The Summit Place community keep me informed of any situations going on with my mom. They make sure she's dressed, help her with dressing/showers anything she needs. I wish the price was lower, but it's worth having her there.

Love The Waterford. They have a great management team and care staff. The place is clean and smells lovely. The residents are well cared for and are happy to be there. The exercise program is top notch and keeps our loved one healthy and fit.

We moved my mom there in January, from rehab and because she was unable to live without assistance. The staff was fantastic in welcoming us all - like family. My dad joined her there in May and they had about a month together before she passed away. He is continuing to live there now. Everyone from the Leadership team to the Nursing staff, caregivers, maintenance and dining staff, has taken such good care of our parents. We are so glad we found Willow Grove.

I recently visited this assisted living community with my mom. After a very nice tour and a fantastic lunch at Autumn Glen we decided this was the best place for her. We have been so happy ever since! The community is small and welcoming, all the staff are over the top friendly and the meals are always good! My moms health has improved since moving in and we attribute that to the caring nurses and doctors that attend to her care. Mom has enjoyed making new friends and has even gotten involved with the variety of activities that are offered. It is good to see that they even take their residents out to eat and shop in the local community! We also have the peace of mind that if mom runs out of the funds in the future that she will not have to move again since Autumn Glen accepts Medicaid. Autumn Glen has also began the process of helping us apply mom for Veterans benefits which will help pay for her care there! This is a huge relief to our family!

I did a short term stay at The Waterford while my daughter was on vacation. I couldn’t have asked for as better place. I met many new friends and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Did a tour and it was fabulous. Moving mom in soon!!! Clean, rooms were spacious, food was delicious for lunch that day. She is excited to meet new friends and join in on the fun!! So glad they provide transportation and have so many activities to keep mom busy!!

Toured with [name removed] and she was knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to listen to my Dad and what he was looking for and asked him what he wanted and needed. The place was clean and the staff we came across were all pleasant. The activity guy stopped in to introduce himself and talk to my Dad and was also very kind to us. The apartments have full kitchens but have other meal options available which is important to him. Garage parking too! Would recommend this community

A Place for Mom was my first call when we needed to place my grandfather somewhere clean, safe, homey and welcoming. We had no experience with assisted living, and needed guidance. A Place for Mom quickly got us in touch with several facilities, and we were well on our way. Papaw has been at Willow Grove for seven months now, and is thriving. Highly recommend A Place for Mom, and Willow Grove.

Staff is fantastic and Dad loves it there. Services for clients are taken care of quickly and timely. Good staff to client ratio. Dad says the Food is great. The facilities are very clean and the atmosphere is comfortable and secure and safe.

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Oakwood Hills. The staff at this facility are wonderful and caring, the facility is well kept and the meals are great. We don't have a single complaint. The activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The people who love here and the staff. It’s very pleasant. I have dialysis 3 days a week and I really enjoy the days I’m back here. I start to feel better and do more things with people. I’ve met a lot of new people. The transportation makes life so much easier.

I know that it’s the best place for me, the fact that I can have therapy if I need it for physical therapy. Everyone is very friendly. The activities are good. You can join in if you want but you don’t have too. A good place to meet great friends.

I don’t have any complaints. I don’t spend a lot of time in my room but I love to watch Netflix in my apartment. I love Bingo, the mystery trips with Bill the Bus Driver, and doing crafts with Kristin. I think if anyone isn’t happy here, they’re missing the boat. My kids also think this is a great place for me to live.

I love this place for my mom. Her house got too big to live in by herself, so we looked for another place for her to live. We came in and met with [name removed](who is FABULOUS!) You can tell this place cares about their residents. It took my mom a few days to get settled in, but she has already made friends and participates in the activities. The staff is truly amazing. You can tell they love their jobs and they love the residents. I am so happy we chose IVEL for my mom.

My favorite thing is that all of my belongings fit in my 1 bedroom apartment. I love the people. I’ve made a best friend here. My favorite I thing to do is play Bingo 3 times a week. I love the staff!

My favorite thing is the comrade with the staff and people that live here. It’s like a giant family. Great playing cards, mingling with the staff, doing outside activities. They have a shuttle. Talking to people. Trying to help others that are having a hard time. Being active in different things such as the sing a long in the courtyard and helping when I can. Teaching people how to Wii Bowl.

I like the food and I have a safe place to live. I like the courtyards the flowers and I’m able to help water those to keep them healthy. I take a lot of walks around the community inside and out. I met some good friends here.

I knit and it’s my favorite thing to do. I am part of the knitting group that comes in every Thursday. I love puzzles and there are hundreds to choose from. I love the staff, they’re friendly and they just know you. They feel like a friend from the get go. They’re very helpful and cheery.

I love exercise class and bingo is my favorite! Especially the caller! I like everything I like the courtyards and sitting out with the flowers. I like my friends that I met here and down with. I love everyone here!

The staff is excellent, and the residents are wonderful. The exercise classes and Bingo are my favorite. I like working in the courtyard gardens. The executive Director [name removed] is fabulous. All the staff is amazing and nice.
