Mom loves The Harrison and told me she wants to live there. They have large apartments with a separate bedroom. She wants a separate bedroom so she can keep her cat out of the bedroom while she’s sleeping. The residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and has a large variety of options on the menu. Mom likes the activity schedule, lots of exercise activities, outings, and live music weekly. She loves how open the facility is giving the feeling of being in a hotel and on vacation, instead of a nursing home feel. She likes the library, patio, restaurant, and theater, and likes that they will clean your apartment and the fact that WiFi and cable TV is included in the price of living there. I think mom has found a place she would be happy to live in for her aging years.

The staff was courteous and professional. The environment was notably welcoming, and the premises were maintained in an above average state of cleanliness. Residents looked comfortable and relaxed Staff to patient interaction was great

We had a virtual tour. [name removed] gave us a thorough introduction to the facility. She answered every question we asked, with the answer we hoped for. And she went beyond that to answer questions we hadn't even asked. She checked every box. We chose Wellington immediately after the tour.

Staff was very friendly! They listened to my needs and concerns, and spent time showing me around. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate about their residents, which left me with a good feeling that my mother would be happy there.

The staff is always personable and professional, the food from breakfast lunch and dinner is typically always great a wide variety of delicious menus. We love their activities and the residence make it all that much better on top of the incredible staff!! My dad is happy, most importantly, and that’s what matters.

Like I said above. The staff is very friendly to residents and their visitors. The facility is super clean. There is plenty of room outside residents' room for visitors to socialize with all residents.

I was very impressed with Waterford on Huebner and still interested in picking [name removed] moving there.

Great staff my friend is doing well and very happy, good food, great place to live.

The staff took wonderful care of my dad. Everyone knew his name, his likes, his dislikes, and they recognized when he needed extra care or help with things.

From what i've seen from a distance, I would rate the Waterford a 5 on all these dimensions. I believe my mother-in-law is in a safe, secure, clean and navigable facility at the Waterford at Levis Commons, with attentive and responsive staff --- and while she requires little care at this point, I have no doubt that as her needs change the Waterford will be exceptionally capable of meeting those needs. I've experienced other facilities with my parents and would rate Waterford as an exceptional value of the highest quality. As a result, we are considering other Waterford facilities elsewhere in the country for other family members.

The staff is wonderful and attentive. They could use another aid on each shift; there is 2 on now could use 3. [name removed] at the front desk is very kind and helpful and the nurses are wonderful! The building is very clean and does not smell which is nice from other places I have gone. My mother is happy with the food, and the kitchen staff is wonderful also! We moved my mother from an outer suite to a courtyard suite and [name removed] in maintenance was very helpful in the move. Everyone has been very accommodating to my mother's needs and requests.

My experience was a 5, however, my sister took care of most of the logistics since I work during the week. My mom seems to be pleased for the most part. When I visit, the facility is clean and residents are gathered in the common areas.

It is a really great facility with wonderful management.

The apartment is clean and the staff is so friendly!! Mom loves how quiet it is at night. She is sleeping so much better! Mom's apartment is bright and roomy. Some of the properties we toured were nice but huge. My concern was her finding her way around. Waterford is the perfect size property! In two days she knew her way around.

The overall atmosphere, restaurant style meals more of a smaller intimate atmosphere instead of a huge lunch room with a ton of tables. Individual laundry weekly so I don't find my laundry in someone's clothes other than his own. From the front reception desk to the hair salon everyone is very personable. The nursing staff immediately report anything that is out of the norm.

Tranquility is a beautiful facility and offers many amenities to their residents. The staff is very friendly and seems to interact well with those who reside there.

Everyone is extremely polite they don't gossip and the staff is dignified. You are always looking for a way to engage the residents in happy meaningful activity. You don't seem to be short of staff. The staff seems interested in the conversations with the community and are very careful that stay on top of the conversation and discussion of the issues that are important to their wellbeing ..the staff is very well trained and are always looking for solutions for their staff and client issues.

The Waterford is a beautiful and clean facility. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I like the sign in procedure. Well maintained and cared for. Safe and secure. Handicapped parking usually available.

I stopped by the Waterford on a whim to pick up a brochure and ended up staying for a tour. The first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh smelling everything was . I was met by a very nice and professional representative of the facility who offered to take me on a tour. She took me on extensive tour while explaining everything and answering all of my questions. She showed me all the different apartments and later went over the pricing structure which I feel was very reasonable. This is where I want to go when the time is right.

2nd floor nursing staff along with [Name Removed] ( she did meds) we all such incredible people. My MIL could be difficult but they always treated her kindly and took care and f her so well. They also made sure we were informed.
