Moving an elderly parent from their lifetime home due to the aging process presents many challenges, for both the parent and the family. Finding a community where your loved one will be happy, safe and thrive is one of those challenges. I found myself with that very struggle several months ago. I needed to uproot my 92 year old mother-in-law from her rural home of 62 years and find a community where a new journey could begin. A community where she could find joy, live stress free and experience new adventures. Waterford at Levis Commons has done that for her and me. She attends exercise class every day, has become a bocce ball champion and attends weekly Bible study and Catholic service. She can’t wait for BINGO, loves art classes, attends all the music activities and plays WII bowling like a pro. Her days are filled with peer interaction in a safe environment, with people who genuinely care for her. I have seen her grow and thrive in ways that were beyond all expectations.

I always have a great deal of safety. When I feel my safety and comfort is a priority, I can call this place HOME!!!! I initially came to care for my sister loved it so much that I stayed. I love my Waterford family!!!

I took a tour last week and the staff was amazing. The gentleman that gave the tour was outstanding. I could tell he really cared and wanted the best for my family. The staff looked so attentive and genuine, and they just looked happy to be there. I really appreciate the Waterford and everything they’ve done so far for my family.

I had an excellent experience touring this facility. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend the facility to friends, family and really everyone. It’s really important to find a loving and caring facility to help families in their time of need.

I have a friend that lives at Good Tree and they love it there. Their halls are beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Their staff is always friendly and willing to help out when needed. We highly recommend Good Tree.

Waterford Plymouth has a great staff. They are very caring and do a great job providing a home like experience even with challenging circumstances. They provide many different events for the residents, with is exciting to see. I feel comfortable having my loved one at Waterford.

Waterford of Plymouth has an amazing management team and staff that love and care for their residents like their own family! They go above and beyond to provide the best care, activities, meals and experiences for their community. The activities are SO awesome and fun- I want to join in! This team truly CARES and it shows on the residents faces! Thank you to all the team at Waterford of Plymouth! You are all AMAZING!!!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. All areas were clean. I did not try the food, but it smelled delicious! I have visited majority of the communities in the Bryan / College Station area and will say that The Waterford should be everyone’s #1! Highly recommend.

West Shores is a great community and with so many activities happening throughout the day is great to see the residents really involved. The Sales Director was very helpful and the move in process was smooth. She did not sugar coat anything and made sure we knew all cost upfront.

Staff care for everyone and makes sure our needs are met. Very responsive to my needs.

The staff here care for me like I am one of their own family members. The love they have for everyone is just above and beyond words.

The food is delicious! Portions are good sized and they will give you more if you ask. It is always hot and fresh.

It's been absolutely wonderful. People have been very nice. It seemed to bring out the better part of me because I enjoy people and I like to help others. I love being able to help in activities. I love this place! The nurses have been absolutely wonderful and anytime you have a question they are always happy to help me. They do so much for us and I love them.

I toured this facility and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The facility itself was clean and looked to run smoothly and I would highly recommend considering it for loved ones!!! I give it high recommendations!

The staff is very friendly I love that I get to sit outside and enjoy the garden area and partake in the activities they have here. Over all my stay at The Madeline has been pleasant. I would recommend to a friend.

Being in a retirement community does at times take a bit of getting used to. Who are all these people? The management do a very good job and I have to look hard to find any areas that could be better. I’m even getting used to the air conditioning. The kitchen do a wonderful job but my meals are often not very hot. And my sliding glass door could do with a cleaning sometime. But no hurry! All the staff are very nice and friendly. So you all deserve a pat on the head for a job well done. Thank you! And a very merry Christmas.

All 5's. Only comment is the need for more staff. But that seems to be everywhere. Nice facility. Nicer than all others we saw. Apartment is large and kitchen is nicer than all others we looked at. Dining area is very fine dining like. Activities director is great and the on site physical therapy is a huge plus.

West Shore residents seem to be happy and well taken care of. I met with the Sales Director [name removed] and she was very helpful. It was nice to hear the residents talk so kindly about the employees and how the activities are ran. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks. I would recommend West Shores to anyone looking for a genuine community that actually cares for the residents like family.

Waterford at Fairfield is an amazing community. They offer family and friends events. My family and I were there recently for the Annual Family Thanksgiving and had great food and conversation. The staff were helpful and really made us all feel part of the family. I'm looking forward to the next family and friends event.

Very nice community!! Staff is very helpful and nice to work with! Will definitely refer friends and family! For sure give this community a five star! So glad I was able to explore options at this location!
