I really liked this community. It was too large for my loved one. We were looking for something smaller, since my loved one has Alzheimer's.

This has been a great experience for my loved one and family. The staff are very friendly. They are quick to respond to the family's questions, when we have questions. My loved one is very happy here. Everything has been exceptional. The only concern our loved one has is to make sure that the residents moving in are vetted better with prior communities they have lived at, or asking former residents and friends about the future resident moving in to this community.

This is a good place for your loved one to be. I wish the community would do more housekeeping to assist the resident with cleaning of their room. The community will provide laundry service and sometimes the sheets will come out spotty due to the use of bleach. There are three meals a day provided by the community.

I visited numerous facilities within the local area and decided to reserve a room at The Rose of Round Rock for my parents and have been happy with that decision ever since. Some of the main factors that led to this decision were cost, multiple outdoor walking areas within the facility, the internal sitting areas and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

Our family had a great experience with The Waterford at Ironbridge and based on the experience we would certainly recommend this community to other families. This community is a very safe place which we love and we liked how our loved one was able to be around others and get that socialization. It really just worked out great.

Great place for your loved one. Staff treats resident like family and well as us. Always something going on with activities. New magnolia is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. So glad my grandma is here

Very friendly atmosphere. Very caring staff that work here. Everyone gets their own personalize care and they care about what works best for each person. Very fun activities that are offered to the residents both in Magnolia Trails and Assisted Living.

The waterford was a beautiful and clean building. The friendly workers were very passinate and welcoming to residents and familiy. The place smelled good and the food smelled amazing. The residents were busy doing activies and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing.

We had a great tour experience with The Wellington at Conroe and found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We had no complaints at all.

Staff is very attentive to residents and go out of their way to accommodate needs. They anticipate needs before having to be asked and how genuine care to make sure residents are comfortable.

It met a lot of our criteria. It was clean, freshly painted and they had brand new carpet. They offer housekeeping services. They are very friendly and helpful. They have art classes, exerise classes and different people that come in. They provide three meals per day and compared to other places, It's good value for the menu. We like that they have a small efficiency kitchen, and the apartment is beautiful, with a small balcony. In additon, they have a driver to take them to the grocery store.

They are amazing and friendly, when you walk in someone is always clean. It's a very clean place. The staff and residents is super nice. They are really dediated to makes sure your loved one is taken care of. The staff takes time to explain things. They make sure to accomodate, the residents with food options.They are very active with activites.

My Mom has been at the Waterford for 15 months now in the Memory Care. From day she has liked it there.She has told my sister and I that she is never scared,the girls are great and the food is really good!!! The residents do exercises, crafts and activities. Lots of socializing if they want to,Mom looks forward to bingo twice a week. We are totally at ease leaving our Mother in their care.The girls in memory care are wonderful , they are very caring people.

It stood out to me how much everyone cared and how much they focused on everything our loved one needed. They had excellent communication with our family, which I think is really important. I have nothing but rave reviews for everybody there.

When we were looking for a place for our Mom, we found this wonderful place call The Waterford at Hartford. The first person we spoke with was [name removed]. She was so wonderful and helpful that I already felt like this place was where Mom should be. She showed us a wonderful room and we meet many of the staff the day of our tour. We looked at a couple more places that day but not one place made us feel like [name removed] and the Waterford made us feel. We called her immedialety and told her we would take the room. My Mom was only there for about 10 months but in that 10 months I could not have been happier with our decision. The staff is amazing, very caring and knowledgeable. I would Highly recommend The Waterford at Hartford to anyone looking for a great place for their parents!

We chose The Wellington because of the convenient location for family, the price, and the rooms were much bigger compared to what she had prior. We also just got a more homey feeling from the facility. We liked that everything is on one floor. She has only been here a short period of time, but so far we have no complaints at all.

I worked as Activity Assistant for more than 15 years, and I never had someone who loved our residents like Miss [Name removed]. She is our Activities Director and she loves all the residents! I love and I'm happy I work here.

I was visiting an old friend at the Christmas Party the room was alive and the staff was engaging with the residents. Entertainment was spectacular-what a great place.

I had the opportunity to help a family that needed placement quickly for their mother. Creekside made it very easy and the transition from home was seamless.
