We picked this community because of the atmosphere, cost of placement, and caring, supportive staff. I would recommend to others.

Everyone I have had contact with is so friendly and helpful. Makes you feel so welcome. Definitely puts me at ease having my Dad there. I know he is in good company/care. Everything is clean. The hallways smell so good. Shows they take pride in that place.

The facility seems immaculately clean each time I visit. Communication with the family is excellent. The move in process was easy and seamless. I have only eaten there once. Frankly, the food could have been warmer though the quality was good. I would suggest more info regarding staff training and vetting. I would recommend this facility without reservation.

mom has been at THE ETTA memory care facility for six months now. I have nothing but praise for this place and I’ve seen the caretakers be so kind and sweet with not only my mom, but with all of the residents there. I’ve gotten to know several of the caretakers fairly well over the last six months and I’m in awe of how much they care for the people that they are taking care of. Taking care of somebody who has a memory problem is at best difficult, And they seem to go above and beyond all the time. hopefully, you’ll never be in a position to have to find a facility for memory care for somebody you love, but if you do, I would place it at the top of the list.

My mother wants to tip staff for doing their job,yet doesn't have the money for that type behavior, I'd say verify that staff is to refuse gratuities at all times. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

The staff at The Etta is fantastic!! They’re always available to help us. They respond to every email/text and go above and beyond for my Mom. The nursing staff [name removed] are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. [name removed], always greets you with a warm hello. [name removed] makes sure that every day my Mom stays active. [name removed] and [name removed] are always in good spirits and helpful to all the residence The Etta is filled with kind and loving people. The Executive Director at The Etta at Shavano Park is [name removed]. [name removed] always answers his phone or calls you back if you leave him a msg. He always does his best to get you an answer or attend to any problems you may be having. Every Friday [name removed] writes a wonderful email with what went on that week and attaches beautify pictures of the residents. That’s something I always look forward to. We’re very happy with The Etta but most importantly my Mom is very loves it there.

Nice place. Just not having to try and shop and haul it in and try and cook something decent, just being able to get 3 meals a day is a real blessing. Getting to where little things are becoming big things.

The staff at Riverbend are all extremely caring and efficient at providing care to their residents. On many unannounced visits, we always found the facility to be a warm and caring place for my aunt. The staff always went out of their way to provide help with any request or question we had. We highly recommend Riverbend to anyone who may need their services.

The staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely recommend IV of East Landing.

So far so good. Have had meetings with Administration and everything seems to be working well. Most caregivers are very kind and concerned about the residents well being.

Mansions has best staff, therapist and sense of community. Everyone cares about your loved one’s wellbeing. They go above and beyond to ensure your families needs are being met. The activities are wonderful and keep the residents engaged and happy.

Staff was outstanding. Facility was very clean. Very helpful information.

Truly love the home. Staff is great, caring and understanding of families. Our dad very much enjoys the meals and friendly staff and other residents The only thing I would change is to have an overnight staff personnel.

Our family could not be happier with the choice we made to place our mom at this Assisted Living facility. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Nursing staff is very attentive to the residents. You will see a lot of smiles when you are at this facility!

These facilities are very expensive per square. foot but this is a very nice facility. I tell others we were very blessed to be presented with the opportunity for my mom to live at this community, at exactly the right time.I cannot comment on activities because I have not been there enough to know what they are. Food is also outside my reach, but my mom says it's a lot of meat and she does not eat meat. She would prefer more options like beans, potatoes, noodles, rice, non-meat dishes.

The Wellington food seems pretty good and good alternative options if you do not like what's on the menu. I think the communication with the family has been good. The move in process was not as beneficial as I thought it would be. They do not have staffing to help you move anything, but apparently that is normal. They can provide some carts to move from the bottom floor to the third floor elevator. I would recommend the facility because the staff are nice and friendly. The residents all seem to be happy. The facility is clean and the activities seem to be plentiful.

I researched various senior communities in southern Wisconsin when I decided to sell my home of almost 40 years. I made two trips here and narrowed my decision down to The Waterford and one other place. I chose The Waterford and have never questioned my decision. The people, both staff and residents, have been very friendly and welcoming. I have made lots of new friends and everybody seems to be happy living here. My kids are happy that they don't have to worry about me like they did when I was in my almost 100 year old house. I'm busier now than I have been since I retired. There are various activities every day and a bus that takes residents to medical appointments and different stores and restaurants. I downsized to a living space that is half of what I used to have in my house, but I feel that I have plenty of room here at The Waterford. The food is good, I have a nice balcony and views from my apartment windows, and get to park in a heated garage. My cat and I are very happy!
