I'd give 5's across the board. The staff knew mom by name by the second day. The dining experience is lovely. Cost for all assisted living is a bit of a shock, but based on the facility and level of service The Beacon's at Gulf Breeze' rates aren't out of line. Finally, a community that ticks the boxes for cleanliness, openness, and friendliness, where residents are treated with dignity.

I found everyone at Waterford to be excellent in their respective roles. Everyone was so friendly and professional. This included administration, social services, front desk, food service, nursing, CNAs, and housekeeping. Just a well run place from soup to nuts. My Mother enjoyed her time there greatly as both an independent and assisted living resident. I highly recommend Waterford.

I recently vacationed in Wisconsin, and had the chance to visit my mother in law [name removed], several times at The Waterford in West Bend. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the staff I met were kind and professional. Her personal needs are taken care of, the meals are delicious, and there are many extra activities for her to participate in. She really enjoys playing Bingo and crafting, and I was able to share a concert with group participation that everyone enjoyed. I'm pleased we were able to find this place for [name removed] to live where she can get the care she needs while enjoying her life as much as possible.

I am a resident of The Waterford. I love that there is always something fun to do here. I also love the variety of entertainment that we have here in this community. We have a very good Activities Director. She is always helpful and kind.

The staff at The Waterford is very accommodating with my needs. I especially like the freedoms that I have. For example, I can drive my car and go out with my friends, or I can go to the store. Overall, I rate this community 5 stars.

The staff at the Waterford is very nice and welcoming. Magnolia Trails is a Memory Care community that is inside The Waterford. It is small enough for individualized attention to each of the residents.

I love the variety of great programs that are offered at The Waterford. The Activity Director is very nice and helpful. I love all the outings. We go on lunch outings and shopping trips. I love everything about living here.

My cousin has been a resident for two years at Waterford. She had reached a point where she could no longer care for herself. Tending to her needs are not easy and the staff at Waterford have done a great job.

I researched many places and read reviews before touring locations to consider. I toured first then brought my mom. Whitley Place was top of the list and their reputation was on point with the reviews. My mom sat and talked with other residents, excitedly inviting her to join them in living at Whitley Place. I knew when we toured she was getting excited about it. She was anxious about moving, but the staff made her feel at ease. She fell in love with the studio that is now her home. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and above our expectations. The other residents have welcomed my mom right in. The activities director is like none other. All the residents love her and the activities. She is so genuine and fun. She along with other staff that show genuine kindness to the residents. I can't express how grateful I am to everyone at Whitley Place for helping me care for my mom. Best choice we made!!

My husband is in the Magnolia Trails Memory Care Unit at The Waterford at West Bend. The caregivers are fantastic. They treat the residents like family. The facility is clean and orderly. I feel my husband is safe and comfortable in his room.

I toured The Waterford at Plano earlier this year and decided to move in right away. I've made many new friends and we have become like family. The location is convenient to a variety of stores & restaurants. We have a lot if activities as well.

I toured the Waterford at plank with my friend who was looking for a place for his mom. I noticed that the staff was very friendly and the community was clean and I would recommend this to anyone looking.

A great friendly environment! The fount desk always greats so nicely the management is so caring. Such fun activities constantly going on its a lovely place to work at! Live music at least once every 2 weeks. The residents love to dance! Its a joy to watch.

This place is amazing. I toured on my own. Just to see what I seen. Warm welcoming when you come in the front door. Smell good, looks, and residents seem to be well taken care of . Love the fact that activities was going on . Staff look happy and was very friendly. Was so amazed at the facility overall .
