My sister loves the people and says the food is good This was her pick of the places we toured still ironing out details but as long as my sister is happy I’m happy would love more flexible rules with pump soap to wash hands in bathroom still settling in

Reasons we chose North Pointe: Staff, location, price, appearances. It seems to be a good facility overall.

THERE IS A NEW TOP ADMISTRATOR - A LADY WHO HAS ALREADY MADE THESE CHANGES - #1 A NEW CHEF - ALTHOUGH I STILL DO NOT EAT IN THE CAFETERIA I SEE POSITIVE CHANGES IN THE MENU I RECEIVE WEEKLY #2 A NEW ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR WHO HAS BEEN INTRODUCING NEW ACTIVITIES ON A REGULAR OR SEASONAL BASIS. MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT ALMOST ALL OF THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND ARE READY TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU IF POSSIBLE

The Oaks at Plainfield is a lovely community. Perfect for seniors 55 and over who are needing a more carefree lifestyle. They offer delicious meals, housekeeping and transportation and a calendar full of activities. The staff really look out for the residents.

I love my apartment. I just don't like some of the stuff that goes on around here. The food is terrible, and they just don't seem to listen when we complain about it and it's costing us $10 a meal. It's on our contract in our package and that's when you eat or not. We have a hard time keeping staff the people that work in the kitchen and the ones that assist with residence or even clean, they just don't stay with us very long.

We highly recommend Waterford of Fort Worth. It is a clean, well maintained and beautiful facility. My Mom is not technically inclined and requires a land line phone and the wiring for a phone isn’t in place within the walls of her room. So unfortunately my Mom has been without a phone for a couple months but I am hopeful the management at Waterford will work through repairing the lines so that we can get my Mom a phone. We aren’t a family to just drop our loved one off and not keep in steady contact with her….she has friends and family throughout the metroplex and from multiple states that talks to her regularly. Fortunately, I live only 3 miles away and can stop in frequently to remind her to use the lobby phone or FaceTime from mine. However, ideally she could have a phone of her own in her room. Other than that, we are extremely pleased with the food, facility and staff. We are grateful to have our Mom in a nice and safe place.

They would not take of my brother's incontinence issues - he has dementia and they did not know how to deal with him. Then asked him to leave because of the smell.

It's a great place. I would recommend to others.

The staff was very friendly and the place appeared very clean. They worked overtime to get mom's place ready on sort of short notice as she changed which room she wanted to stay in. My mom seemed to like her food, but I did notice that they would get a little backed up at meal time. I would recommend this facility. The people are very friendly and helpful.

The Oaks at Brownsburg is a great at community all around.

My loved one is a resident at Rosemont. My experience has been very good. They stay in touch with you and ask questions. The directors have all been very helpful and approachable. I would recommend this facility to others.

Staff is friendly and receptive to working out issues. The nurses are wonderful. The front desk is warm and welcoming. My mom felt safe and enjoyed her time at Whispering Pines. I would recommend Whispering Pines Village to others looking.

She is currently in Adult living. We were able to get a discount price due to a promotion which helped in our decision making. The dining hall servers are great. They are very friendly and personable. My mom truly enjoys the dining staff and the conversations they share. Staff is very welcoming and willing to help.

What struck us from the beginning was the care and friendliness of the staff. Ours was not an easy transition to summit place based on medical family circumstances. That did not deter the staff from making every effort on a Friday afternoon to get my MIL into summit as fast as possible. When my FIL passed a few days later, the staff was incredibly sweet, caring and kind. We have found the cleanliness to be top notch and [name removed] has been a wonderful help. Our family has not had the joy of eating the food, but it looks delicious. My MIL is a very picky eater. We would highly recommend Summit Place!

We would absolutely recommend The Woodlands of Hamilton. We have been so happy with them. My father passed away 3 weeks after we got him and my mother settled into their assisted living apartment (which was expected). Although my sweet mother was offered the opportunity to stay at 3 of my siblings home, as well as mine, she wanted to stay at Woodlands. The staff are so kind, she is very happy with the meals, and we have had excellent communication with the staff. Moving them into their assisted living apartment was a smooth process. It gives the family such great comfort knowing that mom is being taken such good care of.

The staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend Waterford As far as the food goes, there needs to be more green vegetables. Too many sandwiches served.

We would certainly recommend West Shores to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.The one concern we have is the recent shortage staff and replacement of staff with agency staff. Those staff members are less organized in some aspects observed. By my mother-in-law, such as repeated late medication administration to some of her dining table mates.

The staff were all super friendly. It was very clean/no weird smells. Pet friendly was a big part of the decision. We spoke to many residents at random and they all said they liked living there. Mom is well settled now and is happier than she's been in years.

I feel this is the best place for my mom. She loves it here and calls it home. Real family feel due to staff. Cleanliness "4" due to what I believe is not enough staff for cleaning. Additional staff needed.
