Excellent care for mother. They respond quickly to her needs.

The Waterford made a smooth transition for my mom from a long hospital stay to their memory care unit. The communication was simple and questions were answered promptly. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly towards family members.

My mom currently resides at the Waterford in West Bend and we couldn’t ask for a better place for her. I love all the staff and they take such good care of her. I visit weekly and I’m always greeted with a smile. It’s a great feeling to know that she is safe and in a truly caring environment.

My Mom has been lucky enough to be at The Waterford for about a year now. I stop by frequently on different days and times always to find a very peaceful and fully staffed facility. Whenever I have a posed a question to management, I get a quick response. My favorite thing about The Waterford is the nursing staff that interacts with my Mom. They have more patience than me and are caring and compassionate. I'm also impressed with the activity director and the different things she does with the residents. The place is always decorated for holidays and events. I really feel fortunate that my Mom has a safe and wonderful place to stay--it gives me peace of mind.

Everyone has been very helpful to me.

My Dad had been in a different Memory Care facility. It was not a good experience. He is now at The Waterford in West Bend. [names removed] and all the amazing caregivers are attentive and so good with him, his room is always clean and the food is really good. I can't say enough good about our experience at The Waterford!!!

What has made Anthology of Louisville such a great experience so far is the staff. The staff team there are so carrying. I love that my mom is there and is engaged with everyone. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

I always look forward to visiting the Waterford, from the friendly front desk occupant to the wonderful managers, it is always a pleasure to watch this staff interact with their residents. The people who live there always make sure to tell me how nice it is there , I know they keep them engaged and well fed. The room rates are very reasonable for the size and the location couldn’t be better. This is a hidden gem tucked away in the city of Fairfield and has always been a favorite of mine.

Our family recently toured this Beautiful facility. The Sales Director spent a lot of time with us & was a wealth of knowledge. We felt very comfortable and we are confident that we are placing our mom at the right facility.

This is a wonderful senior living community. The kidest staff. Very clean. If you looking for a place for your loved one, make certain to go to Whispering Pines. You will feel the love from the moment you walk in.

We had to move my mother very suddenly in March of 2023. The staff in Waterford's memory care facility have been a blessing from day one. The director, [name removed], is incredibly patient and caring with all of their residents and insists on the same from her staff. My mother had some challenges with agitation that her prior facility treated as a burden. From day one, the staff made sure that my mom felt welcome and useful. She gets not just attention but genuine affection from the staff. Knowing that they care about my mom as a person has given our family so much peace of mind. While Magnolia Trails at Waterford is a smaller facility than some others and may not look quite as fancy, it is a warm and welcoming place that goes above and beyond to take care of their residents.

I love west shores. I’ve lived here for going on two years. Everyday has gotten better. One thing that I love is that there isn’t any gossip. Everyone treats you so well. The employee and even other residents truly care about you. I’m looking forward to to events going forward.

Very good place. A place to call home. I have really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors here at west shores. [name removed] is very good at everything she does and we are very glad to have her here. The amount of things that you receive are very worth the cost. One of the cheapest communities that I have stayed in but still received everything plus more for what I would have to pay double for else where.

I have never had a problem with anyone. I feel that everyone takes very good care of her. I love that I can bring Titus. The only thing I have a hard time with is if something needs fixing, it takes days. But I love having my mom here. Its great!

A lot of good people here

My husband and I moved in here seven years ago. We are so thankful that we have made new friends at this community. We are also thankful that the driver Tara can take us to the doctors appointment and out to shopping and just overall is a great person.

I moved here in July of 2020. I love the new friends I have made here. It’s a total mind free worry because you write one check a month and you don’t have to worry if the faucet breaks or the plumbing breaks because they fix it for you.

My father loves this building and his apartment. It has a beautiful courtyard that he visits daily. He mentions often that he wished he had moved here sooner. He loves the food. The staff are awesome. The building is very clean. The other residents are friendly and welcoming.

From the first contact we had with the community, to the touring process, move in and transition into her first month, my sister in law and our family has received exceptional care and attention from everyone. The entire team at The Waterford has gone above and beyond to help us in every way. We knew before the move that this was the right place, however, now after the move it is even more clear it was.

I have lived here for 9 years and I am the librarian here as well. I take a lot of pride in keeping our library organized. The thing that gives the Remington the advantage over everyone else is the fact that each apartment has its own washer and dryer already in the unit waiting for you.
