It's very nice. So far we have had no major complaints. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Nobody is perfect, but they are pretty good.

It's only been one week today since moving my Mom to Elmcroft of Windcrest, but if the rest of her stay is as smooth and easy as this week has been...W.O.W.!! They went into overdrive to make sure her room was properly prepared and turn-key ready to bring in her furniture and goods. The entire Staff has gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and wanted. The food has been rich in flavor as well as nutritious and varied...NOT chicken made 7 different ways for 7 days in a row! Their activities continue to keep her interested and entertained as well! I hope these blessings continue throughout her stay! I WILL keep posting...good or not-so-good!!!

The staff has always been friendly and responsive. I do not think there are any questions we have asked that they have not gotten back to us on. I think that there hasn't been quite the level of activities we were hoping for, but we have been very happy.

The staff here is so friendly and professional and the level of care that they provide here is excellent. This is a very well maintained and clean facility. It is a blessing.

We're very happy with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Windcrest! The staff here is caring, friendly, and very welcoming to their new residents! It's a nice looking place, and they take great care of everyone!

So far we are pretty happy with them. I can't really say much about the activities, I know I have seen them play bingo before, but I haven't really looked into the activities much. Mom seems to be okay with the food. They have been very responsive and very available if I have any questions or concerns. Things have gone pretty smoothly as far as billing is concerned as well.

We toured several other Assisted Living Facilities and chose Princeton Village in Largo, FL for my Aunt. The team made the transition for my Aunt and all of us very easy. Since she suffers from Dementia, we wanted a facility that was equipped and experienced to give her the care she needs today and what she will need down the road. It has everything we were looking for in meals, medication management, laundry, hair salon and activities. We are very happy that we chose Princeton Village.

This is the first time my parent has been in an assisted living place. I am happy with the care the employees give.

They have just been really good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are pretty responsive. The only thing would be the food, the first night we were there we had chili and green beans,the presentation wasn't really there at all. It's fine though and they eat it. They get out, and they aren't bored. It's been working out well.

Overall we've had a good experience with Elmcroft of Carrollwood. There have been a few issues we've had to work through since he moved in, having to do with the specifics of his needs and level of memory care. However, they've been very accommodating and communicative in working these out with me, and I appreciate the service.

I've been happy with them. The director was always really quick to answer the phone, return calls and answer questions, and was really helpful. They have a lot of doctors visits in the community, so that saves time. The staff is able to communicate with the doctor, since they see him everyday they are able to catch things quicker.

My Mother has been a resident for 8 full years, now beginning her 9th year at Elmcroft at Timberlin Parc. Elmcroft is a very special place with its home-like environment and that real "family" feeling. The leadership and staff have such a genuine, caring attitude that I can relax, knowing my Mom and the other residents are getting the care they so rightly deserve. Since I have worked in the industry for many years, I feel like I have an excellent insight to say Elmcroft is the best! I have been able to recommend Elmcroft to others over the years and I currently have several friends whose loved ones call Elmcroft their home.

So far my mom seems to be enjoying being here. They have plenty of activities and they keep the community very clean. The staff has been doing well and seems to care about the residents. Overall everything has been going good and we are happy with Elmcroft. We would recommend this community to anyone.

When I walked in it felt like home. It was bright and airy, with sunlight streaming in from the room that led to the patio. There were multiple gathering areas off of the atrium. The activities director was great, planned things for residents to do throughout the day. Plus they had a family event every month. The dining room was nice and I loved that they served the residents meals like they were at a restaurant. My dad's 1 BR apartment was spacious and included cable tv. He was on the 2nd floor and there were spaces to lounge, shoot some pool, do puzzles or just hang out and not have to be in your room all day. Somewhat like a dorm for older folks. There was room to roam, plenty to do and good food. Did I mention the staff was great? They knew all the residents by name and would help direct them to activities, make sure they made it to the hairdresser on site, or the bus on Walmart Wednesdays. I loved how they kept the medication secure and dispersed it at the appropriate intervals. Dad would sometimes refuse his meds but they'd come back and ask at least 3 times because they knew he needed to take it. The cleaning lady and maintenance guys helped make sure dad's apartment stayed in good shape.

The activity director and head of nursing are both exceptional. The activity director [name removed] exudes compassion and energy, and provides all sorts of creative activities and crafts for the residents. [name removed], the head nurse is capable and efficient. She is in touch with the big picture and daily needs and gets things done. All of our issues have been minor, but they really need to work on response times to a resident's call. I definitely recommend this community.

[name removed] was very informative. My only concern right now is the kitchenette and the small size of the refrigerator.

The facility appeared to be very clean with residents calm and occupied. It seemed noisy with linoleum floors and a “large” resident population.

They are much better than they were 9 months ago. They have completely changed their staff and they are so nice and friendly.
