My sister in law, my mother, and other friends of the family resided at Waterford at West Bend, Wis. and they each received outstanding service and care that I trusted. The staff were willing to be of service and responded to the needs of the patients no matter what the challenge of care. I live in Detroit and was confident that when I visited and left my loved ones in the hands of the staff that they were well taken care of. Thank you

We picked this community, because of the location and the staff. We would first point a friend, to A Place for Mom and have already told some friends of our experiences at the three facilities we looked into.

I have no complaints about this community. I love the staff and the care I receive. I'm happy with the food and the activities. I feel respected and they preserve my dignity. I love living here and can't imagine being anywhere else.

Benton House of West Ashley is a great place - the people there are wonderful. It is truly a lovely place. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend Benton House. We visited 5 places, and this was by far the very best. They go out of their way to take care of your loved ones, and it is very clean.

The thing that sticks out the most to me about our experience with Summit Place would be how friendly the staff is and the facility itself is very nice. There is really nothing that I can think of that they can improve on. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

My Mother is currently a resident at Willow Grove of Maumelle. She says that everyone is so friendly and helpful! They are especially attentive to her needs and call me if anything changes in my Mom's health or behavior. Very clear communication with the family. The housekeeping is excellent. My Mom's room is neat and clean and her clothes are clean. I rated the food at a 4/5 only because of the lack of variety. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a facility and family like atmosphere.

My mother was a resident at The Wellington at North Richland Hills and everything was great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and meals and dining were also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

North Pointe has been great. If you have issues or concerns about the care, they immediately fix the problem, and even exceed the expectation. The staff have been so accommodating and supportive on so many levels. It's a smaller facility, so the residents, staff, and guests seem to become family; you get to know people on a personal level.

North Pointe is a very nice facility. The staff have all been wonderful. Based off of my friends experience so far from what I have heard, I would recommend North Pointe to others who are looking for their loved ones.

I can honestly say 5+ stars for every single one of these categories. So far we have been very pleased with Laurel Hurst and Laurel Woods. Their staff team and my mother loves it there. They are very caring and make it feel more like home instead of an institution. The activities they have for the residents have really helped my mother to thrive there.

We have been VERY happy with Benton House of Florence. We chose this facility initially over others we looked at because of the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and how very accessible they were. The staff are truly amazing in every way! Showers are only twice a week and clothes are wrinkled after laundering. It has definitely been an adjustment to someone who is very peculiar about her appearance.

I visited Amberleigh and met with [name removed]. She showed us through the senior apartments showing us all the different apartments available. She explained the whole process to us and answered the multitude of questions we had. I was impressed with the amount of seniors out and about. There were activities that seniors were participating in. The hallways were extra wide making it easy to navigate with wheel chairs. The staff were extra friendly. The apartments were all clean and the grounds beautifully landscaped.

The Waterford at Creekside is a beautiful and peaceful memory care. The time and attention given to me and my family during our tour was exceptional. I was impressed with the cozy cottage set up. My father had Alzheimer’s and was needing placement. He passed away before we were able to move forward with the move in. The community reached out and sent a really sweet card.

Wonderful Staff!!! The caregivers really seem to truly care about the residents they care for in every way. I have seen the meals that have been served , they look and smell amazing!! The grounds and common areas are always clean.

Very impressed with the overall picture of Creekside. The cottages are homey, the staff in each so helpful to residents. I feel confident I have chosen a good place for my husband.

I love the activity that is provided for the facilities and how we can in with the residents as they are dealing with dementia and Alzheimer’s. They are amazing at what they do and what they show and it’s important to them every day that we engage with them with activities keeps their mind strong..

Beautiful activities every day, Monday through Sunday, thank you ladies, for a beautiful work with all residents! I see my mother doing activities every day, I personally know it's very hard to engage residents to do so, but this program at this facility do it , I'm very Happy about it.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with The Oaks at Brownsburg. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents are very friendly and they all get to know each other as well. The community is clean and it is a very good community. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My mom has needed help with a few things in her apartment and the lady at the front desk is always willing to either go down and help her with what she needs or to check on her. The whole staff is always so friendly. The housekeeping is regular and satisfactory. The communication with the family is great. The on staff doctor, [name removed], is wonderful. My mother feels very comfortable with her. The food is satisfactory. Maybe could be a little better, but it's not that bad. I would very much recommend The Waterford at Fort Worth to families that are looking for a good place to house their loved one.
