Amazing tour. I liked the intimate smaller grouping in each cottage. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. I appreciate them coming in on a Sunday to meet with my an my family. Looking forward to my aunt moving in soon.

I have lived at the waterford as an independent resident for a year & 7 months. There is a true community spirit. Each resident is treated as a family member. The amenities are excellent. I would highly recommend the waterford as a safe, caring, and "fun" senior community.

Everyone is very friendly at the Waterford! I love my apartment. It is a two-bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. I like that I have windows in my bedrooms and living room.
