She loves it. They have been very good with her. They helped her get some furniture. She likes the food okay. She is pleased with it, and much happier than she was before. The people are very friendly. She is very comfortable. I feel like she is very secure there.

This is a beautiful community, but way out of our budget.

We toured here at Highland Estates. It's really nice! If I was 70 or even 60 years old I'd want to live there!

They are doing a very good job. They have been so kind and, so nice, so sweet, and so patient. They are awesome they are such a great facility. Anything you need they will do, within reason. They have been wonderful. Elmcroft is a nice facility. I am relieved that she is now safe. I highly recommend them. Anytime I call, within an hour or so they call back. They let you know what's going on. The med aides, and all the staff is just incredible.

I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to see me, which seems to be the standard with all visits to properties, but in this case the receptionist was very cordial and friendly while I waited. The community is very, very nice and the residents there are very outgoing about stating how pleased they are to reside there. The rates are higher than what "A Place for Mom" told me.

The food there is really great. It also happens to be at a great location for us. It has been a really good solution for us.

Things have gone well so far with Arlington Plaza. It is a nice looking, clean facility, and the whole place just has a very laid-back relaxed feel to it. The residents are all friendly, and the staff are dedicated and caring. The rooms are a nice size, and they've got a good variety of activities. It's a great place for the price that you pay.

I think they are doing a great job. She is liking it a lot. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She has met a lot of nice people. The food is excellent and they are so active. It's great, I am very happy with them so far.

The whole experience while moving in was fabulous. I really love the place, but more importantly my dad really loves it. He was a little hesitant at first, but once he got in there, now he just loves it and the fact that he is so happy is the whole reason why we're doing this. I really like the home-like feel that this place has. It is very open, and you feel like you're just down the hallway of someones house.

Everything is going pretty good so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She is concerned about turnover, one of the managers is leaving. She complains about the food, but she really enjoys the outings and things, and they give her a lot of things to keep busy, so she can feel helpful. We haven't had any issues crop up so far. Because it's small, I think the max capacity is only 54, she knows what's going on, everything gets to be familiar. I think that is very helpful.

They are amazing! I was absolutely blown away! If I could, I would move into Paradise Springs myself. The price that they are charging and what they are giving the people is just amazing. I look around and ask "what can they possibly do to improve" and I can't come up with anything. If I had it all to do over again, I'd do the same. If anyone is looking for a place to put their elderly loved ones, Paradise Springs should be their first stop, and will probably be their last.

They've done a great job so far at Elmcroft of Martinez! The staff are wonderful, they've been nothing but friendly and professional. My loved one is doing very well here! It's a nice looking place, and they take great care of the people who live here, I would highly recommend it!

Everything is going okay, we like the place. They have done everything they could, to make our loved one feel comfortable in the transition. The apartment is really nice. The food is pretty good, everything is nice. One reason we chose them was the location, and we just liked the overall setup, it was very eye appealing, the staff was friendly, we just really liked it.

They have a very good team at Paradise Springs that introduced us to the facility, gave us a tour, and told us what to expect. One thing where they could improve is their bookkeeping. I recently had to go to their office to sort through some things that were not set up right. We had it set up with automatic withdrawal, yet they recently asked mom for a check. That is my only beef so far, and they said they are going to rectify everything.

Excellent, hard working staff. Acceptable meals. Lots of activities if they appeal to you. Great transportation.

Dogwood Estates seems like a great place, so far! The facility itself is lovely, well kept, and very clean, and the staff have all been very friendly! They've been very accommodating, and are letting my loved ones stay in a furnished guest suite to let them get acclimated to the community while we wait for their furniture to arrive.

The biggest plus for me was the interaction with people and I love the new friends I've met here at Arlington Plaza. The food is great and has a variety of choices. Weekly housekeeping with fresh sheets and towels make life so easy... I never have to clean a toilet again or cook a meal... leaves lots of time to read and play on the computer. Always some activity going on to join in... bingo, scavenger hunt, coffee and dessert in the afternoon some days, entertainment, the list goes on and on. Managers on site 24/7 is a very comforting thought... so come join us at Arlington Plaza, we could be your new home.

They are doing a really good job, we are really happy with them. They were pretty comparable in price with everything else. I have eaten the food and it's pretty decent. I really can't think of anything I would like to see improved or done better at this time.

They did a great a job. It's beautiful, and clean. There has been a not so small issue that we are working to get to the bottom of before I comment.Bbut other than that, and so far, I have been pretty pleased with them.
