West Shore residents seem to be happy and well taken care of. I met with the Sales Director [name removed] and she was very helpful. It was nice to hear the residents talk so kindly about the employees and how the activities are ran. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks. I would recommend West Shores to anyone looking for a genuine community that actually cares for the residents like family.

Waterford at Fairfield is an amazing community. They offer family and friends events. My family and I were there recently for the Annual Family Thanksgiving and had great food and conversation. The staff were helpful and really made us all feel part of the family. I'm looking forward to the next family and friends event.

I moved my sister in to Amberleigh about 6 months ago and everyone has been fantastic. First of all i[name removed] s amazing, she is so helpful and is always there to answer any of my questions and always gets things done. From when we first moved my sister everyone has been great, from the little things like hanging pictures for her to care has been excellent. Whenever we call they always are always there for us which helps with the stress of moving a loved one away from their "comfortable" home and to something new.

I've visited this community and the building has been updated and it is beautiful inside. Clean, open concept and roomy. The staff all have been very friendly and extremely helpful. Made me feel very comfortable. The food was very good and very served restaurant style. If you didn't like the main course, they had a very appealing, "Always Available" menu to choose from. The residents living there only had positive things to say to me!

I love everything about living here. The food is good. The staff is really kind and the other residents here are very friendly. We play cards together in the afternoons and evenings. The library is well stocked and Way Library comes monthly to refresh the books. Overall, a great decision.

I toured 6 places...Price, availability, acceptance and care were my concerns. It was more important with how well they cared for mom than how fancy the building was.

I love staying here at Carpenter Creek, no complaints. This is my home.

When I toured the Wellington looking for my mother, it was the first and only place I looked at. She moved in 3 weeks later. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The amenities are just right for mom's needs & wants. It is always clean and friendly. I know that my mom is in a great community!

When visiting the Waterford, I was amazed at what a great retirement community it was. It is so clean, well decorated, the living quarters is large & accommodating. Most of all, the staff are so friendly & caring. Truly like a family.

I'm very happy with everything here. The staff is very nice. Most other places do not have activities and events like they have here. You are made to feel like you at home here. I love sitting at the pond in good weather, it's so peaceful.

I don't mean to be repetitive but it was an amazing experience and I was actually going to write a letter about it and I still might. Yes I already have recommended this community to others. And everybody who came to see me and my mom there before she passed said I did a wonderful job because the facility is beautiful and she was only there for four days.

I think the facility overall is very good. Night staff is a bit young and not as good as the day staff, according to mom and my sister. I would suggest too that families remember that staff is busy with numerous residents and to be patient.
