I did a tour of Keystone Woods today. I have visited several facilities recently and I must say, Keystone was the cleanest, not to mention the caring staff i have been in in the past month. The director, Kristin, showed me around the facility. I was more than pleased. This will be my selection on the care of my family. The hospitality made me feel very positive.

Great tour, superb staff,, and well maintained facility. The sales team did a great job of introducing me to all that the facility had to offer! What stood out was the programs, safety, and dedication of the staff.

Visiting a loved one who lives at the Waterford at Decatur. I had a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and my aunt who recently moved these was happy and smiling! She looked great and well cared for. The new place was clean and bright. I loved that music was ploying and office doors were open. Giving me access to ask questions. Nothing hidden. Just GOOD VIBES.

Every time I have visited, there are so many residents who are out and about, engaging in an activity or just visiting with others. It seems to be a very social place compared to other senior livings in the area.

I moved my mom to West Shores because of the care needs. She has been enjoying her time and to have the front desk and staff so caring is great. You can tell that everyone is loved and well taken care of.

I have visited a few times during events. Every year they have a car show, which is a blast. Most recently I visited during bingo. The residents all seem so happy and active. I am looking forward to many more visits and so glad we chose The Waterford.

The facility exceeds my expectations. The staff was friendly and really paid attention to the residents needs. The apartments are upgraded and very well kept. I decided this is the place for my mother.

I have a loved one in memory care and visited recently for the first time. I was very impressed with the what they call life stations and their pretend cars and dogs. They actually seem so lifelike and the residents seem to enjoy them.

Had a very good experience visiting with residents and staff during Christmas. Everyone was laughing and having a good time listening to music while live entertainment was playing in the background. SANTA even made a visit while I was there.

Visited my neighbor recently at The Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids. What a nice place! Everyone was happy and engaged and I could tell the staff truly care about my neighbor and all the residents. While I visited, I participated in a really fun exercise, Drum Fit! It was a blast.

I recently came to West Shores to move my mom in as she was being discharged and needed more care. The Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director were both very nice and helpful with the transition. Unfortunately, mom had to go back to rehab to get her strength, and we are looking forward to having mom a permanent resident at the community. The staff were nothing but nice, sweet and helpful.

I recently toured the community and liked what it had to offer. I made a deposit and look forward to having a new place that will be home for me. I liked the billiards room and the food choices that are offered.

We recently moved my grandma into Marquis Place. This decision was sudden, but we are so grateful for the support we’ve received. [name removed] has been amazing. She guided us through this emotional decision with warmth & compassion, going above & beyond to support our family even with a waitlist. We’ve been treated like family from day 1. We toured a few AL facilities but Marquis stood out because of its smaller, close-knit community. I knew my grandma would feel more comfortable in a quaint environment. Current residents even invited us into their homes during our tour reinforcing that sense of community. Move-in day was especially meaningful, with staff stopping by to warmly welcome my grandma. A few weeks in, she is still adjusting after many years of living on her own. She values her privacy, but the team gently encourages her to socialize, and we can already see the benefits. The Marquis Place team has truly been a source of comfort and peace of mind during this transition.

I had a great tour. The community is very clean and very homelike. Everyone we encountered was very nice and engaged with us. This community has a small town farm vibe. Even though my dad passed away before we could place him Marquis was our first choice.

My sister and I visited the facility and received a tour by [name removed]. The staff we met along the tour were all very friendly and seemed engaged with the residents. The tour was very thorough and all our questions were answered.
