Pleasant location- peaceful trails in the back with a pond, in the front, close access to Walgreens, restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. The staff is great and gets to know the residents. The residents form a community but also respect privacy for those a little more introverted. Fun activities and group gatherings. The food service is great. Just a friendly, caring community.

My mom loves it there she was at mission ridge which was great but this place just has the homey feel and she has joined in games and workouts never felt comfortable over at mission riidge to join in!

I keep busey with activities. We just went to the Twins game! Love outings. Enjoys sharing with other residents. I enjoy the food but it is too much. I love the people who live here and work here. The staff is so nice!

I have worked at many of these type of facilities as a nurse and have also had to place my parents in one before they passed. I have not been to Amberleigh often but yesterday, the staff that was on in the afternoon were very friendly and helpful. Unlike many of my experiences elsewhere. I wish I knew their names, they deserve recognition. Thank you.

Looking for my mom a place and this one was probably the nicest with everything my mom would love! The staff was so amazing and helpful with all our questions. The room size was perfect and the food smelt really good too.

Staff has been very responsive and thorough with my many questions. Staff is super friendly and, so far, everyone I met seems to love working there. I toured many places with my parents for the last 3 years, and this is the first place "they could imagine themselves living in." The campus sits in a peaceful location, parents are enjoying the food and haven't had any complaints! Staff seems genuine in their tenant interactions and I'm grateful they do not rely on agency staffing. Activities are generous in number and variety given it is a smaller facility. I had asked several tenants during my 3 tours if they liked it there, and they all said yes! [Name Removed], Executive Director, has been amazing. [Name Removed], Sales and Marketing, also amazing and full of positive energy. [Name Removd] in Maintenance loves his job![Name Removed] in Independent Living has the perfect temperament for this job!! Thrilled that my parents chose this place. I feel really good knowing they are in this safe, comfortable community.

Friendly, attentive, concerned about resident health and wellbeing. Communicates well with residents. Have great activities to stimulate them towards good mental and wellness health.

My daughter and I were impressed when we walked through the front door; this was our fifth and final tour. We were warmly greeted and offered a cold drink and brought to a room where we were given information on the facility and how things are run. On our tour of the facility we saw residents participating in activities, a typical resident's room, an outside court yard the dinning area., etc. We were warmly greeted by staff as they passed us on our tour. We were impressed and ultimately chose it as the place for my husband.

The Waterford is a well run facility. It is very clean facility and beautifully updated environment. All the caretakers are kind and respect each individual resident. The activity director does a amazing job at creating so many fun activities and outings. The director of Memory care does such a wonderful job keeping the residents engaged in life throughout their daily living. The residents well being, daily care, health and happiness seem to be of the utmost importance to all the staff at The Waterford.

We are very satisfied. The staff treat my mom like family. The room sizes are sufficient, she has no complaints with the food. The activity staff does a wonderful job. They encourage her to be involved. The building is also well maintained.

While visiting a resident/friend at The Waterford in Plymouth on several occasions, I became convinced that for those caring for residents, their work is truly a labor of love. I visited Magnolia Trails memory-care unit. Noah Petersen, director, goes above and beyond in assisting residents and answering questions of visitors. He leaves no stone unturned in taking his responsibilities seriously. The facility is neat and clean and serves delicious meals. I was invited to dine with my friend and truly enjoyed interacting with residents seated at our table. The Waterford offers a myriad of activities for residents, from exercises to concerts to visits to local attractions, such as Bookworm Gardens in Sheboygan. My friend has been a resident there for just one month, but I plan on visiting often. Maybe I'll book a room in the assisted-living division of The Waterford. It feels much like "home" at this place with "heart!"

Staff are extremely responsive to requests and prompt with their follow through. The location is the facility as well as the price were big deciding factors.

As you can tell we were very happy with the Shores. The hands on staff in memory were amazingly kind, patient, attentive to my brother's distinctive needs, respectful and responsive to our questions and suggestions.

It is a very good community and has treated my wife and I with exceptional care. It has proved to be much better than other places we considered when we decided to move to a retirement community. We are in an independent living unit and are very pleased with it.

Surprised at how clean, bright and cheery the facility was. Very impressed with the outside activities they provide residents as well as the availability of activities inside the facility.

Everyone has been very helpful with all of our questions. All rooms have stoves but not all residents are allowed to use them. Wait time for food has been as long as 45 minutes before you get service. Food choices are good and the taste us generally good.

My mother was first a resident of the Waterford's assisted living building ,which she greatly enjoyed. Now that her memory is failing she has moved to the memory care facility (Magnolia Trails). She is comfortable and well-cared for at Magnolia Trails, and treated with the dignity she deserves. Waterford staffers have been very helpful and understanding during this sad and difficult time for our family.

I would give every category a 5. We are SO happy that we found this place. Absolutely amazing! Everyone we have met there has gone above and beyond to make this the perfect home for my mother in law. We are thrilled and if I ever need a place, hopefully a long time from now, I would choose The Waterford for myself...

My apartment is very spacious, well maintained. All of the staff that I have come into contact with were friendly, helpful, professional & just really good people there! It's a great place to live. We really enjoy living here.

From the moment I entered the doors of Magnolia Trails, I was greeted with beautiful engagement from two caregivers. They were warm and friendly and answered my many questions. That was 3 years ago and they have become like family. The care my mother receives is exceptional from those who attend to her daily needs. The compassion shown by the caregivers is humbling to see. They truly care for the residents as they would their own grandparents. My Mom has adopted several! The Activities Director, goes above and beyond to fill the days with meaningful activities that promote wellness and joy. There is something for everyone, from outside entertainment, roadtrips, and games that bring laughter, there is no end to the fun! I’m grateful for administration and the wellness director for their quick responses to questions asked! Their care goes beyond their job description! The Waterford has become a place of comfort and security for our family. We are forever grateful!
