My Auntie just moved to Summit Point’s Independent Living this past October 2023. She just loves her new home! We love visiting her there! Can’t say enough about her home, the staff, the food, the entertainment, etc, etc. A special shout out to [name removed] for taking our Auntie by the hand and walking her through the whole process of deciding to live here, choosing her apartment, and making sure knows all the ropes! [name removed] was there for her from start to finish! And now the she is tucked in at Summit Point, she is always available to help our Aunt! She is now her friend! Thank You Summit Point for your hospitality!

Living at Cottonwood Village is a joy. I have resided here for 4 years. I have made some great friends. It's like one big happy family. I enjoy the activities that are offered. There is space in my apartment to do my own hobbies like sewing.

I have lived at Cottonwood Village going on 7 years and I am very happy. There have been a few bumps in the road, but I love this community and don't want to be anywhere else. I am thankful this is my home.

My mom has been at Summit Point for nearly three years now and just loves it there! She’s made so many new and caring friends! The staff there is outstanding, caring, and compassionate! The meal are awesome and the dining room staff are so helpful. My mom’s day is filled with fun and engaging activities, and of course Bingo is her favorite three times a week. Transportation is provided weekly to many of the local shopping centers so the residents are able to still feel independent. My mom even gets to attend her local church every Sunday by transportation provided by Summit Point! If you are looking for a place that your elderly love one can live in an independent loving environment, then you should consider checking out Summit Point in Macedonia!

I have been quite happy with Cottonwood Village. The apartments are nice and quiet. The staff and residents are very friendly. The administration team are so pleasant and helpful. A great place to live!

I've been here about a year. I really enjoy the staff because they are always friendly and very helpful. I've made good friends here. The food is good and offers a variety of options. The activities on site are fun.

It took me 5 years to convince my father to move out of his house. He had lived there for over 25 years and was approaching 93 years old. He loves his independence. He was worried that his apartment would be to small and he would feel cramped. Since moving in he continues to tell me how much he likes his place. He has a large one bedroom apartment. The rooms are large and the ceilings are high which makes everything seem roomier. There is great closet space, a large bathroom which makes it safe and easy to move around. He even has a door which opens to an outdoor patio. My dad commented to me a couple days ago that he feels like the staff really cares about the residents. They keep the place clean, serve food with a smile and respond to maintenance issues that my dad has. I don’t hesitate to tell friends and those that ask about how much Summit Pointe lives up to and exceeds our expectations. There is such a great diversity of people. My dad has made many friends!

We looked at a lot of options for Independent Living in Springfield and this place stood out to us because of the staff and the luxury feel of and the overall feeling that you are at a resort. The only real complaint that I have is the food is not really very good. It's okay, but there is a lot to be desired with the kitchen. They really need to step up in that area.

WHen I did a tour the other day this place smelled like home on the holidays. It looked like home and felt like home. I can not wait to see what other experiences we will have with the Waterford at Plymouth.

When we realized mom needed more care than we could give her, we didn't know where to look. A Place for Mom led us to River Bend Memory Care. Thankful to find a place, we were also worried that mom might not receive the one on one care that we gave her at home. Was I ever mistaken! Magnolia Trails provides mom with daily guidance, fun activities, and engaging social connections. The nurses and aides are kind and caring, who continually go way beyond the call of duty. They always treat the residents with respect and dignity. The Director of Magnolia Trails is magnificent. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. She is thoughtful and caring toward the residents, always concerned for everyone's welfare, both physically and mentally. She also helps guide us in this uncharted journey with mom when we need advice on how to handle new situations. Thank you all for the excellent care you give my sweet mother!!!

The facility provides professional and compassionate services. The staff works very hard to meet the residents needs according to each individuals needs. They provide activities, meals, and services according to the various ages and conditions of the residents.

I am so pleased with the Whitley Place I know my mother and father will be so welcome there and they have games and they have different things to play and a way to stay involved. It was really nice if looking for a new place this is a place to be.

When I was coming to visit my grandma the staff where amazing and helpful they where on top of everything with amassers to my question and when I asked about how she is been doing and they answered honestly

It is an amazing place! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help. They keep the residents entertained and have really neat activities. Managers are very accommodating to staff, residents and the residents family.

My brother is very happy here. He loves the people, especially the staff and really looks forward to the many activities.

Our parents found this place inadvertently before they were seriously looking for a senior living community. From the time they walked in, they knew it was their next home. Since moving in almost a year ago, the staff has been amazing. They’ve made them feel at home and part of their family. They also treat our family very well. Their apartment is perfect for them. Excellent find!

I toured this home. The people living there all looked clean and happy. The woman touring me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This will be a great option when we are ready to make the move!
