Mom was admitted to The Waterford at Park Falls Wisconsin last September. So far mom and her family are satisfied with her care. There were a couple of issues. But the issues were resolved quickly. It seems the staff is always smiling. The staff truly seem to enjoy their work. We would recommend The Waterford to others.

My parents are receiving excellent care in the memory care unit. Memory Care unit only has 17 residents so ratio of caregiver to resident is amazing. We were very lucky when we needed to move them into memory care an apartment was available. Every staff member has been very friendly and helpful. My mother was coming off of a fall followed by hospitalization and rehab... we were advised after her falling at Independence Hill Assisted Living that we needed to relocate both into memory care. We inquired at the Etta on [date removed] and had approval with move in for them by [date removed]. We have been blessed by this.

What stuck out most initially about The Waterford at Fort Worth over other places we visited was how homey the facility felt. That was one of the main reasons we chose them. Also just how friendly everyone here is

Having been here four plus yrs I have always enjoyed socializing with my fellow residents I have always liked being with others they have always listened to my ideas about things going on here meetingnew residents has always been an enjoyable for me.

Comfortable l listen to music keep busy doing puzzles and enjoy my apt watch tv in the evening. Go out sometimes with my family it’s a good time we also go to the store if I’m out of supplies. I help my neighbors if that is needed.

Other dinning, the staff went above and beyond in service and noticing who had been for the day or missed for some reason. The activities receives 4 stars only guessing, I had noticed they had a lot of actives, was just getting accustomed to everything when, my husband had his stroke, so not a good one to rate activities, seemed like a lot of residents went to them. Value of price was reasonable when I was comparing before moving in, which was one reason I chose them, plus I enjoyed the pool which few AL's have

We are really impressed with The Waterford at Ironbridge. They so care so caring with our Mother. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! I would recommend to other families.

I came in for a tour on a weekend and met with the Sales Director. She was knowledgeable, friendly, caring and her smile had me sold on the community. You could tell by the way she interacted with the staff and residents that she genuinely cared for everyone. During the tour I noticed the common areas were kept up to part and the apartment that was shown had a beautiful view. After touring 4 communities West Shores had me sold from the moment I met with [name removed], the Sales Director to the staff and residents. West Shores is where you need to be. Everyone really cares for the residents.

We picked this community because, they are professional, efficient, caring, and they are always very responsive. It's the best facility around. It's an excellent facility with people who care. I would recommend to other families.

5 on all counts, seriously. I looked at 7 locations. We chose Marquis Place because of the openness, warm environment, residents were not medicated but Active with staff....activities, clean.....even around outside trash containers, safe neighborhood, coinvent, easy to get to. Supporting facilities dr. Dentist, hospitals close by. Compared between the last place my loved one was at in Iowa, the staff here are very outgoing. She really likes it here. Especially the outings and activities.

The Staff is very helpful. The Activities are always happening. The staff really do care about the residents here. It is a very clean place to live. The food here is very good. if you ever need a little help with medications or getting back and forth to dr. App. you can come live here and they treat you with respect and dignity.

The Waterford is a place that invite's you in to it's many beautiful settings. The sitting area's inside and outside create a feeling of comfort and peace which translated for me, is love and home. So come and visit the Waterford where the inviting love and peace is waiting for you.

Mom really likes the size and space of her apartment. I feel Mom is very safe in her independent living apartment. She really likes when people/ groups come to sing. I understand it is very hard at this time, but I would like to see them retain their employees. It seems there is a high turnover. Also, Mom says her food is often cold when she gets it. Overall, I would recommend The Wellington. It is a nice place to live, and both my mom and I are pleased with it.

So far I really like the Waterford. From what mom says, the food has been a bit up and down as they have been finding a new chef, but that's the only complaint. I have seen the activities offered increase since she moved in so that's good. The staff has all been very nice to us both. It sounds like they have a bit of a COVID outbreak right now and mom says they've been bringing food to the residents and shutting things down a bit while trying to control it, which is good.

I really am pretty pleased with the services. Memory care unit is very good to my Mama. The interaction/communication is pretty good. Sometimes they forget what I asked them to do because they don't make a note of it. The ED for MC has been out, so there is some lack of communication. But I think that will be corrected soon.

The staff has been turning over; food is good but could be better; very good with activities. I'm in an efficiency apartment and remotely work. It has a fridge microwave, and grab bars in bathroom, it has everything that I need.

My mom has been living in Rosemont for sixteen months. I was impressed when I went on the tour and talked to some of the staff. I was blessed to have found the perfect place. She is in the memory care section where the staff has treated her with kindness, compassion, patience, and loving care. They administer her meds and she receives help with her shower, dressing, and meals. She receives companionship. from the people daily. They have worked with me during the transition by answering my questions and keeping me informed on her condition. I would recommend Rosemont to anyone who is looking for a secure peaceful, environment for their loved one.

We toured The Woodlands of Hamilton and the facility was great. The tour was nice. The staff was friendly. However, there was a waiting list and it was way too far away from where we live.

[name removed], the sales coordinator was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and really cares about the residents. [name removed], the activities director is also great with the residents and has several fun and different things for the residents. I don't have specifics on the food, I'm just going by comments that my Mom has said. Several times she mentioned that the meat was burnt or so over cooked she couldn't eat it. I have not seen this myself though.
