Very friendly (smile and hi) to all. Very helpful and caring in all aspect. We are very happy here and would recommend this place to all. Great staff.

This has been a significant change to my lifestyle so far it has meet my expectations. There is a good sense of community and the meal have been what I expected. I'm enjoying my new surroundings.

Middleton Crossing has great communities! There are fun activities and lot of them! The people are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The layout of the facility is convenient and the food is delicious and nutrition. Freedom of choice for residents Love it !

Waterford staff is very caring and supportive of all the residents that resides within the community all staff follows up with family members within a timely manner when issues arise with the community.

She didn’t have to help us nor was it beneficial to her but she has multiple times because she actually cares about helping people and sharing her knowledge. Thank you [removed name] for being you!

The building is so beautiful and super clean [name removed}, [name removed}, and [name removed}.they are so sweet and they answer all my questions that I had they are very professional and very nice I am so in love with he building they are doing a great job,

The activity director [name removed] is nothing short of amazing. Each day she goes above and beyond for the residents. She has been so creative with the actitives she has introduced to the residents. The location has been much better since she has came. Thank you {name removed}

I recently visited this community. I love the setting and the fact they have independent living, assisted living and memory care. The memory care is so inviting and there is is so many things going on to keep the Residents busy. Would highly recommend!

My aunt has been at The Addison (formerly Benton House) for 2 years. When she first moved there she was in terrible health and in extremely low spirits. Since she moved in her health has improved (thanks to conscientious caregivers) and her mood is always positive now. As with most Alzheimer's patients, she can be difficult to handle at times, but the staff members at The Addison are patient and caring. When we visit she is clean, well dressed and often giggling. On one of our last visits she kept repeating, "I'm so happy, happy, happy". It was wonderful to hear and it made us giggle.

Dad has been here a few years and is happy to be there. He brags about the happy hours on Fridays and the snacks at football games. He plays poker with the other residents as well as enjoys the people that work there.

Mom is always happy , enjoys her neighbors, her meals, her music, Bible study and staff. She is always saying how she is glad to be here and thinks she is a burden to me and my family. I know she’s happy .

The placed is well kept the entrance to the landscaping of the grounds. Food had her pretty much designed to be healthy and tasty with various plan for a healthy combination.

[name removed] is fabulous! She makes my mom comfortable and happy and at ease. She is always smiling and eager to help resident and families.

The help are polite and efficient. My room is kept clean , as are the sheets and bed clothes. The food has been good and nutritious. I have not joined any of the activities ast am happy as a loner. The occupant have been friendly and pleasant.

We enjoy the smaller, homier environment at Waterford. We’re very happy with our choice to move our loved one in. We are very happy to have found this place. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are great, they are never too busy to answer any questions we have.

Whenever I explored potential living options since hospitalization in [date removed] . I relived on pamphlets to provide answers. Unfortunately these polished booklets were definitely blessed to emphasize what they wanted to attracted potential residents. They only other facility that is close to service. The employee are the most important completely. They are wonderful. The facility is great! The food id good. The activities are good extensive.

In my experience with Summit Point Community staff they are courteous friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate residents daily needs. They are willing to be the extra mile. I have found that no task it too, BIG fifteen months and will survey promote their facility to family and friends.

Staff is very easy good and willing to work with us as we moved residents into their new home, both building are very well maintained and clean. Staff is very helpful in helping residents get settled.

The staff at Waterford is amazing not only meeting y needs but often anticipating them meeting them.
