They did a great a job. It's beautiful, and clean. There has been a not so small issue that we are working to get to the bottom of before I comment.Bbut other than that, and so far, I have been pretty pleased with them.

Broadview ALF took excellent care of my Mom. Her needs were extensive and all staff members from the Directors and Nurses to the RA's and kitchen staff and maintenance workers were all professional accommodating and compassionate.

Everything here has been great, we really love it! The people here are very friendly, and the staff have all been so welcoming and nice! I'd give them top marks across the board, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking into senior living!

I'm very pleased. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They are very good, attentive, and responsive. I have no complaints. My mother loves the food. It was smaller than the other ones I looked at and they were real friendly and very homey. It was just the best fit for us.

We are very pleased with them. The staff is very friendly. Their health solutions personnel really overextends themselves, and I appreciate that. They have lots of stuff going on, I wish there would be a little more participation. The food is excellent. I couldn't say anything bad about them, I don't have any complaints at all. I liked their call back and communication base.

Wonderful staff!

Small, quiet, secure in a residential area. I like the compactness and attention to detail. Size really does make a difference and Jill was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is very nice and I believe my Dad will be happy here,I feel he is being well taken care of and he can be as independent as anyone can at the age of 89. The employees are very friendly and are trying to get my Dad to participate in their activities. Now I don't have to worry about him living by himself and I can get back to my life and enjoy being a daughter and not his caregiver.

Clean, lovely and friendly people who work there, smaller community which we were looking for and the residents looked happy.

Very nice! Small and intimate. Great memory care area with only 16 residents. Both mom and dad will live here. Five stars!

I’m very impressed with Elmcroft. We couldn’t ask for more. It’s an extremely beautiful place – wonderfully clean. My loved was only there for a short. Everyone there is just absolutely outstanding. Vera and the director were so impressive. Everyone in the Elmcroft was just fabulous.

Due to a fall, we had to move my mother-in-law from her apartment to a more supervised environment. This happened suddenly, so while she was in rehab, we searched all over Arlington for both independent and assisted living communities that we felt she would enjoy and could afford. She's 88, mostly blind, and has never lived in a community like this. We began our search at Arlington Plaza and liked the interaction between the managers and residents. But, since this was new to us, we thought we should perform due diligence and look at more communities. A couple of places we liked at first, we later determined appealed more to us than they would to her! (Playing Wii would never be on her agenda!) We ended back at the first place we looked - Arlington Plaza. Why did we choose this? - Friendly staff and co-managers that live and eat at the community - Good food in a friendly atmosphere. We ate there before making the decision. - Smiling residents and good chatter during the meals. - Affordable with the option for additional care as it's needed. - A larger apartment than she could afford most places. Now that our mom has been there 2 months, we are continually grateful that we chose this for her. There's always something going on - music groups coming, outings on their bus, exercise after breakfast every day, special occasion celebrations, games - she's never bored. She is doing things we never expected - like walking to meals on her own, using the elevator, interacting with the other residents. On top of everything, she speaks only Spanish, but has been welcomed with open arms, and one way or another, has been able to communicate with her table mates and the staff. Life has opened up for her like it never would if she still lived alone in her apartment. She's happy and we're happy!

We’re not currently using any of the care services, but I’ve checked them out and they are pretty good. . I think it’s great. Our loved one is happy there. The food is great. The parking is fine, though we usually have to park and walk.

We were at the VA Hospital at the Medical Center and went by the Community and decided to stop by and take a look around. Deann Gloria, Sales Leader, who was very busy, took time out to show us around and we looked at a one 1b/b and 2b/b. The place is lovely, everyone is very nice, but we first need to sell our house.

They’re really good! They’re great! They’re very clean! They’re excellent cost for what you get. For all the things they agreed to do – they do what they say they’re going to do. They do a lot of activities. I was really glad I found them. They’re just an awesome place.

I have not been living here long, so I am still adjusting to the atmosphere, but it has been a great place so far. It is definitely clean, and there are lots of activities available even if I don't participate. The food is okay, it could be better. I live more independently within the community, so I do not interact much with the care services. It is a different place from what I have seen before, but it has been good so far!

It’s very friendly and open. They’re very caring. The food is okay. There is enough parking. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry service.

She has had a good transition and things have gone well. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and all of that. She brags on the menu and the cooking and the whole nine yards. They have an apartment family can rent at a really reasonable price, for a night or two, so they can come visit. They can have some meals at a very nominal charge, and they have been very accommodating with that kind of thing. We are very pleased with them.

I’m very impressed. Well, it’s a good place for mom. They’ll have interaction with people their age. They have very good meals that are nutritious. They’ll like it and enjoy it. There is transportation to and from shopping and medical needs. It’s just a very nice community. It even has a patio with some grass.
