My mother is a resident here at Ashton in the Plaza, soon to start her 5th year. The staff here sincerely cares. They work very hard to take care of the residents. My mother loves her caregivers and nurses that see her everyday. (I would suggest more caregivers per floor). I do have to remind myself that mother doesn’t have a personal valet and it may take time to get to her. The directors have been readily available to listen to any concerns. The people that care for my mother is what matters most to me. From the moment i walk through the door (staff member at the front desk is so knowledgeable and helpful) until i walk out the door, I am grateful my mother has such a clean beautiful facility providing fun things to do and good food and most importantly a staff of wonderful people.

We picked this community because of the cost. it has been a pleasant experience.

This is a very nice facility. What we like most about Whispering Pines Village is the overall friendly atmosphere of this community. Everyone is so very kind. We also appreciate that the staff members are always willing to work with us on anything that we need. We have such peace of mind knowing that our loved one is in such a safe environment. Thank you & keep up the GREAT job!

Lived across the street and moved to the Waterford after my wife passed. I am a happy camper here! I enjoy games, exercise, and socializing with my fellow residents. I would not want to live anywhere else.

We recently toured this community looking for placement for our mom. The residents seemed engaged & everyone we talked with did seem very happy. Mom loved her “take away “ gift for touring. Thank you!

Our loved one lives in Independent living. The community is very nice. It is a safe environment. We enjoy the food from the facility but would like to suggest that the always available menu be changed. It has never changed for months! We need a better selection to choose from. Again, the food is good, just need a better variety.

The perfect place is the Addison of Oakleaf. The place is amazing , the workers are so caring they are really awesome and great. The food is amazing three great meals a day. They have a lot of activities, which is good for the residence. Everyone there is wonderful. I am so glad that we picked this place for my husband. The place is very clean. They really care about the residence.

The Beacon staff have been wonderful taking care of my Father in memory care. He has such a nice room with his own bathroom and lots of activities to keep him occupied. The food is delicious and nutritious. He is getting such good care there.

My sister lived here for nearly 5 years. The administrater is the most caring person & runs this facility as though her own parents lived there. She lives in the country & often brings her farm animals in to visit with the residents there. My sister enjoyed the goats mostly but she also loved when they hatched baby emus in the lobby. The administrater runs a tight ship & has built this team to be known in the area as the best. You will absolutely not regret choosing this facility over the others this area offers.

We chose The Addison of St. Johns due to its proximity. In addition the staff is very friendly, answer all your questions, and treat the residents with great care. Being a small community is great.

I come visit my dad almost everyday and the staff is so awesome and nice, my favorite is the dog. I always feel so welcomed and happy when I visit.

I moved my mother in almost 4 years ago and it's been a wonderful experience for her! I always knew she was well cared for here and she always feels like she is "Home"! Great caring staff!

Thankful to have found a place for mom that the staff truly have a heart to care for "memory patients" I have witness exceptional care and respect for the residents. It has been six months and extremely pleased with the care and consistency of caring for our mom.

Very pleased with the respect and care they show "memory residents" Consistently, loving, caring, clean and has the most "caring" staff. Very pleased with the activities and outing they provide. So happy to have found Mom a wonderful place to call home.

Having a loved one at the Waterford has been very peaceful. Any concerns I’ve had are met, I’m always notified promptly about anything necessary, and the community ensures that she has everything she needs. Being far away and remaining in communication with them has made my aunt’s transition into assisted-living so much easier. I truly trust the directors at this community.

I would tell others looking into The Waterford at Forth Worth that it's a nice, safe facility that would give someone comfort in knowing their family member is there.

My mother lived in 2 other assisted living facilities prior to moving her here. I can now sleep at night knowing she is getting the best care. She is only 1 of 45 residents which makes a huge difference in the personal touch that goes into everything they do. They know what she likes to drink, how she takes her coffee, how she doesn't like her bed made with the sheets tucked too tight, how she loves to talk about her days as a nurse & many other things you won't find at the bigger places. The director of nursing calls me with any concerns. I never worry about Mom anymore.

My mother did nothing but watch TV & eat frozen meals when she lived home alone. Ever since moving her to The Addington she now rarely watches TV because she is too busy with her new friends. I struggled for so long with this decision wondering if it was the right choice. Now looking back it makes me sad to think of how long she was isolated in her home when she could have been surrounded with happy people. Best decision ever

Our first experience with the facility was a tour with myself my sister and my parents. The trip was very informative. Lead staff was helpful with any questions and very friendly when my parents first arrived. My mother was not happy where she was and my father was in a confused state, however, after 3 to 4 weeks and getting more involved with the activities and the involvement of the staff, the change that we’ve seen in my mother and how happy she’s become with her surroundings and my dad getting involved as much as he can has been a joy and a relief for myself and my siblings. Thank you for having my parents in a safe happy and active community.

My mother-in-law is a resident at this location and I’m so happy for her and all of us. This location is full of warmth and love. From the remarkable staff to the friendly residents. The cleanliness is A+ and the different decorations are alway so welcoming.
