I really like the atmosphere, the smiles from the workers. Food is good with a beautiful dining room. I love my therapy they do a good job, I wouldn’t trade them for the world, they are lovable, and kind. I highly recommend The Waterford I am very happy here.

I liked this community. I would want to go here when it is time. There were different personalities and I feel it wouldn't have worked for my loved one.

I found the staff to be very friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication is very good with the family. They are upfront and communicative and they answer all our questions quickly. My loved one enjoys the meals offered. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are a few substitutions that the residents are able to make. They have a good staff to resident ratio in the memory care unit, and this is a big plus for us.

Their compassion and communication with the family is top notch! They show compassion with both the residents and family. Lack of having a driver, caused a lot of cancelation of activities. They have a new driver, so I am looking forward to weather permitting activities.

We picked this communit, because of The location and offerings for the residents. They embraced Dad and his sense of humor, knew how to handle a cranky old veteran, and won him over in a few days. The office can communicate better.

I think the size of the facility is good, it is not too big and you do not get lost in the shuffle. They do also have a separate wing for memory care and assisted living and I do like that. The locaiton is really good for us so that has worked out great too. The staff are all very friendly as well.

My loved one was here a short period of time. It was very clean. The care was good. The staff was great. They were really good, and there was no complaints. We picked this community, because of the location, and it was easy to get to.

All was done very well. They were the friendliest of all communities I visited. The staff knew the residents by name. It was a great community.

They have been super cooperative, and supportive. The interaction with the staff has been positive. The residents rave about the food. My loved one is having a lot of fun with the activities. We picked this community, because of the availiability, cleanilness, friendliness, and the location was close to other familiy members. I would recommend to other families.

They had an excellent ambassador who gave us the initial tour. Everyone is very friendly. They can maybe add more outside events with the residents? Also help with simple hygiene for elderly folks. My dad is very thankful we found this place for him

We toured with The Rose of Round Rock and it was nice and seemed be a nice facility with a good memory care unit.

My dad was in memory care. The staff and management was very good to us. It’s hard to put your family member In an assisted living or nursing home. If I had to do it over again I would put them back at Summit Place. Thanks for everything that you did for my dad.

The facility and staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Facility is top notch. The food was bland and not appealing to look at.

We both are very happy with Greenbriar. It was I smooth transfer moving [name removed]. The entire staff are always so kind and helpful.

I'm very satisfied with North Pointe.. All the workers are super nice to the residents. They seem to really care a lot about not just taking care of them but also making sure they're happy. Any time I reach out to anyone, whether it's an administrator or nurse, they always respond. I'm very happy, and my mom is happy too. Over Christmas, it got down to about 8 degrees. It never gets that cold here, and because of that, part of their power went out. One of the administrators and a nurse stayed the night in the office on an air mattress and stayed through the next day to make sure everything ran smoothly. They just went above and beyond what you would expect most people to do in that situation. They always have a full schedule of activities, with a lot of variety and lots of participation. I'm so happy this is the place I picked.

They seem to do be doing well with providing my loved one's food. My loved one, has developed a relationship with some of the other residents. We picked this community, because we liked the place, and the location was convenient for other familiy members.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the community as well as the tour experience, however their outdoor area was just smaller then what we were looking for.

I think they are great. They were very accommodating during move in and have lots of activities and amenities for the residents. I don't really have any feedback on improving.

My mother-in-law is staying in the memory care at Riverbend. She is very happy. The staff there is a wonder fall to their patients. [name removed], she’s a coordinator and she has wonderful activities for them and she also send pictures to us as my mother-in-law. Doing activities. Valentines was wonderful. My mother-in-law did a fashion show. They had a Valentine's party and a board for a hearts and balloons where she could take pictures and a big card hold an app saying happy Valentine’s Day.

This facility is so nice! The staff is very warm & inviting. Very clean facility. I feel so comfortable knowing that my mom is in this exceptional environment & that she is safe. Knowing that she is happy, makes my heart happy!
