What we like the most about the community is the location, their longterm staff as well as the good management. Yes, we would recommend Sodalis Jacksonville to other families based on the experience.

Staff is very friendly. Food doesn't seem to be the greatest. Over all they are meeting my mother's needs. I would recommend it.

Mom has been eating better since admittance. What we like the most about the community is that it is always clean and fresh smelling. I will have to get back with you on improvement suggestions. Mom has had more better days since admittance and seems to have settled in nicely. The staff and my Dad get along well and they respond well to his request.

They have been very accommodating. My mom is not happy about being there and they are doing their best to work around it. If my sister or I text to have someone check on my mom they do it. I can't really comment on activities other than to say they have a variety. Again my mother won't participate. Right now the only downside I see is that the bathroom and kitchen cabinets stick. They don't have knobs or handles on them. It's difficult for me to get them open so for an elderly person whose hands don't work well it is a problem. We have spoken to them about this and they are working on a solution.

I am very impressed with their level of service. I would recommend.

I was greeted with friendly staff and residents upon my first tour and I consistently experience this each time I come into Sodalis. I asked residents what their experiences were and the responses were positive. My tour was provided by a staff member who had worked at Sodalis for years and she started there working the floor assisting residents. I find that residents reach out to other residents with their concerns and caring attitudes.

They engage with all residents and make sure that they are having fun and making friends. When my mom first got there, they made an extra effort to include her in activities which made the adjustment must easier for her.

overall they met my dad's needs and experience was overall positive. no concerns here but daily room cleaning could use a little more attention to detail. very friendly staff. it was "assisted" and very little skilled care available. very professional staff. Food -no concerns. based on my dad's condition he really could not participate in many activities.. I feel the cost was fair for services provided.

Knowledge- Friendly hard working kind.

My uncle is a resident due to having an amputation, due to diabetes. It is a traumatic experience for him. The staff at Sodalis is caring, friendly and kind. I see that my uncle is cared for by the staff. The staff opened the private dining room for us to eat lunch together with my uncle. I am pleased to see him so well taken care off and improving in his health.

It's small, which is good for my parents. It's an older property, but it's been remodeled. I think that makes it more affordable. My parents are happy there, so I would recommend. They were at a different property before , and they say the food is better at Sodalis.

Overall very happy with Sodalis. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is good! They make an effort with activities and include the assisted living side.

Yes, good experience over all! We found Sodalis inviting and friendly. Great activities. Lots of friendly faces always and very helpful! The people there as residents are also friendly. Very sweet community.

Everyone is very kind and always smiling! I walked in and everyone was ready to help. They greeted us as we walked through the halls. They also were very informative when we had questions or concerns. Immediately ready to resolve any issues!

My Mom has had a wonderful experience during her last few years at Sodalis Assisted Living. The staff has been so kind, and many times gone over and beyond to make her days more pleasant, fun, and happy. I feel like many of the staff are “called” to serve those people at Sodalis…they truly give of themselves with love and dedication. Having [name removed] as the new director has been remarkable! She is tweaking all the former issues, and has made Sodalis a more beautiful, more organized and better staffed place to live. My father has had a very difficult transition. However, I cannot say enough about the staff. They are very kind, caring and patient. Patient being key. He enjoys the food the atmosphere is light and fun. The residents are often in the common areas playing bingo or other activities. I also notice physical therapist working with the residents. Which I believe is very important. Overall, I would highly recommend Soldalis Pensacola.

The staff is nice but there have been some issues with my brother's medicines. He said the nurse there is not nice but I have not met her.

It's always clean. Staff is friendly and efficient 9 out of 10 times. I do feel the outside doors need to be locked at 8pm until 8am. I was told they would be and they never are locked. I think there needs to be a front desk person 24/7. The food is delicious and there are plenty of activities planned.
