Very satisfied with our loved one's treatment, care and overall wellbeing at the Wellington of Arapaho. Everything is top notch, the staff is very caring and compassionate.

The only thing we have noticed was that they have struggled slightly with kitchen help, but the food has been healthy and good. They have allowed family members to come and eat with her at no charge and she and we have appreciated that.

All of the reports I got were excellent, I asked my loved one how the food was and he said it was great. This facility was much better than the other communities we looked at. It's an excellent choice and we are very pleased. Villa Santa Barbara was referred to us through A Place for Mom, whereas we might have skipped them. We were very pleased with how it all worked out.

They were great. My loved one didn't get to move in however since she was hospitalized. Now she is in a nursing home. But we loved the staff and everyone was very friendly.

Food is good. Residents are friendly.

I've lived here for 8 years. Four independent living, four in assisted living. The medical staff and aides have treated me well allowing me to reach the age of 100. {name removed} and {name removed} work very hard and have arranged for new paint and updates to our dining room. I love my life here.

I'm happy and love it here.

Workers are caring and cooperative. Nice bedroom and bathroom.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience it was a top choice

We had a great tour experience with Anthology of Mayfield Heights, it really was a hard choice. For us it came down to the convenience and the price.

I had a very good experience for my friend here. I would recommend the community to others for their friends and loved ones. The staff are good at responding to the questions and concerns that we may have about our friend.

When I came here I was taking 34 prescriptions, between their chef and the care I've gotten, I'm now down to 14. I've been in three other independent senior living communities and The Waterford outweighs all three by a lot! They are always there, for example: I had a low blood sugar one time and the girl at the front desk found me a small can of pop in the middle of night to help me get it back up because I didn't have any juice or anything. They do things like that, they take care of you. The office staff - meaning the administrator, the driver, the girl who does the crafts, and accounting - when they are shorthanded in the dining room, they will help serve. And that is something I have never seen. I've actually seen them help move furniture and things like that when they were cleaning out apartments after an overnight stay. It amazes me because the staff in other communities would not have done that, it was beneath them - this bunch is not like that at all. I enjoy the activities, like bingo, movies, and we're going to a farm tomorrow to pick veggies and play with the babies.

Being (by far) the youngest resident, wheel-chair-bound, I had to move to an AL facility because I could no longer stay home by myself. That said...living at GTP is, for me, the next-best thing to "home". The building is older, but in very good shape, and of a classy kind. The facility "grounds", with landscaping, mature vegetation, walkways, are awesome. Nice patio area with seating and, HA, a full-size heated pool. Many organized activities are just not for (given my age and background), but I see many people around me enjoy them a lot. The "dining room experience" .. that simply is of another level. Open 7am-6pm, with selected "specials" for breakfast/lunch/dinner, plus an all-day open menu.. its like dining out every, minus the check (and tip) ! Staff is professional, caring above-and-beyond, management is strong and always in resident-first "mode". Been here for almost 2 years now, and do not foresee moving...

I found everything was fine for my loved one here. The staff handled any concerns appropriately. The communication with the family was good and the staff were willing to work with the family. Some of the activities offered to the residents included exercises, games, and more for the residents to participate in.

I couldn't imagine finding a better "home"

Safe/secure building. Common areas are always clean and neat. Apartment cleaned by staff (rah, rah!!) (my neatness iffy). Staff are always helpful

I have a large apartment- very nice -large bedroom, washer/dryer/ shower etc. Large closet and complete kitchen.
