My dad is the dietary director at the Waterford at Plano. He enjoys his time with his workers, the workers outside of the kitchen, and the residents. He enjoys cooking for the residents and hearing their stories about their lives. His kitchen is also well run and everyone gets along very well that they operate smoothly everyday, he couldn't ask for a better team.
