From the moment I entered the doors of Magnolia Trails, I was greeted with beautiful engagement from two caregivers. They were warm and friendly and answered my many questions. That was 3 years ago and they have become like family. The care my mother receives is exceptional from those who attend to her daily needs. The compassion shown by the caregivers is humbling to see. They truly care for the residents as they would their own grandparents. My Mom has adopted several! The Activities Director, goes above and beyond to fill the days with meaningful activities that promote wellness and joy. There is something for everyone, from outside entertainment, roadtrips, and games that bring laughter, there is no end to the fun! I’m grateful for administration and the wellness director for their quick responses to questions asked! Their care goes beyond their job description! The Waterford has become a place of comfort and security for our family. We are forever grateful!

Every time I've been to see my mom or meet with you guys when we toured the facility it's been outstanding service and attention to detail. I'm so grateful to have my mom there where I feel like she's cared for I've seen a lot of other facilities and that is not the case. I also enjoyed having the chance to have the meeting with other parents and family members of Alzheimer's / dementia patients and it was good that this was offered to us and outstanding food was offered to us as well. I just feel like you guys genuinely care every time I'm there. Thank you

We recently moved in and have enjoyed the staff, facility and residents. Im thrilled to have found such a caring place for my mother. The food is great! The staff are amazing and have gone out of their way to make this transition seamless for my mother and myself. It is such a relief to find a place you can trust to care for your loved one.

Our family has been so grateful for the care my mom receives in memory care. Noah, the memory care director, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond for the residents and families. The caregivers are compassionate, patient, and treat the residents like family. What really stands out is how much they focus on giving the residents joy and meaningful experiences. They take them on wonderful outings like trips to the movies, the zoo, Brewers games, and even tours of Lambeau Field. It’s comforting to know my mom is not only cared for, but also encouraged to stay engaged and enjoy life. We are incredibly thankful for the love, kindness, and dedication this team shows every day.

The Waterford is a great place for the residents to call home. All the people are nice and truly care about the residents. They have so many activities to keep them busy and happy. My family member loves living at Waterford. They feel safe and happy!

I've found a wonderful place, with excellent staff to care for my loved one when I was no longer able to do so. Good meals, clean facility and very caring staff. Highly recommend! They have welcomed my parent and learned our likes and dislikes. The atmosphere is always positive. I even get hugs occasionally, if I need one. Having to place a loved one in care is very difficult. The staff REALLY made the transition better for both of us.

The Waterford has been the best place I could imagine for my husband. The Staff are friendly and always willing to help. They keep residents engaged with all kinds of activities. I would not want him at any other facility and it would be hard to find a place that is nice like home.

They do a wonderful job at The Chateau! It's a clean, well kept community, and the people all seem very nice. They've got all kinds of activities and amenities they provide for the residents, and I've heard good things about the food! I also really appreciate how easy they made the paperwork and move-in process!

Great service of the staff and very helpful. Was helped in a timely manner.. The building and the landscape is clean and well kept. There is plenty of parking and the lot is clean

This independent living place is very nice. We are just starting the process. This place seems to be a place would meet our needs.

I took a tour for a family member and was very pleased with the facility and personnel. Very clean and comfortable rooms and grounds.

Our experience with the Beacon has been a quality experience . The staff was so helpful with tips to get my mother in law settled ... and made her feel like family ..And their price structure was straight forward ... unlike other communities we looked into .. they felt like they were going to charge extra for every little thing ...

My mother-in-law has lived in the memory care area for 2 months, and we have been so happy with the care that she has received. The caregivers are so patient, sweet, and loving, and not surprisingly, the caregiver turnover rate is low. We also love Samantha, the memory care director, who leads fun and engaging activities for the residents several times throughout each day. The staff have really created a warm, family atmosphere that we so appreciate.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially at meals. My only concern is with maintenance and housekeeping who do not seem well organized. They seem to often require follow up to get things done. Nursing staff is very attentive!

Great communication and coordination from all levels of staff with family. Good nutritious food for tenants. Lots of good activities for residents. Clean facility. Couldn’t be happier with the facility and care for our mom.

Our family has recently moved our Mom to Vintage Gardens, we could not be happier with the experience. I visited several times before we made the move, always greeted by someone as I entered the building. Everyone I have met at Vintage Gardens is very friendly, welcoming and willing to help. I would highly recommend Vintage Gardens to anyone that is wanting a wonderful place for a parent. Lindsey was great to work with, she helped so much with the transition. Everyone is always willing to help with anything.

I toured the facility and knew it was the right place for my husband. Everything felt right. And I have not been disappointed at all. The nurses and other staff are all kind, friendly and very caring. I rest easily knowing that he is in a place like this. And they make it fun for the residents, playing games, singing songs, etc. Housekeeping is wonderful.

Overall, I would give the Wellington a 5! There were lots of misdirection's in the beginning, we thought about choosing another place due to the misinformation in the beginning, but we're so glad we stayed. Their activities director, Margie, is the best!
