We're very happy with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Windcrest! The staff here is caring, friendly, and very welcoming to their new residents! It's a nice looking place, and they take great care of everyone!

So far we are pretty happy with them. I can't really say much about the activities, I know I have seen them play bingo before, but I haven't really looked into the activities much. Mom seems to be okay with the food. They have been very responsive and very available if I have any questions or concerns. Things have gone pretty smoothly as far as billing is concerned as well.

We toured several other Assisted Living Facilities and chose Princeton Village in Largo, FL for my Aunt. The team made the transition for my Aunt and all of us very easy. Since she suffers from Dementia, we wanted a facility that was equipped and experienced to give her the care she needs today and what she will need down the road. It has everything we were looking for in meals, medication management, laundry, hair salon and activities. We are very happy that we chose Princeton Village.

I am fairly new here. I told management recently that "If I had known it was going to be this good, I would have gotten here sooner." Management laughed and said, "They all say that." Life is good here.

The El Dorado could not be a better place for me. Its amenities go on and on, and the combination of good food and good people ismore than I ever though Managers are especially wonderful to all, even those hard crusted individuals who might rather be somewhere else. John Erickson

It has been wonderful for my loved one who lives here. I would recommend The El Dorado to anyone who is searching for a very clean and friendly assisted living facility. I can't rate the value, care services, or activities because I don't live there. I just go to visit my loved one who lives here. Overall, This is a good community and I am glad that my loved one is happy here. I enjoy visiting him.

Great place!

Everyone is very friendly

They have just been really good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are pretty responsive. The only thing would be the food, the first night we were there we had chili and green beans,the presentation wasn't really there at all. It's fine though and they eat it. They get out, and they aren't bored. It's been working out well.

This place has been the best experience my mother has had. Staff is wonderful and she has many friends.

After one week, it's difficult to evaluate properly. There are repairs to be made i.e. locks, toilet flapper valve, paint smeared, etc. People on staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall we've had a good experience with Elmcroft of Carrollwood. There have been a few issues we've had to work through since he moved in, having to do with the specifics of his needs and level of memory care. However, they've been very accommodating and communicative in working these out with me, and I appreciate the service.

Cindy from A Place for Mom was very patient and helpful. She always answered my calls & emails. Having her gave me the courage and focus I needed to deal with Rehab facilities, Independent & Assisted Living centers. Thanks to her my mother is now living in Madison Estates. Her apartment is spacious & the icing in the cake for my mom was the private backyard! I never thought we could have found such a good fit. My mom has only been living there for 6 days. She is a bit overwhelmed but thanks to the friendly serviceable people that work there, she is slowly adjusting. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.

The Person that showed us around was friendly and courteous. He gave us good information that I could pass on to my friend. He greeted many residents by name and got a hug from a resident's daughter who was very happy her father had moved in and is happy there. It seems to be a nice community with lots of activities. My friend was able to visit and tour the building when she went to sign her lease. She said that everyone was very friendly. She is looking forward to moving there soon.

Deann Gloria, Sales Leader, was very informative. The tour was excellent and facilities a little older was in very good shape.

My loved one is very happy there. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. We have brought some minor things to their attention and they still haven't been addressed, so their response could be better. I liked that they had indoor hallways. The people we met there, were excited to talk to us when we were just visiting, and she loved it when she saw it.

Friendly staff. Clean and upscale environment.

I've been happy with them. The director was always really quick to answer the phone, return calls and answer questions, and was really helpful. They have a lot of doctors visits in the community, so that saves time. The staff is able to communicate with the doctor, since they see him everyday they are able to catch things quicker.

we have chosen dogwood estates it is a great place, beautiful & the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend it highly.
