I have been impressed with the staff at this community. They are helpful, friendly and proactive. They take care of any issues we bring to their attention quickly. The food is hot, tasty and they offer a good variety of choices. They offer some activities such as poker and dominoes, however I think they could use a little more variety. The community is clean and they do their best to present a pleasant and current atmosphere.

I toured this community for my mom. I did not like how closed in it felt. The living rooms seemed to be small. My mom would not of been able to cook her own meals at this community. They did have activities . The staff was not able to give me alot information on what care was available. I suggest to other families that theu look into the community to see if it would meet the needs for a loved one.

It's a mixed bag, but over all we are very happy with it. I absolutely love the staff! They are wonderful, they will absolutely do anything you ask. The building is old and don't have a lot of amenities that we are used to. It is also pretty small. The food is good, and all inclusive, and the grounds are beautiful, the look is very Mediterranean, with rolling hills and lots of levels. They have an on premise laundry so you don't have to go to a laundromat, and they are free to use. The atmosphere is very laid back, so it does take a bit for things to get done. It's less expensive than our old place, and they have a rate-lock available. The staff and management are wonderful, we absolutely love them, but they do have a bit an absentee corporate office, they declined some donations, which was odd to us. Everything is included, even transportation, which is really nice.

The move to this community has been beneficial for my father. The staff is very friendly and have kept him very safe. My father has shown improvement since his move here. The room he is in is comfortable and fits his needs. The complex is very well maintained and never dirty. I am happy with our decision to move him here.

We could not have selected a better facility for my wife's father. All of the staff are well trained and educated, the food is great, the activities are excellent which includes a themed family night at least once a month and trips to Walmart once a week depending upon the weather. Housing is excellent and well maintained with maintenance staff on site and on call 24 hours a day. Care is wonderful including housekeeping and laundry. Staff makes rounds 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and well being of the residents. Church service is conducted for those who wish to participate. Doctors are on call if needed and regular weekly visits are conducted by several different doctors. Transportation to and from doctors offices is supplied by the facility. Best choice we could have made.

I would recommend this place they have great activities so far a choir has come in, there are kitchen activities, and bible study. The transitioning to the community for my mother has been good so far. The staff are friendly and attentive. The meals are nutritious they could use more seasoning to them but they are great.

The staff during our tour were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were a little smaller than the community we chose. The community seemed to be clean and well maintained.

My mom really likes living @ The Eldorado, their staff is very friendly, its very clean, yard is very well-maintained. The only thing I would change is that they do not have a front desk so anyone can walk in & walk direct to a resident's door without anyone stopping them. Supposedly after 9pm the front door is locked HOWEVER of all the ILFs we looked it (or my mom has lived in which is one in another city) there was always a front desk which visitors were greeted and MOST importantly, where residents had a place to ask questions. The flip side is that the management office is open and attended much of the daytime hours that I've been there which is alot. the managers also are visible @ mealtimes which is nice. my mom really appreciates coffee being accessible 24-hours a day and she says it's good coffee. the facility is very bright and cheerful although I'd love to see them update the very traditional art & furnishings.

The minute we walked into Paradise Springs we knew this was the place for my dad. The community is immaculate. The staff are very friendly, outgoing and very helpful. He gets along with everyone there. The food is good and they offer a good variety. I would recommend this community.

This is a class operation from top to bottom. Every member of the staff is friendly and professional. They stay on top of things, communicate frequently if they anticipate that problems might surface and generally run a tight ship. I couldn't be more pleased with how things are going.

I have lived in this area a long time. Elmcroft gives good impression on me. I enjoy all of the activities and restful time living here; with friends galore.

I think this is a very nice and caring facility. The only thing I would change is to have more supervised activities, and more "encouragement" to participate.

We toured here when we were looking. This was in our top two. We were a little iffy on the food, but other than that we really liked it. We thought this was going to be mom's choice. When we showed her the top two places, she chose the other one to our surprise, but we were pretty impressed with this place when we were touring as well.

All of my meals are well-portioned and on time. I have facilities for laundry. The staff is very mindful to provide activities that are varied to occupy us and include some personal things; such as reading time. Our medications are given to us in a timely manner by professional med-technicians.

It's very nice. So far we have had no major complaints. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Nobody is perfect, but they are pretty good.

I've been really impressed with Ventura so far. I know it's going to take a while before my mother in law is happy there, but they have all gone out of their way to make sure that she is included in activities, etc. The managers have been really helpful to us.

It's only been one week today since moving my Mom to Elmcroft of Windcrest, but if the rest of her stay is as smooth and easy as this week has been...W.O.W.!! They went into overdrive to make sure her room was properly prepared and turn-key ready to bring in her furniture and goods. The entire Staff has gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and wanted. The food has been rich in flavor as well as nutritious and varied...NOT chicken made 7 different ways for 7 days in a row! Their activities continue to keep her interested and entertained as well! I hope these blessings continue throughout her stay! I WILL keep posting...good or not-so-good!!!

I went to tour this facility before I took my father in law. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my father in law the next day. We had lunch and he toured the facility. We moved him in and he is extremely happy there.

The staff has always been friendly and responsive. I do not think there are any questions we have asked that they have not gotten back to us on. I think that there hasn't been quite the level of activities we were hoping for, but we have been very happy.

Everything is going wonderful. We absolutely love the facility. The facility is clean, the workers from the maintenance workers to the nurses are great, and the place is very well run and maintained. Very pleased.
