to thank everyone for the hospitality and a big thanks to the activity director. He was so nice and helpful.

I toured this place yesterday morning and it was so beautiful in there. The staff was amazing and the place was very clean. I really enjoyed the area they had in place for the residents as well. I would highly recommend.

What I like the most about the Palmilla Senior Living community is the staff team. The staff members are very friendly and there are good people living here. It really has a community feeling to it. The place is clean, bright and sunny. The food staff are awesome. Food is quite decent. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
