This facility is perfect for mom. The only suggestion I have is better handling of patients who don't want to get out of bed. They're not very effective with helping with motivation. I would love to see that improve. Housekeeping does a good job with keeping her room clean. Communication with the family is exceptional. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We toured with Rose Arbor & Wildflower Lodge and loved this facility - it was our second choice. We just got a really good vibe from the moment we walked in. The gentleman who showed us around the facility did a great job. The reason we decided against this one was just because it was more expensive. They included more things in the monthly rent that my loved one would not have taken advantage of. It looked like a great facility.

Good Overall
We've had a good experience so far, with no real complaints. I like the activities they offer - that was the main reason we moved our loved one there. He was getting bored at home by himself and wanted something to do. And they seem to have a lot of things going on. Initially they said they would come check on him in the morning if he didn't push his call button, but that has not been the case. So we had to increase his care level at increased cost for them to check on him more often and administer medications.
