My mom lives here. It is bright and has an amazing huge courtyard. We loved outdoors and visiting on the patio.

I have had a great experience with the rehab department. They helped me get stronger. They were very patient with me during my stay. I have also made friends and my apartment stays clean. I had a nice stay.

I am a current resident at The Waterford. I really enjoy all the people here. I have met so many new friends. I like making everyone laugh. We have so many things to do and they throw great parties. I am very happy with my new home.

The nurses are friendly and are nice. They seem to be happy and they make me happy. They're quickly to help when I need them. This is also true of the aides. They are always asking me I need help with anything. I'm kept busy with activities and so my days go fast. They are fun with exercises that keep my movement strong. The kitchen tries to always us an most of the time the food is good.

Among the ages of most residents you can find friendships with most but the small circle that spend most of their time together is hard to seperate. Finding the one most sincere is the person with the least to give. A smile and a hug goes a long way people are specize the ones. I love around always including me in whatever they have this is an place to remember.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience at this assisted living community. The staff is caring attentive and always willing to go with the extra mile to make residence feel comfortable and valued. The building is clean and inviting and the atmosphere feels like home. There are plenty of activities to keep residence, engaged in social and the meals are delicious. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality care and a supportive environment.

The folks who live here are friendly. We care about each other.The dining room is clean. The cooks follow a menu set up for them and dfo a good job. We can eat three a day if we want. The server get to know what most of us drink without meals. My room is cozy.

Staff (aides especially) is amazing friendly helpful.

The administration are very positive and helpful. The aids do a very good job helping my Mother. I would highly recommend Waterford! Everyone is very helpful at Waterford in Wisconsin Rapids. I know when asked they never say no!!!!

I enjoyed my visit to Waterford at Creekside friendly staff clean cottages and ground well kept.

I enjoyed The Waterford at Creekside. The staff were amazing from the ed all the way down to the caregivers. They were very nice and welcoming. The cottage was super clean and smelt amazing.

Came to The Waterford at Creekside for the Joyful Night event. Walked through some of the cottage and shared our pup timber around. We enjoyed the experience and looking forward to coming back.
