Toured for myself. Very pleased and in the process to decide on assisted living.

I'm very happy with everything here. The staff is very nice. Most other places do not have activities and events like they have here. You are made to feel like you at home here. I love sitting at the pond in good weather, it's so peaceful.

I don't mean to be repetitive but it was an amazing experience and I was actually going to write a letter about it and I still might. Yes I already have recommended this community to others. And everybody who came to see me and my mom there before she passed said I did a wonderful job because the facility is beautiful and she was only there for four days.

I think the facility overall is very good. Night staff is a bit young and not as good as the day staff, according to mom and my sister. I would suggest too that families remember that staff is busy with numerous residents and to be patient.

This facility is spacious and clean, but the staff makes this facility feel like a home! They have a variety of activities throughout the day for the residents to attend and caregivers who take pride in treating the residents like family. Caregivers are present within minutes to assist and therapy (PT/OT/ST) is onsite for any rehab needs. The ED, activities and therapy team, dining staff, maintenance, and aids are all welcoming, truly care about the residents, and make this a warm and friendly environment!

I am thrilled to have found the Waterford at Plano for my brother. The staff has been incredibly pleasant to work with and extremely communicative with us throughout the entire process. We are always greeted with the warmest smiles when we visit. The residents also go out of their way to help my brother acclimate to his new environment. Two thumbs up!

I would like to take a moment to thank the Waterford of Plymouth for a Great professional relationship with Lily Hospice. The facility is caring and takes the time to really know the residents. They collaborate with Hospice for the Best outcomes for the residents.

The care here is above and beyond excellent! Do not be deterred by the building- it is in the process of a remodel and is a bit tired in its appearance . The staff truly acts as a team, and you will be happy your loved one lives here. My friend is a resident and the care and responsiveness of the caregivers is impressive- he could never get this kind of attention at any other facility. He is clean, his apartment is clean, and they are on the ball if I have any questions about his health. Outstanding- The Rose has put “care” back in caregiving.

I placed my husband at Waterford at Plymouth 8 months ago after my physical and emotional health no longer allowed me to take care of him at home. My experience at Waterford has been wonderful. The entire staff including the executives, RNs, CNAs, kitchen workers, activity personnel, maintenance and all others have showed me how qualified and caring they are with any issues that came up. I would recommend Waterford to anyone who would be seeking a home for their loved one.

Love this place. Every time I walk in it smells clean it looks clean everyone greets me with a smile most of them remember my me by name and call me by my name. My friend loves it there she says the staff just love on her everyday she's always laughing she's always smiling she said the food is wonderful. And she said that the care that the staff provide for her is better than her last Community she lived in.

Employees were super helpful! Answered all the my questions. When we walked in we felt very welcomed loved the home vibe that y’all had didn’t feel like hospital I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone just super kind staff always willing to give you hand in all your needs!

Moved my Mom because of recommendation of personal friends - exceptional service and caring attentive staff. Admissions process was carefully handled. Facilities are updated and very clean. Fully recommended for assisted living.

We went as a team for gingerbread houses and karaoke and you can really notice the effort put into these activities! The community was having the best time and it was very well put together! I really loved going and spending time with the tenants and i could tell they did too!

I had so much fun at West Shores. The residents were nice and fun to talk and spend time with, I wish to return again. The staff was very kind to their residents, double checking if they needed anything. For a bunch of amazing elderly folk, they were very energetic and engaging in the activities.

Had an amazing experience with staff and people at Westshores! Loved the fun activities and the atmosphere!! 100/10 recommend! The staff was very attentive to the clients! They were very interactive and responsive to everyone in the area!

It’s always decorated for the holidays the people who work their are so amazing they do a wonderful job taking care of my loved one their I’m so glad my love one is happy and the people their make it warm and joyful.

Hi, my name is [name removed] and I've lived at the Waterford for a little over a year. I'm very happy here, the residents and staff are all very friendly. It's like an extended family here. The place is very clean and the food is great too, and the activities are pretty fun also. So if you are a senior looking for a new place to live I highly recommend that you check out the Waterford of Levis commons.

A wonderful place for seniors to live in their remaining years of life.

The Wellington at North Bend Crossing are very nice facility and the staff are very personable. I do think they should try to take more people on the outings. 9 isn't enough. More crafting activities as well.

Our resident is very well cared for at this facility. We enjoy coming to visit him and always find the staff to be welcoming and friendly.
