My elderly grandmother has been at Rose Arbor for about three years now. She is as a little reluctant to leave her home, but it was time for her to be in a safer environment. Since moving into Rose Arbor, she’s been so happy. She loves the community and the staff have been exceptional.

Mom has lived at the Hartford since July and is very happy. She has made a lot of friends there and loves the activities. They had a nice Christmas party and included the families too. She loves her apartment. We appreciate all you do for her.

I completed a tour at Hartford for my loved one. The community was very welcoming, and the staff were very friendly. The staff seemed happy, the residents looked good and happy. The meal they were having looked delicious. During the tour, various staff members spoke and talked to me. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and caring. I received all the information needed during my tour and I had a great understanding of what to expect. When we make our decision on when to move, Hartford will be where we move. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Moving my parents to assisted living was one of the most difficult decisions. They lived in their home for almost 60 years. I felt comforted and supported throughout the move in process. I didn’t even know what questions to ask in the beginning. The staff at the community took the extra time we all needed to ensure a smooth move. My parents seem happy and have already connected with a few other married couples in similar circumstances.

The Waterford @ Plano has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I recently moved my father there and I believe he will have great opportunities to meet new people, get help as needed and go on a variety of outings.

My sister has settled in pretty well here at North Pointe, the staff as been very helpful & kind.

From the start of the process , working with the sales director was so enjoyable. We were helping my aunt make the move to independent living so she could be around people! She loves exercise (who knew?)! The staff here is friendly and will do anything to help when needed (ie...setup her t.v.? Yes!). We even experienced some special holiday dinners that family can attend....delicious! What a chef! And his attentive staff! And great entertainment! So much to do in a beautiful place. She couldn't be happier, and so are we knowing that she's loving this chapter of her life with all her new friends!

I was looking for a facility to take my father to and a friend of mine recommended I check out the Waterford in Plano. I called for a tour and the director of sales was very accomadating from the moment we stepped foot in the building. After touring the facility I felt such piece of mind knowing that my father was going to be in a clean and welcoming environment. If you have a loved one who needs care then look no further than the Waterford in Plano, you won't regret it!

The Villa Santa Barbara is a very nice community for several reasons. The food is better than in any of the past 5 places I have stayed. The rent is better (by far) than in any of the previous places that I've stayed. The managerial staff is top notch! Very friendly and ALWAYS there to help you with any question you may have. They are seriously the best people. Our dining room servers are so polite and great at their jobs. Our chef cares about what we think of her cooking and is always open to resident's suggestions. Also, we are just 3 blocks from State Street so walking to the beach is fantastic as you get to shop all the way down to the ocean! We have a nice pool table that I use frequently and, of course, there are other activities conducted by the staff for the residents. We have an exercise room where I do an hour of cycling a day and workout with the therabands. I would not choose to live in any other assisted living place in the Santa Barbara area.

I have been part of Cottonwood Village for years thru the VA. I drove the VA van in Cottonwood and then my husband's dad moved into Cottonwood Village about 2 years ago. We love the facility & staff.

I moved into Brookview Meadows a few months ago and wished I would have been here years ago. Everyone is friendly, helpful, supportive and very caring. My loneliness has diminished to the point of being nonexistent. The activities are creative. There are many types of activities to fit the many different residents. This place has been a blessing in my life.

Four years and very happy. Staff is great, building well kept, and good food!

I like this AL. The food is really good. The staff is very nice and competent. Administrative staff is very responsive to any problems that may arise.

The overall service ie excellent. Staffing has been a problem in that management cannot maintain loyal hires through no fault of their own. A facility wide notification speaker system may be the answer for the fire plan that covers all residents in the building.

I toured here for my grandmother. I didn’t really know what questions to ask or what exactly I was looking for. They walked me through everything and told me about benefits she may qualify for that I didn’t even know existed. Everyone who lives there looks happy and well cared for.

Employees and residence of Summit Point were very kind and welcoming. We visited on several occasions, some of which were unannounced to get a good feel for what it would be like to live there. Each time we were greeted by residents sharing their positive experiences of living at Summit Point, this was helpful when making our decision.

Staff was warm and very friendly. They have been responsive to mom's requests and needs.Very down to earth folks...made mom comfortable immediately. Good choice for her!

It takes care of all my needs and I'm very pleased.It's a great place.
