Villa SB close to down town walking distance to shops, restaurants, art museum live theatre and movies and parks. The dining room is nice and the kitchen staff try to please but...The quality of the food from Sysco foods is questionable and too much food is fried.

I visited a good friend of mine during lunch at The Jasper of Mansfield. All the staff were so welcoming and nice. The food looked amazing! The presentation was so nice. My friend said the food was amazing and he enjoys all of his meals. He asked if I wanted to eat but I declined as I had lunch just before my visit. The community was so beautifully decorated for the holidays. I loved the nativity scene in the lobby.

West Shores is not only an excellent place to call home but also an amazing place to work, our residents become an extension of our own families, and my heart grows along with every member that we add to our community. The activities here at West Shores range from a variety of games, trips and social activities you won't find anywhere else in Hot Springs. We take regular shopping trips to Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree so that any hygiene or snack needs can be met, also, pick a place that you would like to eat and the Activity Director will put it on the Calander for a lunch trip away with the neighbors. West Shores has a lot to offer from meals, trips, cable and internet. They always seem to want to get the residents so involved with decorating the community to involved in daily activities. I would recommend West Shores.

West Shores is the best. When you come into the community it feels like a home but not just any home more like a southern hospitality home. You won't be disappointed when you come for an experience of the community.

I love West Shores and wish I would have moved in years ago. To the activities to the friends I have made are the best. During the holidays the management team and staff make sure that we are being taken care of and that does not go unnoticed. I appreciate them all.

I have lived here for over a year - very happy , the staff here I feel really cares. They keep me busy and treat me well. Always pleasant with my guest and family. I feel safe and loved. I am grateful for places like Tge Jasper of Mansfield, as is my family.

I love being at West Shores because of the privacy and everyone is friendly and helpful. I get the care I need and the community checks on each other when we are sick or in the hospital. We are like a small family.

I moved here with my husband and a few short months later he passed away. I decided to remain at West Shores because I did not want to be alone and to be with the people I call family now. West Shores is truly a place to call home. I am thankful for all the staff and residents.

Living at West Shores is pretty good. I enjoy activities and the people I have met. Everyone seems to be so friendly and willing to help. We are like a family and it's bittersweet when your friends pass away. I would recommend West Shores for both Assisted Living and Independent Living.

Living at West Shores is an experience. If you are tired of the same foods over and over again, you are missing out here at West Shores for some delicious food. Transportation is very good as they are always so helpful. Housekeepers are always so pleasant and willing to help.

I am very happy here at West Shores. The staff are attentive and nice. They really do care about us and always want to see us smile with taking the extra step to make sure we give a smile. If you need help West Shores is the place to be.

My wife was a resident at Summit. I could not have chose a better place. The care team, house keeping dietary, manager team were all wonderful to my wife. The activity was good

The sales lady was very knowledgeable and took the time to offer different living accommodations for my parents as they offer independent living, assisted living and separate memory care floor. I was given a tour of the entire building and was pleasantly surprised by how well taken care of it seemed to be. The people who lived there were very interactive and friendly. The staff was very welcoming and helpful answering my many questions.

Nice water fall fountains and the dining room was decorated for Christmas. Beautiful Christmas trees I visited someone in the AL. Very impressed and well taken care of.

I recently toured this facility and all I have to say is wow. Staff is friendly and they were engaging with the residents, it’s very clean and I felt everyone there was happy to be there! I appreciate the welcoming I received
