My loved one is very happy there. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. We have brought some minor things to their attention and they still haven't been addressed, so their response could be better. I liked that they had indoor hallways. The people we met there, were excited to talk to us when we were just visiting, and she loved it when she saw it.

I've been happy with them. The director was always really quick to answer the phone, return calls and answer questions, and was really helpful. They have a lot of doctors visits in the community, so that saves time. The staff is able to communicate with the doctor, since they see him everyday they are able to catch things quicker.

we have chosen dogwood estates it is a great place, beautiful & the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend it highly.

friendly staff and management... clean facility

My mother-in-law loved living in our home- good meals, laundry taken care of, a big TV in her room. The missing link was a host of new friends to interact with each day. With our busy lives we didn't have the time to sit and converse at length. Now she has the whole package and she loves it. Her out-of-state daughter e-mailed us stating that she was worried about the move away from our home. Now she thinks it was genius on our part. It has reinvigorated her mother.

We loved it here. She complained everyday about the food. The management was in and out of there frequently, but she loved the residents, and the staff was friendly and would come when she called. The activities director was a highlight, she was fun and very loving.

My Mother has been a resident for 8 full years, now beginning her 9th year at Elmcroft at Timberlin Parc. Elmcroft is a very special place with its home-like environment and that real "family" feeling. The leadership and staff have such a genuine, caring attitude that I can relax, knowing my Mom and the other residents are getting the care they so rightly deserve. Since I have worked in the industry for many years, I feel like I have an excellent insight to say Elmcroft is the best! I have been able to recommend Elmcroft to others over the years and I currently have several friends whose loved ones call Elmcroft their home.

When I arrived at TMC, there were 2 staff members to help unload my trailer and bed of my pickup truck, while my grandmother and I were greeted at the front door. We were then introduced to several residents and given a tour of the community. I was very impressed to have the extra help unloading, because I thought I would be there for several hours unloading on my own. My grandmother seems to be fitting right in with the other residents and I am very pleased with my choice of memory care communities.

I will be here three weeks tomorrow. It has been much better than I expected. This is my first time in a facility such as this. I have made many friends. They furnish three meals a day and the food is good. They clean my apartment once a week, take me to doctor appointment, and have many activities. They also take you on short shopping trips such as WalMart, Target, Hobby Lobby and simular stores. A laundry room is close by at no charge. There is a beauty shop inside the facility and she is good. I was invited to lunch and to tour the facility. I had no intentions of signing up that day. I was so satisfied that by the end of the day, I didn't see any need to look any further. I signed a contract that day and am very satisfied with my decision.

We had visited Paradise Springs during the first year it was opened and thought what a beautiful property in a beautiful area of Spring Texas. We were considering moving to a senior center because I (the husband) have been diagnosed with Stage IV non small cell lung cancer and only a maximum of two years to live. What was my wife to do with a large house to manage? This seemed like the ideal situation. They staff were extremely friendly and the dinner we were served was well presented and very tasty. Then we decided to wait and here we are six years later and I am doing fine, but why can't we both enjoy complete retirement living. We did not know if we were ready for an apartment situation and the seven cottages with one being available seemed the perfect move. Thus far, after we got the cottage decorated and completely arranged, WE LOVE IT!!!!

So far my mom seems to be enjoying being here. They have plenty of activities and they keep the community very clean. The staff has been doing well and seems to care about the residents. Overall everything has been going good and we are happy with Elmcroft. We would recommend this community to anyone.

Keep in mind that my ratings are based on the times I have visited and not 24/7 observations. It's affordable. I'm convinced the care and cleanliness is better here than in a nursing home.

They are very accommodating. We chose this community mostly because of the price.

The caring, positive staff and residents. Also, I love the "crazy fun" ladies and gents I hangout with. Although, housekeeping does come to my apartment once a week could be more through when cleaning. Also, the hallways have new carpet, but the housekeeping does not vacuum it very often.

There is no medical care available, but admin and maintenance staff is caring. Yes I would recommend this community to other families.

For seven years I have lived at El Dorado. It has been a wonderful home. [name removed], the manager is great, and staff is very good. [name removed], the chef, is excellent. The staff really cares for us. The food is usually delicious, but sometimes it is not up to par. The building looks lovely from the outside, but there are a few problems on the inside . Every now and then the elevator breaks down. The interior needs an update. I love the walking trail around the building, and the pretty landscaping. El Dorado has the best location- close to hwy 75 and hwy 635, Preston rd., Beltline rd., the gorgeous park Heights and the Heights recreation center across the street, Tom Thumb and the Richardson Senior Center 2 blocks away and my fantastic doctor at the small Methodist Health Center next to the senior center. At El Dorado the comraderie is unequaled. The activities include frequent concerts, jewelry making, happy hour, bingo, theme parties and decorations, etc.

Overall it's safe and quiet for my mom. Staff is very good. The food has been very disappointing. If they could improve the food it would be a great place.

Very friendly. The new remodeling, is what stuck out over other places.

My mother has lived at Sodalis Largo for about a month and all is well. The only issue mom has is the dining hall seems to be having a few issues with changes in staff and food being very bland . They have gone through many admin changes since first of the year so I totally understand. It is a very safe and clean environment and my Mom is happy so it’s a lot less worrying for me. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Will be attending family night tomorrow and my mom is really looking forward to it.
