The community seems professionally run with a modern standard of excellence. They care about the resident's happiness here. The staff communication has been great in answering any of my questions that I have had about my loved one. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from.

Madison Estates was our second choice out of all of the facilities that we looked at. It feels like an old, Spanish style hotel and is really nice. The only downfall for us was the location, it is on a busy street and they are working on building new apartments right by the facility. After touring many places, I would say Madison Estates is definitely worth the look.

They staff in general have bent over backwards to make my sister happy. I have phone numbers to text various staff members, and when I've used them, they've responded immediately. Sometimes they serve wonderful food that my sister loves, and other times they serve things she doesn't like. But overall the food seems to be good. And the resident rooms are very adequate.

The community is more independent living than assisted living like we had wanted.

We chose Sodalis College Station because this one had in house rehab which my mom needed at that time, we are very glad she is here. She is happy and is receiving great care. I have only seen my moms room, it is nice size for what she needs. The food has had some ups and down but for the most part it is has been good. It is nice that everything is so new and it really feels like an apartment where as some others we saw felt more clinical. I would recommend to others looking.

My loved one enjoyed it here. The staff was great. Everything was just too shut down with Covid restrictions, so she made the decision to move back out on her own. But the staff and the service she received here was really great.

We chose Elmcroft of Pensacola because of the staff, they were super friendly and went above and beyond and tried to make everything a smooth transition from the rehabilitation facility. The room sizes here are pretty good size for what she needs. One of the cools things is they allow families to bring their pets to see your loved ones in the courtyard. Another thing they have is a hairdresser and do their nails. I would recommend them.

The staff is courteous and responsive to requests. The food is good. The upkeep is good and the facilities are lovely. Plenty of activities. Management has been diligent and successfully keeping us free of Covid-19.

Paradise Springs Independent Senior Living has worked very well for me. I am in a large, safe apartment house with diverse and excellent neighbors. Not only are utilities and basic cable TV included in my rent - but control of the temperature - heat and air conditioning - is in my apartment and up to me 24/7. Meals are also included. Onsite are laundry rooms and a beauty parlor, a private physical therapy office and a home health aides company. Some fold have their own car, others use the "old folks bus" for medical appointments, shopping, and outings. I can spend my time quietly in my apartment or partake in an array of activities including but not limited to: bingo, book club, hand crafts group, Bible study, bingo, beanbag baseball, Wii bowling, billiards, card games, hymn sing, exercise group, plus monthly parties that often include live entertainment. No vacuuming, yard work, painting, snow shoveling, cooking, heat or ac bills. Repairs: call the office. It's the way to go!

Not familiar with Richardson so don't know much yet. Like my neighbors - a lot of people. Like the location. My family definitely likes my new home.

This is a pretty nice place to live. They are interested in inviting people to eat in the dining room. Now that it isn't open to everyone because of Covid, they are very cordial and work hard to meet everyone's needs.

They need to work on their food selections. They have the same food over and over again.

My sister lives here and I feel that she is safe and comfortable. It has been difficult during Covid, but the staff is doing a fine job and I feel once that is over it will be an even better experience.

First Class operation. The staff is very attentive. This is a excellent run establishment.

I have lived here over a year with a good portion of that practically in quarantine in my unit. I have found all the staff to be efficient, polite, and caring. We were kept well informed with the daily intercoms and news. I am thankful to be here.

The community is usually pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. The care that my loved one is receiving is quite good as well. Compared to other communities in the area, we think Elmcroft Of Carrollwood is a pretty good value.

Our experience the past several months since my sister moved in has been very favorable. She is extremely pleased with the food and the activities that she participates in. I have had a couple of times that I have not been able to contact her as her phone was dead etc and had trouble with staff relaying messages to her. But we are very pleased with Ventura Place. The setting is very appealing and full of life and light. I would recommend others to live here. Staff (all) is exceptional.

My Dad recently moved in and it has been just what he needed in a new home!
