Attentive staff, delicious meals, prompt attention to questions, respectful attitude to staff, visitors, and residents. Multiple fun activities every day. Beautiful apartments in a quiet but well resourced neighborhood.

The main things that stick out are the employees, the cleanliness of the facility and the decor.

Was created by staff and residents on entering the facility. All the residents we spoke to were genuinely happy with being there. Enjoyed our tour and looking forward to getting our parents in so they can be helped to have a better quality of life with the help of the staff at Waterford.

The staff, food, activities and outdoors are all second to none. They really care and I can tell that they all truly do try their best with everything that they do. The community has a homey, happy feel to it and a sense of belonging. I look forward to many years to come!

Very pleasant tour of facility. Everyone was friendly. areas I saw were clean. Residence seemed happy.

I was very worried about how she would treat me after we moved her in on Monday and left without saying goodbye. She was still eating her breakfast at 8:45, sitting at a table with 2 other women. I found out that they were both retired teachers, like my wife. Talking with other women seems to improve her attitude towards life in general. Her appearance was much worse than when she was at home. Her hair gets oily easily and not being washed for 4 days made her look “dirty” and uncared f.or. Her room looked clean, but the bed was unmade. The snack tray that our daughter had made for her was on the floor, under the refrigerator, where hrr back would hurt her, if she bent over to get to it. A folder /Waterford check list had been put in it’s plsce. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful when I asked. We made a serious mistake moving [Name Removed]in this week. I felt pressured to move her right away. This is Holy Week and missing church services affected her badly.

Everyone is helpful ,caring and very nice. Nothing bad to say.

The staff is wonderful, they have been very helpful! My brother gives the food a 10 out of 10. They offer a free continental breakfast every morning, which my brother takes advantage of and one full meal a day. I'm impressed with the room size in his 1 bedroom and the appliances that came with the unit. They offer a wide variety of activities! So far [name removed] has taken advantage of their small library, their chair tai chi and the bicycles in their little gym. He's gone to a piano recital and they had Irish dancers in while they were dining the week before St. Patrick's Day. They also had a fiddler and her husband. I've found it very clean and the residents are friendly and helpful too!

The staff members are friendly and attentive to requests/concerns. The dining room is spacious with many windows which offer a nice view. The food is very good. I appreciate the "anytime" menu which offers alternative meal choices. I would rate cleanliness a 5. I had considered moving into one of the large apartments but chose the medium instead and I am glad I did! I have plenty of space.

[name removed] and staff are very friendly and energetic. She makes sure that the clients are productive. We have so much fun in the different activities. Dancing singing you name it we do it all. I would recommend this center to all friends with family members needing care.

We visit the Facility every 1st Wednesday of the month to Provide Spiritual Needs to the Catholic community of the Facility. The Facility are supportive and has a nice chapel for the resident to worship. Thank you WATERFORD for allowing your Residents to have a place to continue meeting their Spiritual Journey . From the moment my friend and I walked into the Waterford on Highland Colony we felt a good vibe and friendliness that made our visit top notch! No other place that we toured gave us the same feeling. That’s why I have chosen the Waterford as my new home!

My mom seems to be happy and at peace with being independent. She has made friends in the Oaks community. Crafts and movies shared with others in like life situation. I would recommend them to others.

Its been very hard, and they have been very good to her. [name removed] and [name removed]!!! They are amazing and keep in regular contact. [name removed] especially. I try and visit often but they know my work schedule is difficult, when I cant they send me frequent updates on mom and photos. I would say my only issue, is she is in a memory care facility. And I have not seen her even visited by a PA yet

Very quite location. Seems calm. No balcony for outdoor in room living but I understand liability issue.

I like this community so well that I have made a deposit to hold while I determine a move-in date. [name removed] what is a fantastic hostess, showing us around and explaining the amenities. The entire staff was most welcoming. The property is well kept. I am also happy with knowing I will be able to get my physical therapy there and not have to leave to go to a doctor‘s office every other day. Overall, I would give it a 10+.

The staff is amazing! The building is clean and bright! We ate in the dining room which was spacious and clean. The servers were so patient and kind. And the food was delicious!

WATERFORD WAS VERY CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND EVERYONE WE SEEN AND TALKED TO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. WE CHOSE WATERFORD FOR OUR MOTHER TO STAY AT AND SHE WILL BE MOVING IN SOON. MOM HAS DEMENTIA AND THINK THIS WAS A GREAT FIT BECAUSE THERE WAS SO MUCH ROOM FOR HER TO MOVE AROUND, SINCE WE LIVE IN A SMALL HOUSE. THIS WILL BE A CHANCE FOR HER TO MEET NEW PEOPLE WITH THE SAME SIMILARITIES. IT WAS SUCH A SAD DECISION TO MAKE BUT I BELIEVE THAT SHE WILL BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND THATS WHAT MATTERS. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO VISITING AND SEEING HER HAPPY FACE. THANKS EVERYONE AT WATERFORD.
