Moving in was great. The place I have is well worth the cost. A two bedroom cottage with living room and dining area, a full kitchen stove, refrigerator, dish washer and plenty of storage space for a person. Two bathrooms and full shower. I definitely just love this place so far.

Our mom moved in just prior to the pandemic. All the staff are like Family! Even thru staff changes, under the direction of hisa Fite, the quality of service has stayed consistently excellent. We comfortably confident mom is home!

Everything looked very convenient and well kept up. Beautiful apartments. Everyone is very helpful and informative.

We had a positive tour of the Plains Parish Homestead. Apartments nicely designed with balcony. Prices reasonable for services provided. We will put this community. We will put on priority list.

Unbelievable, caring staff!!! Management provides highly personalized and caring approach. Caregivers are wonderful- treating each resident like own family. Activities director amazing! Front desk staff and nurse practitioner exceptional! Wonderful food. Highly recommend this facility. As a healthcare provider I have seen many facilities and this is the best I have ever seen. It must be a great comfort for the residents to know they are cared for so well. Thank you!!!!

My mother has been a resident of Woodholme Gardens for 2 months. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and has been very supportive to our family. The attention and support the staff gives my mother is exceptional. There’s been numerous times when my mother has had various “emergencies “ and Woodholme Gardens have greatly helped me to get through these challenging situations. The daily activities for memory care residents is excellent for their needs. My mother was moved from another facility in another state which did not come close to Woodholme Gardens excellent service. The entire staff/facility has become part of my family. God bless their efforts.

I’ll have to admit the hesitancy Was there on moving day. Change is inevitable. In order to embrace change, we have to wrap our arms around it and charge ahead. The Waterford certainly made everything easy transitioning into a new lifestyle. Everyone on staff is so accommodating and genuinely cares about your well-being. First class facility.

My sister loves the people and says the food is good This was her pick of the places we toured still ironing out details but as long as my sister is happy I’m happy would love more flexible rules with pump soap to wash hands in bathroom still settling in

Reasons we chose North Pointe: Staff, location, price, appearances. It seems to be a good facility overall.

THERE IS A NEW TOP ADMISTRATOR - A LADY WHO HAS ALREADY MADE THESE CHANGES - #1 A NEW CHEF - ALTHOUGH I STILL DO NOT EAT IN THE CAFETERIA I SEE POSITIVE CHANGES IN THE MENU I RECEIVE WEEKLY #2 A NEW ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR WHO HAS BEEN INTRODUCING NEW ACTIVITIES ON A REGULAR OR SEASONAL BASIS. MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT ALMOST ALL OF THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND ARE READY TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU IF POSSIBLE

The Oaks at Plainfield is a lovely community. Perfect for seniors 55 and over who are needing a more carefree lifestyle. They offer delicious meals, housekeeping and transportation and a calendar full of activities. The staff really look out for the residents.

I love my apartment. I just don't like some of the stuff that goes on around here. The food is terrible, and they just don't seem to listen when we complain about it and it's costing us $10 a meal. It's on our contract in our package and that's when you eat or not. We have a hard time keeping staff the people that work in the kitchen and the ones that assist with residence or even clean, they just don't stay with us very long.

We highly recommend Waterford of Fort Worth. It is a clean, well maintained and beautiful facility. My Mom is not technically inclined and requires a land line phone and the wiring for a phone isn’t in place within the walls of her room. So unfortunately my Mom has been without a phone for a couple months but I am hopeful the management at Waterford will work through repairing the lines so that we can get my Mom a phone. We aren’t a family to just drop our loved one off and not keep in steady contact with her….she has friends and family throughout the metroplex and from multiple states that talks to her regularly. Fortunately, I live only 3 miles away and can stop in frequently to remind her to use the lobby phone or FaceTime from mine. However, ideally she could have a phone of her own in her room. Other than that, we are extremely pleased with the food, facility and staff. We are grateful to have our Mom in a nice and safe place.

They would not take of my brother's incontinence issues - he has dementia and they did not know how to deal with him. Then asked him to leave because of the smell.

It's a great place. I would recommend to others.
