Met with the Sales Director last week for a tour at The Waterford at College Station. Although my mom was not appropriate for AL, the SD was amazing and lead us through the appropriate steps for find a home for my mom. Even the Activities Director and Concierge was incredibly helpful. Such a wonderful place!

I have worked in senior living before and let me tell you, the dedication that the staff of The Waterford have for their residents is amazing!! I recently toured this facility and the concierge, [name removed], was exceptionally welcoming and kind!!! What a great first impression!! During the tour, [name removed] was super helpful and answered ALL my questions with an abundance of reassurance that my loved one would be well cared for. I am very pleased with the atmosphere this facility and I think my loved one will love living here!

I was there visiting a friend and there was so much excitement going on ! They had just finished an Elvis Impersonator concert and they were so happy ! My mother in law has lived in the Woodlands of Hamilton for almost two years. She is very happy there, which is a great blessing to our family. She has made many friends among the staff and other residents. She feels loved and appreciated by everyone. She is especially close with [name removed], the activity director, and enjoys participating in the activities. She has weekly Book Club and Bible study meetings to look forward to. She also has fun with the Bingo and Trivia games. I appreciate the way the families are included in many activities, especially around the holidays. For a short while, she was not thrilled with the food, but there is a new chef now and she is very happy with her meals now. I thank all of the staff for their kindness and friendliness. They have helped her feel very much at home at the Woodlands of Hamilton.
