North Pointe was a good place for my mom. The staff is very friendly. They treated me well also. They worked to accommodate her as best as they could. I appreciate all of the staff. My mom told me she is glad I was able to get her the room she had. They stayed in touch with me and were right there for us until the end. I would definitely recommend North Pointe to others.

We are very happy with Wynnfield and it's sevices. Highly recommend! We picked this community, because it was proximity to my home, good reviews, and maintained better than the two others we looked at. Top notch. Few issues we had were resolved promptly.Everything has been great.

My mom was a resident for 2 years in the lock portion because of her dementia. The workers were caring and loving to her. It was hard for my mom to do activities but she would try. The staff were welcoming to me and kept me informed of my mom's needs. Aspen Grove was a blessing to us.

I’ve had loved ones in MANY different communities in the San Antonio & New Braunfels area. I’m so thankful for the staff at The Waterford. I've been consistently blown away by the caring & considerate employees. I wish I’d have known about this community for my other family members who were in various other residences. I’ve seen many things at places that always made me feel badly about my loved ones’ situations. I’d want to pull them out, but with their needs, I couldn’t. The Waterford is different. So incredibly different. From the moment we entered I felt supported, heard, and cared for as a caregiver. What they offer to residents socially, I have never experienced. I’ve stayed during activities because it’s fun for me too! What they offer emotionally & physically is remarkable. I’ve told them numerous times I’d live there NOW without needing to-in a heartbeat I! I love them so much. They make everything comfortable, fun, & supportive for not just the residents, but their families.

My loved one is a resident at Benton House of Narcoossee and most everything has been great so far. The level of care that he receives at this facility far surpasses what we experienced at his previous facility. Plus it's much closer to me, so my visits are more frequent and longer. Since it's a new facility, the staff is learning their duties as well as the residents. The Memory Care Unit needs more organized activities. Overall, my loved one is thriving here. I worried that the moved would be problematic for my loved one, but it wasn't. A few days to feel comfortable with the new surroundings and he was settled.

The overall experience with The Waterford has been very positive. The community is very clean and everyone there is very friendly. The care services are good, and our loved one really likes the meals! When it comes to the activities she seems to stay busy and enjoys the activities. They have arts and crafts and knitting crocheting as well but she is more musical and doesn't do those. They also have games and puzzles on the library. Bingo. Wheel of fortune watch parties, Ice cream guy, trips to grocery stores, museums, plays and more. She has really enjoyed the activity part. Needed distractions so that is perfect! The value to cost ratio is also good.

We picked this community, because of the cleanliness, price, comfortable atmosphere but mostly the cooperation of all staff to work together and do their jobs well from the director to all other staff. They are organized and have procedures in place. They go out of their way to help you in situations when they wouldn't have to - transporting a resident from their former senior living community to theirs.

My mom and dad chose Vintage Gardens and it couldn't have been a better choice. Most of the help were genuinly concerned about their welfare and my parents loved them for that! An RN is always available to help with medications and medical situations that enevitably arise (and [name removed]is amazing). A dietitian plans all the meals and for the most part it was always very good. My parents adored the maintenance guy and he was always responsive to ANY needs, from changing a battery on a remote to fixing a leaking faucet. My father did have to move inhouse to memory care and the staff were so nice to also move my mom to an apartment right down the hallway. After Dad passed, the nurse moved her closer to her office as she was getting more frail. To reitterate; 5 stars!

Everything nice except, administration follow through and meal service doesn't get things correct. We picked this comunity because, it was close to familiy. I would recommend to others.

The initial contract appointment was informative but lengthy. The staff from the first visit have been friendly and helpful. They always keep me informed of any issues with my mother. The apartment is spacious and her view of the courtyard is really nice.

Came on a tour at the open house was shown around, was shown how the residents lived and what they do during the day and evenings. Was a great tour. Everyone was friendly and this place is amazing.

"Tour Guide" excellent at explaining facility. Lots of detail, answered all questions, enthusiastic about her job. Showed me around the entire facility.

Wisdom of the management team I’d demonstrated by their decision to incorporate outside, off campus activities on a routine basis. This is evidenced by their recent Farm and Fishing adventure. Residents were able to catch fish themselves and then have a fish fry coupled with burgers off the grill. Highlighted by an excursion on the farm in a RTV.

We picked this community, because it was very close to my house and it just felt really homey.I would tell a friend, that their family member will be very well taken care of and the staff make the residents feel loved. I would recommend to others.

We have had a great experience with The Waterford. Even though my mom might need for intensive care she is actually doing much better there than when she was at home. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The meals aren't 5 star lol. But not bad. I really like The Waterford. I come and go at so many different times and there is never any problems.

My mother-in-law has lived at IVEL for 4 years. The facility is well maintained and she is treated with kindness and care. The staff is very vigilant. There are many activities to participate in, along with in-house concerts. And she loves the food!

l am living at Rose Arbor and I love it. My apartment is big and I have it decorated so nice. There are lots of activities if you care to join. the staff are very nice. They do not have bath tubs which I miss a lot. There is a nurse on duty 7/24, and a doctor comes on Wednesday. I would recommend this place to anyone that is older. The rent is quite expensive, between [fee removed] a month but most people either have sold their house or have other means to pay, and when that runs out there is programs that will pay your rent.

Overall the facility is clean and the staff members that work with the residents are very attentive to their needs.... I would recommend The Woodlands of Columbus to others looking for care for loved ones.
