Well after I had been here for a little while, I went up to the staff and I told them that if It had known Ventura Place Retirement had been this good, I would have come sooner. It is that good of a facility.

The med-techs are above average. Pretty much everything there is above and beyond, compared to my grandmother who was in assisted living six years ago. I have no complaints whatsoever with the facility.

They have done a great job. They have been very accommodating to all her needs. We have overall been very, very pleased. They have a nurse on-call twenty-four/seven. We have been very happy with everything.

Well my mom needed memory care, so they could improve on the complete facility for memory care, because she was able to get out and they were concerned about that, because they didn't have any locks on the doors during the day. Other than that I thought it was fantastic.

My mother is very happy and doing well at Elmcroft of Cottonwood. There were a few challenges moving in, specifically regarding the room she was initially in (the layout relative to the hall, the person she was going to be sharing it with, and a couple other things) but everything got worked out in the end, and she is doing well now.

This feedback is based only on my tour and conversations I've had with others in the field. We really enjoyed the tour. Mary was very informative and really seems to care about the residents on a personal level. She asked me lots of questions about my dad and seemed really interested in hearing about his particular situation. The facility is clean, and I love the layout because it is in a U shape, not a circle. The residents seemed happy and active and the activities calendar is super amazing. Every staff person I met was very friendly and outgoing and it seems like a really great family atmosphere, with activities designed for families of residents to participate in. I would feel very comfortable having my dad live in this facility.

I do not particularly know about any improvements, but they are ten times more attentive than the last assisted living my mother was in.

We moved my mom into Highland Estates in June 2015. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful in getting her settled and acclimated. She is very impressed with the facility and staff overall. I can relax knowing she is being well taken care of.

We weren't there very long but the facility and staff were great from what we experienced.

My father is very happy at Elmcroft of Austin. The facility is a little older but is well maintained and spotless. The staff has been very helpful in transitioning my dad into his new home. The caregivers are kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. They have called me several times with their observations so I can address various medical and physical issues. It is so helpful having "extra eyes" on your loved one so you know that they are being taken care. The staff has gone above and beyond to help my dad get involved in activities he is passionate about. The front receptionists always have a warm, friendly smile to greet me when I come to visit. I rest a lot easier knowing my dad is getting 3 great meals a day, getting his medications on time and knowing he is meeting new friends.

My 94 year old mother and I have never been as happy with Elmcroft as we are right now. This is especially the time that it counts. Mother, who had been very happy and content, suddenly came down with a very serious physical condition. The staff took charge resulting first in her being sent to the hospital saving her life. When mother was released, the hospital/doctor sent her back to Elmcroft which I questioned since she needed so much care. At first I stayed with Mother day and night, but I was assured by the staff that they could take care of her. Take care of her they did even though her remaining prolapse rectum was scary and bloody. She was too weak to get to the bathroom on her own much less clean and doctor herself properly. When I quit staying, I had still failed to get mother on her feet. It was like she had given up. I give Elmcroft credit for turning everything positive. All of the staff should be complimented, but I especially appreciate the whole night staff, Mary, on the day staff, and Mildred who is in charge of medicine and medical care. Another thing that is complimentary is Elmcroft's having Valerie Cheatum, a nurse practioner, available. Valerie represents several doctors and the Elmcroft staff to make sure medical care is consistent.

They were very helpful in getting the paperwork done and getting everything set up. There were a few things that needed repair that took a while, sot hat is one area where they could improve. Overall though they have been very good and I would recommend them.

The Madison Estates is a nice community. The staff is very helpful and they are quick to your needs. It's a real nice place to live. It's a clean and friendly environment. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They do a good job at taking care of my loved one. They offer many activities for the residents. The value is excellent. I would highly recommend the Madison Estates because it's excellent. Everything has been great.

Pinewood Hills is a very nice facility .It was very clean and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The care services are great and the food was good.I really like that there are so many activities for seniors to do on a daily basis.

They have been very good. We haven't really had any issues with response to questions, or maintenance. The staff is friendly. We chose it because it was extremely clean and well managed.

Beautiful clean bright good smelling happy well run knowledgeable staff terrific food exciting and new place for mom to make her home

We're very pleased by how things have gone at Elmcroft of Carrollwood. The people here are friendly and professional, and they've been very accommodating regarding any requests or suggestions we've had. Everything is going fine, and I would recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area.

The food at Arlington Plaza is excellent. That is one of the main things we were concerned about and it is excellent. The activities director is really wonderful. All of the staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. It has been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

Every time we've gone in we are welcomed like family. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, you see genuinely happy staff and residents. Mom has been there just over a month and feels completely at home. We no longer worry about her forgetting her meds because they make sure she takes them on time. We don't worry about her skipping meals because she just didn't feel like fixing anything because all of the meals are provided. I would recommend Elmcroft of Martinez to anyone who was looking for assisted living for their aging parent.

My grandmother is very happy here at The El Dorado. They have all welcomed her. It is very clean and well kept. The staff is excellent. Overall, The El Dorado is a nice community. 5 stars.
