The moment I walked through the doors of the Addison, I knew this was the place. The staff is so welcoming, and through their everyday actions it’s clear they truly care about their residents - it feels like family here. What could have been a very big transition for our family was made so much easier because they stepped in and ensured my parents felt welcomed and supported every step of the way as they settled in. They truly celebrate life here and it shows. The activities are amazing, and after just a month, my parents already feel completely at home. Big thanks to the Addison staff!

Mom moved to The Ashton at Anderson memory care in [date removed]. The set up of the unit allows residents to eat, participate in activities, or relax all in the same open area. This means caregivers can meet the varying needs of residents in a safe environment. The secondary activity space allows for specific group activities in a different setting giving residents a reason to move about. The apartments are spacious and have several built in safety features. While all of these living arrangements are important what really makes the place come alive is the staff. These caregivers are always hustling. They ensure that mom is dressed in a timely fashion and out among the people. Sometimes she participates sometimes not but she is always where the action is. From activities directors to nurses to caregivers the engagement with the residents is top notch. The consistency of staffing speaks well of the unit. It has been a good fit allowing us peace of mind on this difficult dementia journey.

I was so very fortunate to attend the 102nd birthday WW2 Veteran [name removed], celebrated by [name removed]and the Staff at The Ashton. You can truly tell [name removed] and all of the staff there sincerely care for the residents that live there. The facility inside and out is beautiful and very clean. I'm so impressed with their professionalism and sincerity.

I love my spacious apartment. I’m able to live my life and do what I want. If I need help, the nursing department will be here quickly to help me. I enjoy the outings on the bus with my neighbors like the Christmas lights drive the other night. I tell anybody who asks me about my home here, definitely come! I love it here!

The staff here at the Ashton are wonderful. I felt that way since the day I came here. I’ve been living here 6 years. Gardening is my thing and I love planting veggies and herbs in the raised gardens. I especially enjoy the lunches out when we go on the bus. I loved the Christmas lights scenic drive! Very fun things to do!!

I occasionally play music for residents. The facility is always super clean, and the staff is efficient and courteous. I have never observed a resident needing attention that was not attended to in a caring manner.

I perform at the Ashton for the residents, live music once a month. [removed name] singer Entertainer. The residence always seem to be having a good time. The place is beautiful and clean. The residents are always saying how happy they are to live at T Ashton

I watched this facility being built from the ground up. The grounds are nicely kept, the inside is very nice, and there is always something going on for the residents to enjoy. The outings and events for them to enjoy seem to be well received and appreciated. I actually enjoy seeing the posts on social media. We'll done!

I came to live 2 years ago and I love living here. It’s very clean. The staff is always cleaning. The staff is friendly and caring. It’s convenient to stores and shops. I have made many friendships here. I love the entertainment that is scheduled. It’s a great place!!

The front desk lady was friendly to us. [removed name] was a sweetheart and made the experience more joyful. [removed name] was a top notch professional and easy to talk. They were all able to communicate and answer all questions for us

Everything has been a ten! Everyone has been so nice and helpful. In every area.

We love [name removed]. She treats my mom with genuine love and care. She treats every resident the same. [name removed] also keeps me updated on her. Mom is and what she does when I am not here. Since day 1. She has been great.

Am extremely clean and friendly environment. My mother is very happy and the staff are all very friendly. We tried another place first and were not happy. As seen as my mother got here. She lit up again and truly look and feels better than did a year ago.

This facility was the best place I could have placed my loved one. Everyone so very kind. So many activities daily for people to enjoy best caregivers I have came across ever!

I was so glad to see my grandmother and she looked great! The community was very welcoming. Everyone was smiling, the staff and caregivers. It smelled good and clean. The art work on the walls was bright! They were singing as a group and she seemed so happy. I really appreciated how lively the place was.

Came in to visit a neighbor —always a good visit - she likes The Jasper and has made a lot of friends there. She seems to be happy and all her friends to be as well. There is always something to do. Very friendly atmosphere

The Waterford at Decatur is always a cheerful place, My grandfather enjoys the food and fellowships. The caregivers are attentive and very responsive too! A very safe and secure. There is a beautiful courtyard that is as beautiful in the winder as it is in the spring.

We have had a loved one living at The Waterford for the past year and a half. She always says how nice everyone is to her and enjoys the activities. We appreciate the staff’s efforts to provide the foods she wants (chocolate) in a more healthful way (chocolate protein balls or yogurt). The staff is pretty consistent/lower turnover so they get to know the residents and their likes and dislikes. Do a good job of getting the memory care residents out into the community on field trips and bringing in entertainment. Only improvement would be more activities on weekends.

I love the look of this building. Everything is very neat and pretty. It feels like home and not hospital like at all. I appreciated that they arranged for my son's to come and set my apartment up with all my things before I even got here so it already looked like home. The staff take very good care of me and are very friendly. The activity director keeps us moving and is always coming up with new things to do. I am very pleased to live here and don't ever intend to move.
