It's a nice place, with caring people. The communication was very good with admin and staff. They are responsive. My loved one passed away after only one month of being there. They took good care of him in spite of difficult behavior problems. I would recommend to others.

I like it here because there is a lot to do and the staff helps us a lot. I like all of the friends, I have made.

The manager was more than wonderful and was very good to my loved one. He was happy with The Waterford in the short time that he was there before his health declined.

I toured Independence Village of East Lansing and it was a great facility. They were just too spread out and a little too independent for my loved one's needs. Mostly, it was just too fast for them to walk to everything. Also, their pricing was a la carte.

It has been great so far for our family and our loved one. Some days seem a little understaffed but where is not right now. Everyone is always very, very kind. The staff always answer any questions we may have about our loved one.

Benton House is a clean, caring place, where the socialization has helped my mother tremendously. She loves it there. And there is good communication between the staff and families.

Peace that passes understanding has made this such a positive experience not only for my mother, but our entire family. Knowing she is in such a beautiful facility with wonderful amenities has given her a quality of life she has not experienced in years. I would absolutely recommend The Waterford at Ironbridge to other families!

Great visit of the facility. Met with [name removed]. She was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. [name removed]covered independent living and assisted living and I was able tour the facility to see what was offered. I was very pleased with the activities offered and their menu.

Our family had an in person tour with Anthoogy of Louisville and we really liked this community. We were able to meet with the director who took us on the toured and we absolutely loved one but for our Aunt we felt it might just not be the right place. However the staff members we met with were not only knowledgeable about their community but also with the industry as a whole and they did a great job answering all of our questions.

I asked my mom what comments she had about the facility and she said "everybody is very nice and if I push my button, they respond right away". We would recommend The Waterford at Carpenter's Creek to others who are looking.

Our family had an in person tour with The Waterford at Levis Commons and it gets 5 stars because we really liked the facility itself, and then the person who was giving us the tour showed a lot of care and asked a lot of thoughtful questions.

Faculty and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is responsive when requested and problems are resolved quickly. They have various apartment sizes ranging from one room studios to large two bedroom with two baths. The prices vary depending on the size. The food overall is rated at a 3, occasionally a meal will be at a 5, but a 3 most of the time.

Friendliness of staff would be a 5 if I had received a return phone call room the intake nurse. FELT VERY DISRESPECTED. CNAS DID NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO INTERACT WITH ANYNODY. EVERY TIME I WAS THERE. THEY WERE JUST SITTING TALKING TO EACH OTHER. It seems okay. But I live out of state and was not witness to direct care. Most staff is very friendly. If a chance. When I approached the CNAs they were friendly enough and reassuring. Having been in Healthcare. Cannot believe the have so much time to sit around VA interacting with the residents. Food looked pretty good and always plenty of it. From what I have seen on the FB page seems like there is plenty of activities going on. Now that she is moved to the memory care unit looks like they keep her involved.

I would absolutely recommend The Waterford on Cooper to friends and family!

I just get a really personal feeling at The Waterford. They treat my mom like she's their mom, which I appreciate greatly. They communicate really well back and forth with me. It has been just a wonderful experience.

It's a lovely facility with very friendly staff that really take the time to make the residents feel welcome. The residents are a friendly group also. Mom is happy here and really likes the food! This is a quality place at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Crown Pointe Retirement Community to others.

Absolute wonderful experience moving in!! The place is beautiful and working with [name removed] was delightful!! We found the perfect location!! Looking forward to my sister in-law experience here! She will fit right in!

I really liked this community, but it is a 3 story also and I thought that a smaller single floor facility was easier for my loved one to adjust to. Her apartment is between nurses station, hairdresser and dining room, in another community. It doesn't get much better.

I would highly recommend the community and suggest that you check the community out to see if it is a good fit. My loved one is very happy here. The staff communication with the family has been good, and they are proactive to reaching out to me if they need something. There are two meals that are included in my loved one's plan.
