I was greeted by the friendliest staff and residents! When going to Georgetown you can feel the love amongst the staff and families loved ones. You can see the residents playing games, some were driving and coming back from the stores, others were sitting down and watching movies..they are very involved at making sure the residents live a balanced life! Plus, it smelled amazing in here.

The Wellington had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment is spacious and you have your own laundry facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Socially there are many activities in which to choose to participate. We are very happy we chose the Wellington and would highly recommend it for your senior living.

Let me start with how undecided we were about placement of our mom. After touring this amazing facility, the decision was made for us! I can’t tell you how comfortable the admission director made my mom & us kids all feel. We love Whispering Pines Village & we promise, you will too!

Overall I can't say enough good things! My experience has been nothing but fantastic and the staff has been especially helpful at all times. I encourage everyone to tour the facility and see firsthand how great it is!

Although I don't live in this community, I have a close friend that does that I visit frequently and as a result, I almost feel like I do too. I can't speak highly enough of this community and how much they have done to make my friend feel at home. It's such a loving and open community!!

We moved Mom, age 93, to the memory unit. We were afraid that the transition from assisted living to the memory unit would be too much for her, but to our surprise she has gone from just existing to actually flourishing in the more favorable environment. The Director [name removed] has been very supportive, caring, and helpful. I am glad we made the decision to get her this additional step-up in care.

My brother took a tour with his POA, and decided on the spot he would like to live at Crown Pointe. He moved in within a week. They were very helpful. The facility always is clean and bustling with activities. My brother enjoys the dining experience and has made several friends. I'm happy to know he is in such a welcoming environment. Thank you Crown Pointe!!

This campus is absolutely beautiful, especially during the holidays! Staff is kind and welcoming the moment you step in. Each floor has different amenities, from puzzle tables to craft rooms. There’s plenty to do at Georgetown Place!

I'm glad I found this place and glad I will never have to move. This is my forever home. I would and do recommend Waterford to anyone. And I have. And will continue to do so. They also allow pets and I will say my cat is happy as well.

This facility is an attractive, warm, homey place. It doesn't feel "a home." It feels like YOUR home. There are plenty of activities: chair yoga, bingo, cornhole, chair volleyball, painting/crafts, Bible Study, parties. Plenty of opportunities to meet and socialize! A small library offers various types of reading materials to borrow on the honor system. The staff are nice and always ready to help.

Everyone has been more than willing to go out of the way to make us feel at home. The staff in dietary and at the front desk have been very helpful. The nursing and therapy staffs are awesome. They are being very careful about COVID.

Living here has everything that I expected and needed. The location is excellent, close to outside activities, resturants and bars. The library and community center are across the street and easy access to the interstate and Cincinnati. It's also close to parks and outdoor facilities. It's just a really friendly place to be. The staff and residents are so friendly.

It's a wonderful location, I feel very safe when I walk my dog. The activities here keep me healthy, our activities director is wonderful. I walk to everything, my church, kroger, the pet store, the library. The location is perfect. It's lots of fun and such a friendly place.

I like it here because I like being around people. The staff is great and the people are so friendly. The cleaning people are awesome. They are so helpful. I really enjoy the yoga classes, bingo, and the special events. Living here is for me the ideal place. It's just wonderful here.

We moved in about six weeks ago, love the Waterford of Plano, and feel at home. We sought far and near; this place is right under our noses. The staff are caring, especially the cafeteria staff. My partner eats slowly, and the team packs his food for him. Many times, they let him take his plate with him. The residents look out for one another. We know everyone now. If I get too busy at work and don't stop by, the residents ask my partner where I was. I sometimes come in late in the evening, they don't see me, they ask too. When my partner needs assisted living, we don't have to move far because they offer assisted living as well. Another great thing about the Waterford of Plano is its affordability.

The staff is very friendly They have to cook bland soft food for the masses. It's just a personal preference that I don't like the food. My mom is ok with it. Cleanliness is just due to daily wear and tear of wheel chairs and dirt. I would recommend Whitley Place to others looking.

Everyone is friendly. They listen to any concerns. I feel they keep the residents busy with different activities. They make sure to check-in to see if mom wants to join in on an event. We visit often & it's always a pleasant experience.

This is a good place with a lot of friendly people. It has a good atmosphere, and easy access to lots of things. It's a lot larger than I thought it would be. It's open and easy to menouver. I love that I can have my cat too. I love that I can have someone to share an apart with.

This is a great place for independent living. You get all the things you need and it's close to everything. I love that I don't have to cook. The people I've met are so nice. A very good place to live.

My mother felt right at home from the day she moved in. The ladies in the activity room and [name removed] the Activity Director welcomed her with open arms. Mom feels that God picked the place for her to be because of the Christian programs that they offer and the wonderful friends that she can fellowship with. We feel very blessed to have mom at Riverbend.
