Visiting North Pointe you are welcomed with smiling faces and a warm welcome. The community is well put together and exceptionally clean. The staff are super nice and you can tell they love their residents. Residents are always smiling and loving on staff.

My parent is treated incredibly well and with respect. My parent receives physical therapy right at The Waterford and is so much better than before moving in. I love to see all the interactions and activities.
